• Joanne (1/5): Very disappointing villa which does not reflect the adverts photos. - Location is great, 5 mins from beach & old town. Hot tub worked well. Property is in a bad state of maintenance, black mould in wardrobes & around ceilings, en suite smelt of the drains and inherent mould damage. Bathroom ceiling leaked as rain was running down the internal wall and onto the floor tiles. Soft furnishings and bedding felt damp. There is no ventilation in the villa apart from the windows which you can’t keep open when it’s gale force wind & rain. Part of the facia board fell off as it’s completely rotten. This is far from a ‘luxury’ villa we booked.
• Claire (8/5): Big well equipped house in a perfect location. Great for divers too! - We loved the size and location of Casa Tiati, it is perfectly located between the harbour/old town and the main strip, but really close to all the shops, bars and restaurants as well as the lovely beach at Playa Chica. As we are scuba divers it was perfect as the dive shops and beach are close by, and the large terrace with drying racks was great for drying our dive gear at the end of the day. The house has all the facilities you would want, with a large well equipped kitchen and comfortable sofas. The beds were also comfy and the sun beds outside perfect for lounging. Fernando was very communicative and helpful with his photos and videos of how everything works. Many thanks! In the main bedroom there was a bit of a noise whenever anyone uses a tap or toilet, and there is some damp in the wardrobes. The outside could do with some maintenance as it’s looking a bit tatty and some wood is rotten. It didn’t impact on our stay but could be remedied.

• Ilona (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay from day one. We've been so busy with going out and exploring the island that we didn't use all the facilities in the house in full. Next time 😆 The most i liked- the location. Just across the road we had a lovely beach, lots of walking paths with breathtaking views, cafes, restaurants. Kitchen is a perfect size even for a big group of people, you have everything you need. Jacuzzi was a benefit also. It's a shame we used it a few times only. Also we had a free access to the local sport centre, I recommend 👌 I was crying leaving the place. I'll come back one day 😉

• Sarah (10/5): Great stay - Great location and easily accessed with a buggy. Fernando was so helpful, left us a little welcome pack and had a lovely cot with pillow and blanket for the baby. You get a key to the front gate which is great because you can lock it and rest assured children won't wander out. There's an outdoor shower down the side of the house to rinse off after the beach which is less than a 5 minute walk away. There's also plenty of blankets which are much appreciated when sitting out on a chilly night.

• Andrew (8/5): Would definitely return - Fantastic villa in a great location. It was such a quiet area and so close to the beach, and old town. The owner Fernando left us a welcome pack which was greatly appreciated. He was so so helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble. The cleaner was very thorough, lovely fluffy towels and clean linen during our stay, even provided beach towels too. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had a full spec TV, and the jacuzzi on the terrace was a bonus. Not a dislike but worth mentioning - It says the villa is all on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, BUT note there is one step into the bedroom area, and further step into the bathroom if using the on suite bedroom. It would be useful to have a handbook telling you about recycling/rubbish and instructions for the cooker, washer and dishwasher washer etc. The third bedroom was only accessible by going through the second bedroom. there was only limited hot water for four people to shower, so for six people it would be very poor. The internet connection was very slow and most channels were buffering. Only about 1.5 Mbps.
