• SONIA (2/5): Una pena oler así de mal - No puede decir nada bueno ya que el olor a tabaco nos ha fastidiado el fin de semana. No se podía dormir bien, notaba el tabaco al respirar. Toda la ropa que he llevado ha venido oliendo a tabaco, es que no entiendo ese olor. Ni los bares de antes que se fumaba olían tanto a tabaco No tenía ni ganas de llegar al apartamento, tenía mal cuerpo cada vez que estaba allí. Hasta los vasos estaban sucios como de apagar cigarros en ellos. La mampara de la ducha también muy sucia. Cuando llegamos estaban limpiando y no había ni un poco de olor a limpio

• janine (1/5): Ich kontaktierte daraufhin sofort den Vermieter, der mir sagte, dass ich mein Geld zurückerhalte, we - Für jemanden, der technisch nicht versiert ist, war es sehr umständlich. Ich musste mir Videos anschauen und Apps herunterladen. Es erinnerte mich eher an eine Schnitzeljagd. Nachdem wir endlich in der Wohnung waren, sah diese wesentlich verlebter und nicht so einladend aus wie auf den Bildern im Inserat. Dies war jedoch nicht das Schlimmste. Es roch stark nach Schimmel, insbesondere im Schlafzimmer. Die Gardinen und die Wände waren verschimmelt, sodass ich dort mit meinem kleinen Sohn nicht bleiben konnte.

• Lela (3/5): - The apartment has a very good location - it's quiet and has good public transportation access. The door handle is loose. Almost everything in the apartment is old and in need of repair: the pillows are stained, and the bed linens are so worn out from washing that they're beyond acceptable

• Louis Martinez (9/5): Mixed surprises. - Location, Internet, and AC. The apartment needed some TLC. Maintenance and stains removal. We had to buy insecticide for the roaches (we were "reminded" by the host that the hot weather brings out the insects and roaches after we complained, nothing done by the host )
• Sally (8/5): Great place to be away from the tourist hustle and bustle. - If you are happy to walk, this is a lovely quiet location in Seville. It was a comfortable apartment and relatively well equipped. Main building door was a problem, however the host was responsive. It was quite a dark apartment.

• Martin (10/5): We had a really wonderful time. - Perfect location, great communication and everything you would need. Nothing (although a couple of sharp kitchen knives would have made cooking easier)
• Paul (7/5): good location to experience all sides of a beautifull Sevilla - location was fine No windows to the outside, rather humid atmosfere
• Regina (5/5): Passable - Good location. The apartments are suitable for living only for a short time,we stayed for 10 nights, they didn't change the towels and bed linen. It disappoints us.
• Ana (8/5): Very good - Good location, walkable distance from center and with a lot of public transport around. The boiler needs repairing as it was leaking and therefore loosing warm water and didn't last long for showering, etc. We did warned the person who talked with us but no one came to fix it on the 5 nights we stayed. It isn't major for now, but hopefully this will be fixed soon...
• Yvonne (7/5): Good - Very friendly host, easy to get in touch with. Good location in the city, lovely neighbourhood. Place is spacious. The bed is quite small and there was not enough daylight entering the place to be there during the day without turning the lights on. Great in the summer, but this time a year it was a bit dark.
• Keith (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment, all the facilities, nice hot shower, bus stops and supermarket close by. Solo traveller but would suit couple. Nothing.
