• YUN-FANG (8/5): 住宿體感很好。相較於一般飯店，性價比很高，只是地鐵和JR都需要步行一小段路程。 - 浴室和廁所是分開，使用不衝突。 有廚房，並且提供簡易廚具可以使用，相當方便。 附近的錦糸町可以搭成最早班的富士回遊號去河口湖。 離地鐵和JR有一點點距離，但平常有健走習慣的人就不會遠，不過如果有大件行李會比較不方便。步行出來的大路很容易攬到計程車。

• Charith (7/5): Affordable, easy 10 min walk to train station, close to 7-11 - Clean apartment, quiet, had separate area for kitchen and had washing machine and easy to dry clothes on outside balcony. we booked the one bedroom apartment. It felt smaller space then expected. I was my fault as i looked at other photos under Mi-APT MIDORI. Better to book the two suite bedroom so there is living area for space for luggage. Just make sure you look at the correct photos to what you book

• Huiju (10/5): - 這次住兩間臥室的房型，房間空間很寬敞，客廳空間也很大，廚具也是應有盡有，加上離住宿的地方走路不到十分鐘就有Life超市可以採買，想買生食熟食嚐鮮的話真的是非常方便。除了超市附近走路3分鐘也有一間711。 住宿地方雖然離車站都有些距離，但兩國站還有錦糸町跟森下站，都可以搭公車前往，除了車站還有淺草、晴空塔也可以搭公車前往，非常方便！ 加上我們入住期間雖然是WBC舉辦期間，但性價比也是非常可以，有遇到問題房東的回覆也非常快！非常推薦，下次來東京還會選擇這裡的。

• Martin (10/5): - Der kontaktlose Check-in lief reibungslos. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem die Waschmaschine war sehr hilfreich. Die Klimaanlage hat zum Glück auch sehr gut funktioniert und war leise. Positiv fand ich auch die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung mit Rauchmeldern und einer extra Fluchttreppe im Freien ausgestattet ist. In Gehreichweite viel Auswahl an gut und günstigen Restaurants sowie Supermärkten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für Tokyo echt super. Der Weg zur Metro ist etwa 13 Minuten, mit Gepäck durchaus recht weit. Die niedrigen japanischen Betten sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• Vinh (8/5): - The room was relaxing and cozy to return to after the long day. The room looks clean and tidy. Very well maintained compared to hotel level cleaning service. Lost points due to some questionable brownish stains found on the white duvets covers.

• Pavan (8/5): - The house was very nice and had all the facilities required for a couple of nights' stay. It was also spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Tokyo. The house is too far from any metro station, as we had to walk 15-20 minutes to the nearest one. The TV didn't have regular channels, but you can watch Netflix or other on-demand services.

It does take a while to get around as it’s located a little away from the metro stations, but still centrally located. A non-issue considering the price.

• Carla Resolado (8/5): - Apartment is spacious and staff are easy to reach. Obvious wear and tear of the couch. Couldnt sit properly because one side is broken. Rest of the furniture are ok.

• Nathan (8/5): - Comfortable. Good size. Clothes washing facilities are a bonus particularly in summer. Only 11 mins walk from subway station. Quiet area. Check-in time was late. It would have been nicer for an earlier check-in.

• Dinushka (9/5): Comfortable for the price - They had provided all the necessities for a 6 night stay. The self check-in was very smooth. The place was clean and quite spacious for the price. The nearest convenience store was about a 5 minute walk. While there was a bus stop very close by, the train stations were all quite far away (10 - 15 mins walk).

• Amy (10/5): Great apartment, wonderful host, nice neighborhood, and a fantastic experience! - The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood with good access to public transportation. There’s a bus stop around the corner of the block that can take you to a lot of different places. Metro stations are about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. There is a large mall/shopping area 17 minutes away by foot. The apartment is not big, but it has everything you’d need. It was very comfortable for the two of us. The host was very friendly and attentive. We had a little hiccup in the beginning that was not their fault, and our host went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make us whole.

• Raju (9/5): Quite and Cozy apartment in Tokyo with good connectivity. - The location is ideally located and has good connectivity. The apartments in residential area so it's nice and quite. The rooms are clean and comes with all requirements to sustain daily-life. Kitchen, Entertainment, Washing, Toiletries. It should be a great option for travellers planning to live longer and experience Japanese life. The rooms are bit small (most of the japanese rooms are). The distance from either of the station is on average 10minutes walk or more. So, if you have larger bags, can be issue.

• Anaïs (8/5): Small but with all necessities - The appartement was small, but confortable with all necessities. It was a 10min walk from the closest train station, and the bigger cities around could be reached within 15-30min. The host left a book with recommandations and we really enjoyed the public bath nearby. There were also lots of convenience stores, daiso and drugstores nearby. The only thing is, some days, the wind would be very strong and cause clicking sounds inside the room, which made it difficult to sleep. It would have been nice to have more cups (Non plastic ones) for tea and coffee. All in all, still a small nice stay!
