• Mark (3/5): I would not actually stay in that apartment again - Location was good The key code to get in the door was a nightmare Cockroaches running around everywhere every night was an absolute nightmare. We was killing maybe five or six at night. please for future people stay in there please fix the situation.

• Angela (7/5): Good clean,apartment for 2, but overpriced and needs more upgrades and security. - Great location. We know the resort well, so picked it based on this. Suitable, clean, accessible, perfect for 2. Not so comfortable for 4 people. Coded door handle was temperamental and not needed. A safe would be a great benefit and a caged door over the front door and patio door would definitely add to security. All other apartments have them. Sofa bed is not comfortable as a double bed for 7 days. And a change of towels would be a great addition. We have stayed at the resort for 12 years running and this was the most over priced we have paid for a week. The photos make it look very modern, but its pretty basic and the bathroom lime scale on the black accessories needs addressing. They need an additional mirror in the hall or bedroom. An extra chopping board. Just a few basics would be a great addition. Certain areas have paint flaking off of the walls and the pool at this end of the resort is now not heated in the winter. ( it used to be) all other apartments have a twice weekly change of towels. This would be a benefit. A good apartment for 2 people but the price is WAY too much. You can rent a 1 bed on the resort for £450 per week. So this was nearly 3 times as much.
• Elizabeth (9/5): An enjoyable stay only spoilt by the door lock. - We had stayed at the complex before and like the location. It’s quiet but not far from the beaches and restaurants. . We had a problem with the digital door lock. The 4 digit code we were sent didn’t work so had to call the agency who gave me an 8 digit number. This worked for a while but then didn’t work one evening and were given another 4 digit code. This made us apprehensive each time we returned wondering if we would be able to get in. Also, the lock is fiddly to use. The keypad is small and it’s easy to press the wrong button or press it twice. It has to be turned to an angle otherwise the door handle is in the way. We would suggest a change of entry system.
• Gradwell (7/5): Nice apartment. Poor management - Clean modern apartment Poor communication with the management for the apartment. Door lock code was supposed to be sent via email but had to contact them on arrival at the complex.
• Lesley (10/5): Happy holidays - Loved the location,the apartment had everything you could want for a week away. The beds were comfy large fridge the shower was great. I would of liked the 2 single beds to be made up as to single beds. Somewhere else for the mop and broom and the door lock to be easier,as not very technical.

• John (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this apartment again. - A modern apartment with a nice terrace overlooking the pool area. Lack of storage space so we were living out of the suitcase for three weeks.

• Garry (10/5): First class , great location - This was probably the tenth time we have stayed at the HG Cristian sur and this is 100% the best apartment we have stayed , pool side location was great , would recommend 100% Door lock was a bit tricky at first but once googled was ok , need to start and finish with # , which we were not told , no spare socket to plug the lamp in .
• Pauline (6/5): - That it was pool side , ground floor Waiting for a 4digit code to be sent, trying to phone numerous people such as booking.com for someone to say didn't know what to do as they were on their own,then ocean properties? They say nothing to do with them ,then the owner I think until we received a 8 digit code to enter in door handle 2 relatively older people this is no good for them,a key was mentioned for what I'm not sure but no code for that. Apartment a bit tired in places not worth the money,also cockroaches running about the kitchen through night ,no mention of cleaners . Normally we have never had problems booking through booking.com so we are a bit peeved
• David (10/5): - The location and quality of the apartment. The only thing that would improve the experience would be better quality patio furniture, instead of the cheap low quality plastic furniture currently being used.
• Amber (9/5): Great location, responsive host, updated bathroom - Excellent location, bathroom updated and lovely, air con is a welcome bonus on a hot day. Spacious and pictures are accurate. Host was hacked and I received messages but the host responded quickly to report and give excellent response times at all times. We would recommend and will likely return if the property is available. An option to book late check out at the time of booking would be an advantage when travelling with children.
• James (1/5): Shambles - Property was in great location and clean We arrived to find the door had a keypad on the turn hand that we were giving instructions how to use we’ve been in holidays a lot never seen this before… got locked out on arrival rang rentals they told us to try again we got multiple staff but were locked out till 9:30 that night after being up from 4am travelling … we never got a call back to 10:57 locked out all day eventually got in left the front double doors open tried it again and again and again would not open… rang ocean rentals still no help apart from a few cheeky messages… 2nd night girl 2 doors down was robbed in her room and set the fear factor in with us as we couldn’t shut are double door at the front that was our access… so every time we went out we all had to go and take all our personal belongings with us… couldn’t sleep every noise woke us as on the 3rd night are other neighbour was robbed not nice knowing we had no safety for 5days coupla hateful messages what we got for help… when we got back we got a message saying nothing wrong with it stay clear unless you like being locked out in the street!!!!!!
• Denise (8/5): good holiday, good location - Location was very good, we liked the fact that the terrace got the sun for most of the day, could comfortably walk down to the sea front. Did not like the early morning race for a sun bed, in the end we stayed on the terrace most days, it was easier

• Tina (7/5): Good - Nice, clean, modern apartment on the ground floor with pool view. It's smaller than it appears in the photos but perfect for a couple. Good location, plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants close by. Good wifi. Washing machine. Large comfortable bed.All the comforts of home. Communication with the host could be better. I understand they manage a number of properties, but response time to messages could be improved. Also, the check-in process should be explained upon confirmation of booking. Would also have liked a change of bedlinen and towels or clearer communication around this. As others have mentioned in their reviews, you need to be up early to get a bed by the pool as people are waiting at 7.30am to reserve beds (not a problem for us as we prefer the beach). As for value for money, I would say the rental is overpriced.
• 🇬🇧david🇵🇹 (6/5): Great location, apartment not to a good standard and overpriced - Good location near the beach restaurants and bars. Modern bathroom. The apartment pictures made the rooms look larger than they actually were. People reserving sun beds every morning and then leaving. Bedroom - We heard numerous noises coming from the main soil pipe (boxed in the wall) for the apartments above. Towels not changed for 9 days, there was a washing machine but no detergent provided.
• Michael (6/5): Pleasant - We liked the location No communication with management company Safety deposit box did not work...notified them!.but no reply.. We booked an apartment near the pool..to.find people sitting in front of our apartment from 7.30am to claim sunbed spaces every morning.

• Ewa (6/5): experience traveler review - Location very good, close to the beach, shops restaurants. Shop on the side open from 8am to 8pm every day of the week. Good working air conditioning. Nice spacious bathroom. Bed to hard, pillow hard as a brick. Safety deposit box not operational. Communication with property owners less then satisfactory. We had to call them more then once to find out number of property and where the keys will be. Only two towels each for 8 days. No cleaning detergent what so ever only small bottle of washing up liquid.
