• Chuyen (9/5): Very comfortable - Walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and high end shops are next door. Good place to take a walk day or night. The rubbish collection starts at 3am and it goes to 8am. If you don’t mind the noise then this place is good place to stay
• Greg (10/5): This place is awesome and would be great for a group needing separate rooms but with their won common area. - Great location. Very nice amenities. The check-in required a code for which the instructions were perfect. Everything worked as described. I’m just not use to it.
• En viaje (6/5): Lástima los ruidos - El lugar donde está en Roma es hermoso, cerca de todo lo que es importante visitar. La zona es bastante comercial pero muy agradable. El b&b tiene una zona común, muy cómoda con una máquina de café donde siempre encontrás cápsulas y agua. También un rico budín siempre disponible. La habitación tenía un lindo balcón a Via del Corso, con mesita y sillas para disfrutarlo ya que enfrente hay una plaza y una iglesia con su bella cúpula. El ruido a la noche! y a la mañana temprano también....De la limpieza, de la recolección de residuos y de obras en la calle, a las 2 a.m. No dormimos bien ninguna de las dos noches. Horrible, porque se camina mucho y es necesario descansar. Las ventanas herméticas y los tapones de oídos no fueron suficiente. Intentábamos dormir un rato más a la mañana pero había gente hablando en las zonas comunes, por teléfono en voz muy alta.

Tiedoissa sanotaan että on jääkaappi sitä ei siis tässä huoneistossa ollut. Huoneiston valinta tehtiin myös osittain tästäkin syystä. Huoneiston kuvaus oli muutenkin liioilteltu. Hinta- laatusuhde aika kova.
• Rory (5/5): The reception is cozy. However, the room is basic economy accomodation at best. - Location Room is basic economy. Nothing luxurious about the room, which is misleading when the name says “Luxury”. Bedding is basic, no mattress pad but seems clean. Towels are so thin and tired.

• Lily (9/5): A spacious and well-located stay near the Spanish Steps. - This was a great stay! The room was very spacious for Rome, and the ensuite was also clean and roomy. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Spanish Steps. The property consists of four rooms within one apartment, with a shared communal area that includes a coffee machine and some cake, which was a nice touch. There’s a small elevator in the building, which made it much easier to bring our suitcases upstairs. Housekeeping came daily, although our towels weren’t changed during the stay, which I would have expected. Other than that, everything was lovely, and I would definitely recommend staying here. Towels should be replaced.

L’apt sur della Croce est idéalement situé près de la Piazza Di Spagna et à distance à pied de touts les principaux attraits touristiques. Apt propre, le balcon est agréable pour le café matinal ou encore l’apéro. Et que dire de chaleureux de Guilia.

• Nancy (9/5): Was een super tof verblijf en raad het iedereen aan - We hadden geen ontbijt genomen maar de locatie was prima. De bedden sliepen verassend lekker en de kamer was echt netjes. Die lift vond ik echt eng, dus moesten we de trap naar 4 hoog nemen
• Zsoltné (9/5): Csak ajánlani tudom!! - Tisztaság, felújított minden, minden nap takarítva, törölköző csere. Nagyon jó helyen van, minden a szánkban volt, reggeliző hely, kisbolt, vendéglők. Csakis gyalog közlekedtünk max.20 perc távolságra a látnivalók. A lift még a régi kicsi duplaajtós,záras, de azért az első meglepetés után megszoktuk. Viszont a márvány csigalépcsőt is szerettük, lefelé azt használtuk.

• Samantha (8/5): In the heart of Rome - great value, modern/clean/fresh and great location! - We loved this hotel, but it is not actually a 'hotel' - it's a serviced apartment, and when we had arrived into Italy off the plane from Australia, we didn't have data/wifi, so we had asked them to text us the code to enter the property - which they had whatsapp'ed us - which we didn't get because we had no data/wifi - so when we arrived, we were a little shocked to arrive to an empty corridor and foyer, with no signage, just the building number on the wall of the building on the street. We entered and there was a lift, that didn't work and we couldn't see any signs to the 'hotel' - what we didn't know was that we were meant to have received the information to go up the lift and use a code to enter the serviced apartment. We had advised them to text us, as they only send the information 24 hours before you arrive, but we had been travelling from Australia for 27 hours, so missed this whatsapp message - so you can only imagine the dilemma we were in, arriving after leaving our home in Australia over 30+ hours, to arrive 7am on a Saturday morning in the middle or Rome with no data/wifi and not know how to enter the property - this is our tip -get them to email/text/whatsapp 48 hours before, or via a channel you can access. Anyway, we did finally enter the property using the phone of the cafe over the road, who helped us, and we were delighted when we walked in - a BIG modern room, with an ensuite. Lots of space for luggage, a great/comfy bed, nice cool airconditioning, all clean and set up with tea/coffee and shuttered windows looking out to the street/roofs of Rome - a great location, so close to the shopping, cafes, restaurants, Spanish steps, Via Del Corso, a 15 mins walk to Panthenon and Piazza Navona & Piazza del poppolo. A great location, and a great place to stay. We had 2 nights and were very happy with the room. Please note, if you don't have data/wifi, insist that they text you the code to enter the property - as they had whatssapp'ed us but we didn't have data. We were stuck on the street for 30 mins at a cafe trying to work out how to get to the room when we arrived, so we were a little shocked to arrive to an empty corridor and foyer, with no signage, just the building number on the wall of the building outside. The location was brilliant for walking everywhere and there were shops and restaurants everywhere. The lift to the 4th floor was needed. It broke on the last night, and when I messaged them about this, they sent someone ASAP. Highly recommend

• Stephanie (7/5): We really enjoyed this hotel, just believe it wouldn’t take much to make it excellent. - The location of this property was amazing. We had the room with a balcony which had an amazing view of a church. We also loved having a TV that we could watch netflix etc on, and there is a space behind the bed which is like a dressing room/walk in wardrobe. It was nice having our suitcases out of the way. We found that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The mattress itself was fine, however the linen and towels were very cheap and scratchy and the pillows were all either rock hard or had nothing to them, we found that this did impact our sleep. The aircon light is also very bright in the room and is annoying when trying to sleep.

Emplacement. Climatisation, salle de bain. … Rien a signaler mais quelques points de vigilance. Ascenseur parfois bloqué (dans ce cas faut monter!!! Pour débloquer), et étroit. Légèrement bruyant mais normal puisqu’en plein centre. Trop de voyants lumineux dans la chambre la nuit (noir total impossible)-chambre 3. Pas possible d’allumer la climatisation dans l’espace commun/partagé.

The staff was friendly, offered great service and easy to follow check in details. Great for those looking for more of a home away from home feel! Wifi was not great at times, but staff did fix it. Also, the building has a small, more of a one person elevator, but worked ok :)

Balkon hatte einen tollen Ausblick u man konnte sogar draußen sitzen, das war sehr nett. Der Schrankraum hinterm Bett war sehr praktisch u angenehm, plus vieler Kleiderbügel, das war toll, auch ein steamer war da. Gut, dass man das Zimmer kühlen konnte. Die Dame, die das Zimmer reinigte war sehr freundlich. Das Bett war nicht bequem u das Kopfteil aus Stoff sehr staubig. Der Boden war auch nicht ganz sauber und der Vorhang beim Fenster war herunter gerissen. Die Handtücher waren schon etwas dünn vom vielen waschen. Ingesamt könnte man das Zimmer und Bad besser reinigen.

The elevator was quite small and made some strange noises when being used. But I used the staircase mostly if I wasn’t carrying my luggage to avoid it. There was no iron either and the clothes steamer wasn’t very good quality. It leaked water on my clothes and stained them.

Large bottle of water a nice touch as was the coffee machine and cake in the general area near reception. Excellent location. Taxi was able to drop off at the front door. Lift while small was a welcomed relief. Would definitely recommend Boutique Suites della Croce and would return without hesitation. Mattress too soft for me (however this is personal preference). Towels a little threadbare. My room had a balcony, on which two a/c motors were housed. These continually start/stopped throughout the night and were annonying.

• Lauren (7/5): - Very clean property, amazing location for exploring all around Rome. No more than a 20-30 minute walk to any location you can think of around Rome. I didn’t realise that the check-in procedure was sent to me on booking.com messages so I had absolutely no idea where to go or how to check in as there’s no reception or signs about the hotel about what floor the building was in. We spent almost an hour trying to work out how to check in walking up and down 4 floors of stairs trying to work it out and couldn’t get onto any of the contact numbers. Luckily we ran into someone else who was staying at the hotel who showed us where to go and the pin on the door. The lift is absolutely ancient and as someone who doesn’t love lifts at the best of times, let just say I did a lot of 4 flight stair climbs. Really more my fault than the hotel, but something to be aware of and definitely negatively affected our stay.

Bathroom has hot and cold rain shower. They have steamer for clothes. Coffee is wonderful. Wasn’t able to try the pastry but looks delicious. They even have fresh flowers. Enjoyed meeting Guilia None. It was wonderful!

• max (9/5): Guter Kontakt, top Lage, geräumig und ruhig. - Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und weil im 4. Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) auch noch weg von der Geräuschkulisse der belebten Via della Croce - also ruhig. Die Lage ist für Stadterkundung optimal, da nicht nur die Metro (Linie A "Spagna") sondern viele Buslinien in der Nähe erreichbar sind. Bei 35°C in der Stadt haben wir diese gute Anbindung genutzt, um mittags ohne großen Zeitverlust eine Siesta im Zimmer einzulegen (die Klimaanlage hat bestens funktioniert) und anschließend wieder loszuziehen. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft lief über Mail/Messenger und war freundlich, zuverlässig, pünktlich. Wir haben eine Rezeption oder eine Hotelbar etc. nicht vermisst.

• Robyn (9/5): Wonderful accommodation near Spanish Stairs - It was in an awesome location with lots of restaurants and cafes around and within walking distance to all of Rome's historical sites. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. There was cake provided daily which made a great start to the day. Totally recommend and would definitely stay again. Metro stop not far either. Nothing it was all very good.
