J’ai fait mon entrée à l’hôtel Juste après avoir reçu 5 implants dentaire, le personnel très charmant et plein de compréhension m’on transportés des poches de glaces nuit et jours toute les heures pendant 48 heures. Je les remercie tous autant qu’ils sont ❤️ les chambre sont très propre, l’agent d’entretien madame Pembe passe tous les matins, elle et très professionnel, je la remercie pour ces petit moment de complicité les matins ❤️ petit déjeuner complet et bon. Je ne trouve aucun point négatif. Je vous conseille fortement ESS hôtel pour des virée à Istanbul avec sa localisation parfaite 300 mètre de la place taksim et la grand rue d’Istiklal, 2-3 km de Beşiktaş, 5 min du grand bazar et d’Eminönü où l’ont peu prendre le bateaux pour traversé le Bosphore. • Katsiaryna (7/5): На деле всё нормально, но зачем ИИ на фотографиях? - Местоположение супер, в номерах число, убирают каждый день, бассейн есть, хотя он меньше чем на фото (фото дорисованны ии), сауна нормальная. Стойка регистрации отеля 24/7, завтраки скромны, но перекусить получится (яйца, хлеб, джемы, хлопья, молоко, оливки и сыр точно будут). Персонал вежливый. В общем за свою цену это хорошее предложение. К пребыванию нет претензий. Я не понимаю зачем дорисовывать фотографии отеля с помощью искусственного интеллекта и потом врать что они перестроили бассейн и уменьшили его, ну кто поверит в такую глупость 🤣. Номер нам сначала дали ужасный и не такой как на фото, но после настойчивых просьб дали хороший номер. Кроме того,фены в номерах нормально не работали. Слышимость очень сильная, и с улицы и соседей. Есс отель, пожалуйста, поставьте свои настоящие фотографии, не используйте ии, и гости будут довольны.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the location is perfect and right in front of Taksim with easy access to the metro and tram. We spent a whole week at the hotel and we can say with certainty that the breakfast is the same every day, with extremely little choice, the windows are leaking, the shower cabin is extremely small and impossible to close because it is not well made and also because it is so small that a larger person cannot close the cabin door behind them. Problems with the elevator are constant and daily. We stopped in the middle of the ride and got stuck in the elevator several times. According to the reviews, we experienced a real disappointment. The best thing to praise is the daily cleaning of the room and daily change of towels, as well as the location in the middle of a lively street a few steps from Talsim.

• Altin (8/5): - The location is great—it’s in Taksim, where everything is close by. It’s a very popular street, so it felt safe and comfortable to walk around at any hour. The room was very clean, they changed our sheets every day, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice, but not as good as it looked in the pictures. There weren’t many options, and sometimes even at 10 a.m. there was almost nothing left to eat. They do need to use the vacuum cleaner more, though! In my 6 days there, they only used it once. But I have to say, the room was clean and the bathroom was clean they just need to use the vacuum cleaner more!!

• Sihem (1/5): Décevant - Rien La literie est pleine de taches et sale. Les couettes à l’intérieur sont vraiment sales. La vue donnait directement sur la rue. Il était impossible de dormir en raison de l’absence totale d’isolation phonique. Durant la semaine de notre séjour, une personne se produisait régulièrement dans la rue afin de recueillir de l’argent, situation à la fois regrettable et pénible à constater. Le bruit résonnait fortement, rendant le sommeil impossible avant 1 h du matin. La rue est exclusivement composée d’hôtels. Nous avons utilisé le spa en fin de journée, vers 18 h. L’accès au hammam et au sauna a été compliqué, la responsable semblant réticente à mettre les installations en fonctionnement. Elle nous parlait uniquement en turc, ce qui ne facilitait pas l’accès au spa. Lorsque nous avons pris le temps de lui parler longuement en arabe, elle a soudainement changé de discours et a finalement allumé le hammam. En revanche, le sauna est resté indisponible, sous prétexte d’un temps de chauffe trop long. Nous avions pourtant choisi cet hôtel principalement pour son spa. Par ailleurs, l’organisation sur plusieurs étages n’est pas pratique, notamment pour les personnes qui auraient la possibilité d’accéder au sauna, ce qui n’a pas été notre cas. Enfin, la piscine n’était pas chauffée, l’eau étant extrêmement froide.

• Dilshod (5/5): Below expectations - The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel has a good location, with many shops and cafés nearby. The room was worn out, with dirty curtains and bedside tables. The sound insulation was poor — everything from the street could be heard. The toilet was dirty upon check-in; although they later provided a clean room, the curtains were still dirty. I recommend not trusting the attractive photos of the hotel, better visit first.
