• Claudia (2/5): Mala gestión. - No tienen atención al cliente después de las 10 de la noche, si ocurre cualquier problema, no te lo van a resolver. Se equivocaron del código de entrada y estuvimos toda la noche en la intemperie porque no tienen nada para solucionarlo.
• María (7/5): La tranquilidad del pueblo - La ubicación es perfecta, locales cerca, aparcamiento, la TRANQUILIDAD, de 10 La limpieza deja mucho que desear y los colchones y almohadas estan para cambiar. Es como dormir en un agujero.

• Rainer (7/5): - Die Lage in Santiago ist sehr zentral, nahe der Bushaltestelle, des Hafens, der Geschäfte, der Strände. Auch die gut gepflegten Gartenanlagen und das Schwimmbad sind zu loben. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig . Niemand hat uns empfangen und die Wohnung gezeigt. Die Schlüssel waren so gut versteckt, dass wir ohne Hilfe von zufällig herauskommenden Menschen sie nicht entdeckt hätten. Es wäre sehr zu wünschen, dass Booking.com bei der Beschreibung angeben würde, dass es keine Rezeption gibt. Auch wurde erwartet, dass wir den Check-in selbst per Internet zu erledigen hätten. In der Küche fehlten einige wesentliche Geräte wie z.B. ein Schneidebrett.

El sofá cama era aceptablemente cómodo Había agua de cortesía Supermercado y bares justo al salir del complejo La piscina no estuvo abierta ningún día Pocos utensilios de cocina, faltaba una tabla de cortar y más vajilla Las almohadas eran bastante duras y altas aunque eso es algo personal Había algunas cucarachas tanto en los pasillos del complejo como dentro del apartamento No había ni sal ni vinagre que se agradece ni tampoco papel higiénico suficiente, solo 2 rollos para 4 personas 4 noches Sólo un juego de llaves para 4 personas y no se puede entrar ni salir del complejo sin la llave.
• patrice_es (6/5): Buena ubicación pero... - La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de todo y muy tranquila La atención de la agencia fenomenal, te responden y te solucionan cualquier incidencia rápidamente y son muy amables Es un detalle que te pongan gel, algo de papel higiénico y una cestita con algo de picar La limpieza del piso es mejorable Las almohadas altísimas Los utensilios de cocina son muy limitados, ni siquiera hay unas tijeras o cuchillos que corten. Se hace difícil hacer cualquier cosa. Por no haber ni pinzas para tender la ropa.... Hace mucho calor en el piso incluso en octubre, hay dos ventiladores pero aún así es muy caluroso y húmedo Hay cucarachas en la urbanización que se nos metían en el piso al ser un bajo Tuvimos la mala suerte de que la piscina estaba cerrada por arreglos

• Rosa (9/5): Muero por volver - Para mi un descubrimiento que repetiré sin duda El sofá muy incómodo y poco práctico si tienes que dormir ahí no lo recomiendo ,el resto fantástico y el personal un diez
• Vladimira (9/5): Superb - The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and all the shops. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. The check-in and checkout and communication with the host were fast and effective. The internet was not the fastest but still enough if you connected with the cable, however for work where you need to download or upload files, it took a while. For causal browsing it's fine. There is only a fan in the apartment and if you use it during the night it’s a little bit noisy.
