• Andrea Hayward (6/5): - The view was lovely and the unit was clean. Be aware the building is quite old. The key pick up area, the entry and general building is in need of renovation and noise from neighbours can be heard (TVs, plumbing noises). The unit itself is nicely presented and the view is gorgeous, however there are better value options available in Bondi. The shower was held up by a shoelace tied around it.

I just found it temperamental but this was the only issue I had

• Tahlia (10/5): Already planning the next stay! - Amazing stay, didn't want to leave! Make sure you check out the roof top too. Can't beat the views from the apartment. You'll feel right at home like a local.
• Cameron (6/5): Great location for the beach - The location was excellent and bondi beach lived up to expectations. The advertisement for the property indicated a private infinity pool, there is no pool at the complex. Recommended improvements would include: Changing the folding bed to a full free standing bed as due to the fact guests comfort is not great with the existing mattress set up. A safe installed in a draw for valuable items for safe keeping.

The flat was super comfortable and the owner was very helpful & accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags off before the check in time. The cleaner was also super welcoming and the flat felt fresh & clean. We were a little disappointed that you had to pay an additional fee to use the bbq on the roof despite it being included as a facility in the description however, the flat had everything else you could need!

Parking is non existent in Bondi Beach, the elevator was out and you have to carry your luggage up 4 flights of stairs.

The view from the room was stunning, making the stay even more enjoyable. I strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

• Lila (7/5): Beautiful beach views - Perfect location! You could see part of the beach from the room and it was a short walk to not only the beach but the nearest cafe for breakfast. (It was so good at the Berry Patch Acai Cafe, that we ended up there 2 mornings in a row!) We enjoyed being right at the edge of the beach (instead of right in the middle of the hustle & bustle of the Campbell Parade) and were able to quickly access the Bondi to Bronte Coastal walk from the apartment building. The bathroom was a teeny bit tight for one person, let alone two.

• Megan (10/5): The apartment had a perfect coastal aesthetic and the views were phenomenal. - The owners had clear communication the day before our stay as to how we would access the apartment and it all went smoothly upon our arrival. Our apartment was clean and tidy and it had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the window seat for taking in the views of Bondi beach. The views across Bondi beach are stunning and we loved having access to the rooftop balcony where you can see right across Bondi and back up the coastline. The bus stop is right outside with regular buses stopping there to take you to shops or the train station. We would definitely book this apartment again.
• Robert (9/5): Good location next to Bondi Beach. - Location. Interior was fine. Staff was very responsive and helpful through messages. Appreciated the late checkout, even though we did not need the extra time. Needed a bit of maintenance that should have been taken care of some time ago. No information about wifi access, beach access, shopping/eating/services in the neighborhood. Do not know the market well enough to determine if the daily rate was “worth it”.

• Kelsey (9/5): Great stay, super close to the beach and good cafes/restaurants. Beautiful view - Super easy to collect the keys and check in. The view is beautiful and the apartment was very well cleaned. Good communication and easy check out process! No parking space. We had to find a car park about 10 minutes away from the apartment which was fine for us but definitely something to be mindful of! There was no untimed parking close by that we could find. Only downfall though

• Ben (9/5): Superb - Amazing views, well appointed apartment. Host was easy to liaise with. Had a great stay! Apartment building itself isn't the nicest, but it doesn't really matter - all about the views and the apartment itself. Somewhere to leave bags the day of checkout would be great too.
