• Brian (10/5): Ambassador Playa Benidorm....an oasis in the heart of the crazy wonderful main street ...😎 - I liked everything about this hotel...it was at the start of the strip and even considering how close still felt like you were out of the hustle and bustle...once inside. The Staff and service excellent...always happy to help...which started from the moment we arrived by the very pleasant reception even at 3:45am With a small welcome pack and helpful advice. I had my 60th birthday celebrations at the hotel, which was excellent and even the staff sang happy Birthday... One of the best hotels I have stayed in...the food was very good...The drinks not expensive and free entertainment also.....what's not to like... I would absolutely recommend the Ambassador Playa 1 and 2 I will be returning..... thanks to all the wonderful staff..... For me nothing....

• Valerie (5/5): The hotel is great for party people who want to stay near to all the bars and clubs. - The property was clean, staff were welcoming. Food was good with plenty of choice. Unfortunately my room 1438 smelt of stale cigarette smoke, which wasn’t the fault of the cleaners I think it was in the soft furnishings of the room. So whenever the room was closed up without the balcony door open it smelled awful e.g when I came back into the room in the evening from being out and worse of all in the mornings when I woke up. I know this is from previous customers smoking in the room but it has put me off staying again.

• Susan (8/5): We loved it. - The hotel was lovely, beautifully clean in all areas. It was noisy outside at night. The balcony doors closed kept the room quiet but we found our room was far too hot for us to sleep. Unfortunately, air conditioning doesn’t function in February it seems.

• Nela (9/5): - Am facut rezervarea pe booking unde eu eram inregistata cu facebook si apar pe booking cu un nik name Nela Nely..si la hotel,cu re,ervarea in mana, cu emailul in care se comfirma rezervarea,cu acces la aplicatia de booking nu vroiau sa ia in vonsiderare rezervarea ca nu e pe numele din buletin..sa mai platesti 100€ in plus pt schimbare nume..am facut multe rezervari si pt mine si pt alte persoane si niviodata nu am avut aceasta problema..noroc ca la receptie era o fata romanca si mi-a zis sa schimb numele in booking ,doar ca o sa dureze ceva ca apoi sa se schimbe si in rezervare..si asa a fost dar am piedut jumatate din zi pentru asta..

Staff not very helpful, don’t stay if your young, we were told hotel up would be better suited - Food was ok we paid £1000 for a couple days a lot more than last time spa was fully booked. New Year’s Day we were told we were too loud at midnight for having couple drinks and tv on baring in mind we were ill first two days and it was our last night, I had told the staff the lady complaining next door was showering at 3am banging around but nothing was said about her.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Love the place has everything we wanted except sweaty arm pits! - Second time at the Ambassador 1 and will return. Answered all my requests whilst booking the room and we got what we wanted. Men going into restaurant against hotel policy with sleeveless T shirts on! I got a face full of under arm sweaty hair in my face, this was not one occasion men were in there with sleeveless T shirts. We would also like to see Chia seeds included on the breakfast menu.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Muy bueno... Loved it ! - I would not use any other Hotel in Benidorm! That says it all. I asked for the same room as my previous visit and they obliged by giving me the room next door. Thank You. One thing I did notice was that the dress code in the restaurant was not policed! I do not like to see men in sleeveless T shirts during meal hours, It states in the small print It 'Is Not Allowed' but was still ignored, 'No Sleeves No Meal.' The other thing that seemed to have altered is the amount of people in the Spa, It was full when we were there, too full. I can recommend everything about this hotel except the two littlepoints I mentioned. Sleeveless T shirts worn by men whilst eating. Being small I almost got a face full of Under the arm sweaty hair whilst getting my food.

• Paul (10/5): Perfect super clean hotel , short walk from beach . - The hotel , is super clean and modern, beautiful room, very comfortable beds , lovely walk in shower, the food was probably the nicest in the restaurant we have had of any Benidorm hotel, and we are very picky eaters . The staff are all very helpful and friendly . Not far from beach .good entertainment . Nothing not to like, highly recommend staying here.
