• Kenneth (9/5): Comfortable Cabin - It was a very comfortable stay and a very neat and tidy cabin. The owner switching on the aircon prior to our arrival made it even more comfortable for us. The owners were very polite and easy to communicate with. Nothing. There was nothing to give a negative feedback off.

• Christine (10/5): A luxe stay on the edge of the desert , be prepared to be surprised by the spectacular surrounds ! - Quirky property with amazing views of wildlife , big skies with a hint of desert luxe . Exceptionally luxe accommodation with thick luxurious towels , crisp linens and everything provided for a very high end and tastefully curated stay . Gil is most hospitable with an engaging smile and the gift of being a genuine and sincere host . The dedication and passion she has for her beautiful property is palpable . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . We didn’t allow enough time for our stay , you will want more than one night .

• Elizabeth (9/5): Home away from home, peaceful and perfect. - Beautifully curated experience. Clean, comfortable, homely amenities and new. A proper kitchen with proper cooking utensils, equipment and supporting facilities.
• Sienna (10/5): - Perfect location near the amazing aviation museum and close to town and the fantastic rural museum, very personable and kind hosts who have equipped the place with everything you need, outdoor dining area on front porch and side verandah off the main bedroom, and the most comfortable beds and pillows....seriously, 11/10 on the mattresses and bedding and pillows! Also, most places only have one AC unit but there are 3 in this home so you can adjust the temperature in each room. That was very thoughtful. My family loved having the Nespresso coffee machine and frother. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook your own meals and my Dad enjoyed getting steaks from the terrific local butcher and using the BBQ outside. Thanks, Gill, for everything, & hope we can make our way back again soon!

• Cat_R (10/5): Beautifully appointed self-contained 'pods' - We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom 'pods' and it was very comfortable for two people. The facilities are excellent with a lot of thought put into everything that may possibly be required. The location is just outside of town, although an easy walk to town or to Centenary Lake, and very convenient to the Air Museum. Nothing, we will be staying again.

The booking.com process didn’t correctly show site map so finding correct unit was hard, but the owners were on hand with quick response.

• Benjamin (10/5): A great country cottage experience for the discerning traveller who appreciates quality and comfort. - I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation and the attention to detail. The quality is displayed in the excellent fitout and appliances. The kitchen has all the essentials for an extended stay. The 2 bedrooms were really comfortable and privately located at each end of the cottage. The bathroom was clean and practical. The cottages sit on a nice property that is private, but also an easy drive into the centre of town. The owner manager is on site and ready to assist if necessary, but otherwise leaves you to enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottages are near the road, but noise was not an issue and the cottages face toward an open field. Two cottages have better views that the field, so if that is important for you check directly with the owners. The cottage without the view looks at the back of another cottage, but is very private anyway. There is always the communal seating area if you want to enjoy the field view and a glass of wine.

Mark came and said g'day and it was nice to have a chat. Facilities very comfy. Loved the little touches like the plush towels and the breakfast supplies. We only stayed for one night but will be back if we're in the area. Maybe a little more obvious signage at the entrance would have helped us find you :-)
• Michael (10/5): Fantastic location and facilities and wonderful people. Ideal weekend drive from Canberra. - This is a terrific location. It is quiet, very clean and has well appointed facilities. The owners are friendly and committed local people who aim to make your stay the best it can be. All rooms are air conditioned which makes even the hottest day comfortable. Parking right next to your cabin is very convenient. Only a short drive to Temora, but feels like your are away from the world. Great place!! Nothing

• Gavin (6/5): Adequate for what the accommodation is but could be so much better - Can see the potential but needs work to create an inviting look from outside, works as a one night stay. Pillows were terrible, memory foam pillows should never be used in this situation, find out what pillows good hotels use, also bed was a tad on the firm side. If you are going to provide bread in the freezer then let people know, you would be better off getting a bread maker and just put a fresh loaf in the room only would cost a couple of dollars and could be done the morning of arrival. The decks need some form of cover as well as the concrete car pads, last thing people with decent cars is to have them exposed to the elements.

Gillian happened to be on site when we arrived well after our expected arrival time, she was friendly & informative, lovely to meet you Gillian :-). Everything has been thought of to make your stay as seamless as possible. Location was fantastic, peaceful & quiet considering the close location to the airport which is within walking distance. The fire pit area is well set up & positioned away from the pods for some additional relaxation area. That we had to leave! We travelled as a family for the Temora Aviation Museum event & everything was accessible & within proximity to our needs including a short drive to the town centre. Nothing to dislike.

The setting was great - we had a good view of the frost on the paddocks in the morning. The first night was rather cold - I was glad I had my hot water bottle. The second night was much warmer.

We like the communication from Gill and found that star gazing at night was a treat too! We should have stayed longer!!
