• Fiore (7/5): - Gentilezza dell'Host, riscaldamento, cucina attrezzata. I materassi e la biancheria da letto non erano puliti, c'era polvere in casa, lavandino del bagno otturato, mancanza di specchi in casa, vetri dei finestrini in bagno rotti.

• Christine (5/5): - Positiv zu bewerten ist, dass die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt und sauber war. Ich habe drei Nächte bei Surf.lend verbracht und kann die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Bereits als ich angekommen bin, ging das WLAN und der Fernseher nicht. Außerdem gab es in der Küche kein warmes Wasser. Zwar war die Unterstützung vor Ort trotz der Sprachbarrieren sehr freundlich, allerdings gab es immer wieder Probleme mit dem Internet und dem Fernseher.
• Marta (1/5): Don't be fooled by the pictures, Avoid at all costs. - I messaged the property contact (Damodara) often, to ensure someone was there to hand me the keys. I got a "just text me when you are there". I gave a 40 mins warning, a 5 mins warning, and lord and behold, no one was at the door, nor did anyone pick up the phone when I arrived (bear in mind it as -4 degrees outside). Eventually, someone came up. The house was very big, therefore parts of the house were cold. The shower had a window to the outside of the property that wasn't frosted, so there was no privacy. If you plan to take long enough to wash your hair, you will flood the bathroom. The bathroom floor had hairs from previous guests. When I arrived, I couldn't find any towels or bathmats. I did message asking for them, but got no response, so I tried to find them myself in non guest accessible areas. The beds are uncomfortable and the duvet cover I initially used was dirty and smelt of cigarettes. The kitchen had absolutely no warm water to do the dishes, nor washing up sponges, and the cherry on top of the cake was no wifi. Despite it clearly stating it has wifi, after messaging the property, they apologised and agreed with me that the wifi was poor, but that the next day (Saturday), they would get back to me with a solution. Upon chasing them on Saturday, I was ghosted for the whole weekend, complained to Booking, and got a message on Monday saying they were going to sort. Given that Monday is a work day and I cannot afford to wait for yet another useless promise, I had to go work remotely for 2 days in a coffee shop, where I spent a lot of money in order to use it. Contacted the property for a refund, and who knew, I got ghosted again. I work in events and premium hospitality. I know I cannot expect a 5-star hotel service, but I at least expected the bare minimum, which is professionalism, a proper reception, towels, wifi, check out details, but I got nothing from this property. I would not recommend it to absolutely no one.

• Nóra (10/5): - Jó helyen volt. Jó felszerelés, szép fürdő, tágas terek. Az egyik szobában nem volt redőny. Hajnali 5-6 körül érkeztek a kukasok, a kukák az ablakunkkal szembe volt, így ez nagyon zavaró volt.

• Martin (9/5): - Čistý a veľmi dobre vybavený apartmán v tichej ulici len ca. 15min pešo od historického centra. Potraviny Spar tak 150m na skok. Veľmi dobre využitý priestor, jedná sa o staršiu budovu s vyššími stropmi a majitelia to využili na výbornú a postele umiestnili pod strop. Nám sa to páčilo a bolo to také netradičné spestrenie pobytu. Kto chce navštíviť ako napr. my vianočný Graz, tak jednoznačne toto ubytovanie odporúčam. Vybavenie kuchyne, čistota a tepelný komfort. To, čo ja hodnotím ako netradičné spestrenie pobytu - postele na vyvýšenej pavlači môže predstavovať pre starších ľudí, menej pohyblivých alebo obéznejších ľudí problém...predsalen sa tam hore lezie obtiažnejšie a kto zvykne v noci chodiť napr. na WC tak je to diskomfort. Rovnako ak má niekto moc malé deti je tu riziko pádu. Dalo by sa to ale riešiť zábradlím a troška inými menej kolmými schodíkmi. Hore na tej pavlači sa dá premiestňocať len po kolenačky. No a detail, teplý vzduch stúpa hore a keďže spíte blízko stropu, bolo tam teplejšie ako dolu pri podlahe. Ako vravým, to čo je pre niekoho sranda a netradičné spestrenie pobytu môže byť pre iného veľká prekážka...takže POZOR na to. Samozrejme dvoje postele sú aj dolu a nakoniec aj tie matrace z tej pavlače sa tiež dajú zhodiť dolu...
• Silvia (4/5): - Die Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Wir haben die Rechnung angefordert, der Gastgeber reagiert nicht mehr an unsere Nachrichten. Matratzen sehr unbequem, wir hatten Gliederschmerzen, nach 3 Nächten waren wir total kaputt. Überall Staub, Spinnweben.

• Katharina (10/5): Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung - gute Lage und schönes, sauberes und großzügiges Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend. Check-in und Check-out problemlos, Küche gut ausgestattet. Heizung konnte problemlos selbst eingestellt werden, Matratzen und Decken waren in Ordnung. Zahlreiche gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Habe die Unterkunft allein genutzt, ist aber bestimmt auch für Familien und Gruppen geeignet. Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine wären das Tüpfelchen auf dem i gewesen.

• Rebecca (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay - -schnelle Erreichbarkeit eines Supermarktes und diverser anderer Läden, sowie Bahnhof und Busverbindungen -ruhig gelegenes großes Apartment, mehrere Chill out areas für große Gruppen konzipiert - dazu eine schöne Küche ausreichend ausgestattet -relativ gute hygienische Zustände - Heizung hatte nicht funktioniert und das im Herbst in Österreich ist sehr unangenehm, habe gelesen, dass es ein seit Ewigkeiten bestehendes Problem ist, daran könnte man noch arbeiten, es wurde jedoch behoben nach relativ kurzer Zeit. -Schlafmöglichkeit "oben" nicht für große Menschen geeignet, da die Decke selbst beim Sitzen fast den Kopf erreicht. Eine Doppelbett Möglichkeit im Apartment wäre für Pärchen wünschenswert.. -Matratzen sehr unbequem, alt und durchgelegen egal ob man jung und trainiert ist, jeder hat danach Rückenschmerzen, sollte definitiv ausgetauscht werden. -Bad sehr eng und beklemmend, ohne Föhn, der auf mehrmaliges Erwähnen erst nach 3 Tagen zur Verfügung stand.... Das ging gar nicht, wenn ich etwas in der Ausstattung der Wohnung erwähne, muss es da sein. Sonst war alles da. -Ablauf in der Dusche war komplett verstopft. Man musste fix duschen, um eine Überflutung des Bades zu verhindern.

• Ákos (9/5): We enjoyed the holiday here, the only lack is the morning coffee. - The flat was clean, neat, stylish and comfortable. We absolutely liked the TV-watching stairs in the living room. Everything was clean. The street and the house is calm all day. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants within some minutes of walk, just like the bus stop. The inner city is 5-10 minutes by public transportation. The fancy coffe machine is pretty useless without compatible capsules or any nearby option to buy some. Some of the family found the temperature a bit low, but we could not adjust the thremostat.

• Anne (6/5): Fijn, maar beroerd contact!! - De accommodatie was ruim en voorzien van alle benodigde faciliteiten. Prettige locatie! Contact met eigenaar was snerpend: slecht bereikbaar en weinig tot geen respons. Wifi werkte regelmatig niet.
• Alžbeta (8/5): - Vybavenie apartmánu bolo veľmi dobré, nič nám nechýbalo, vidieť,že je to starší byt, ale zato útulný a čistý. Komunikácia s majiteľom veľmi dobrá. Neberiem to ako mínusové body, ale skôr tip pre majiteľov. Na poschodí je urobená spacia časť, ktorá je ale neohradena, takže deti tam spať nemôžu z bezpečnostných dôvodov. Aj pre dospelého je náročné sa dostať dolu v noci bezpecne. Dorobenie zábradlia by bolo skvelé.
• Agnieszka (10/5): Polecam !!!! - Bardzo duży, przestronny, komfortowy i czysty apartament, urządzony nowocześnie. Bardzo wygodny, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. Zatrzymaliśmy się na tylko na jedną noc, ale dłuższy pobyt byłby tak samo przyjemny. Niedaleko sklepy i bary. Okolica cicha. Płatny parkin przy ulicy, na jedną noc nie stanowiło to problemu, ale przy dłuższym pobycie to dodatkowe koszty byłyby odczuwalne.

• Tcmurenc (9/5): Superb - Super responsive and really helpful, the place is spacious and nicely decorated. It is within walking distance od Graz city center and a great place to explore Graz from. Overall a really pleasant place to stay in especially for bigger groups/families. Would recommend! The parking is not free (maybe that was something we misread on our part), so for a few days stay it can get expensive, we stayed only for one day so it was okay.

• David (10/5): Really relaxed and comfortable space - Check in/getting the keys was easy, and they catered to an earlier arrival. Really comfortable apartment - loved the 'stair' sofa, and the facilities for the kitchen & home cooking were perfect. Didn't get too warm inside with the shutters, despite the 30C+ weather. The location is also a very short walk from the Schlossberg funicular tram (highly recommend) Thanks! The bed being upstairs was a bit daunting at first, but there are plenty of other options if you don't like to climb!

• Paige (7/5): Ok for price - Lots of space for the price, many people could stay there even thought it was just me :) big kitchen and bar area. 20 minute walk from central area, with groceries and cafes and bars nearby. I think the apartment is in need of a deep clean. Areas were a bit dusty and there was mildew in the freezer. Shower does not drain well and can flood after a few minutes. Some things like hair dryer were missing although listed in amenities.

The television in the room did have a contro and the big tv didn’t work on most of the stations

• Yanling (10/5): Great. - The decoration of the flat is very nice. And the price is so fair compared to the most accommodations in Graz. The owner is very friendly.
• Tomáš (10/5): Great accomodation for the money - Very cozy, convenient location, great design, nice bathroom, enough space. Enough parking spaces and very easy access to the city center. We were unable to make the washing machine work. The toilet combined with bathroom is a little bit incovenient. The entrance door was partially stuck and very hard to open. The communication with the owner was a bit complicated at first since the primary contact was away and it took us half an hour before we arranged a meeting with someone else.
• Petr (10/5): Great stay! - The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds are comfy, there are many options for sleeping or relaxation, including an outside patio. Parking right in front of the house, city center within walkable distance, Grocery story around the corner plus a quite a few options for eating out as well. The owner Chris is a great host, Very communicative, came to check us in and offered help with whatever we needed.

The apartment was super clean, with nice comfortable beds and with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a very nice area and the bust stop is 4mins away. I can’t recommend it enough!

The overall cleanliness of the home was great, and the sheets and towels were smelling amazing :-P . Kitchen is well stocked and generously supplied with an assortment of coffee and tea options. One standout aspect of the home was its uniquely creative and fun design, which added an extra element of enjoyment to my stay. The location of the place is also fantastic, and I highly recommend taking advantage of the bike option for easy exploration of the surrounding area. Chris, the host, proved to be both cool and friendly, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout my stay. If you find yourself in Graz, I strongly recommend opting for a home-type accommodation, and this particular property stands out as one of the best in the city.

Lots of room, plenty of good beds, and a nice quiet location that's still close to everything. Christian was very helpful getting me settled in and had lots of good info about what to see and do around town
