- Evelyn Leusink (7/5): The appartmemt is well location - Location It was quite frustrating to receive constant messages (email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Booking) saying that we could contact them for any issue, but when I asked on the first day if they could bring two light bulbs for the bedside lamps (as they were broken), I was told to buy them myself, which I found quite inappropriate. The issue was not resolved during our stay.
As mentioned in other reviews, the kitchen is quite old and lacks a dishwasher and extractor fan. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. There are several aspects that could be improved.
We were also encouraged to give a score of 10, which we do not feel reflects the actual experience.

Very clean, warm, and well organised appartment with everything you need. There was no spectacular view, but I wouldnt expect tha foe the price and the aspect was nice.
- Jesper (8/5): Great location for skiing and/or hiking at the top of the glacier. All in all a good family option. - Location is very good for the Barzette ski lift. It's a bit further (a 5 min drive) from Crans-Montana 'downtown'.
Nice little balcony with a view. Pretty good shower and bathroom situation, and good setup for a family of four (bunk bed for the kids in separate bedroom). There was no parking when we arrived, which made it complicated. It was probably due to New Year's busy period as it was better in the later days.
The sofa in the apartment really needs to be replaced.. (old leather sofa which is flaking/crumbling).
No dishwasher is a minus.

- Patrice (7/5): Convenable sans plus - Situation, parking, accès et clefs facilement récupérable, Très calme la nuit. Appartement un peu vétuste. Lavabo ébréché, ampoule visible à la salle de bain (peut-être dangereux), TV non fonctionnelle connexion WIFI impossible. Merci néanmoins pour l'attention des capsules café :-).
- CMS (7/5): - Le tarif, la réactivité et la propreté. Les oreillers, l'ameublement vieillot.
- Charles (9/5): Superb - Just in front of a secondary ski lift, meaning it was not as packed as the main one in the morning.
Well furnished, with a ski room at the entrance. Not much, a dishwasher would have been appreciated but not enough place in the kitchen.
Clean but beds were only average.

Comfortable beds and pillows, and quality bath towels. The apt is a bit dated and could use a refresh.
