• Ieva (10/5): Brilliant Christmas holiday - Close to the beach, outside space is the best part of this place, smart TV, had washing machine, very responsive and helpful property manager (he helped us with WiFi), kitchen had everything we needed. The shower is amazing. Pans in the kitchen has to be replaced as the coating is peeling off. Sunbeds could be updated and the outside furniture too. The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on.
• Aigars (8/5): - Very good location, just 2 min walk to the beach. huge terrace. Appartment is really small, first floor only, not whole house, max 50 m2, it is ok for 2 people, not for 4. Terrace is not well equiped, only 3 sunbads, nothing else. No ubrella, wall protecting from north wind or parking near by. Table and chairs you have to move in and out, if you want to eat inside or outside. Terrace is open for north wind and not pleasent if there is strong wind. Also problem is drying rack, due to strong wind it is falling down many times per hour. Just need to be fixed to the wall. The most unpleasant thing is squeaky door handles.

• Núria (9/5): - La ubicación excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto. Facilidad de entrada y salida y también de aparcamiento. El apartamento está reformado y ha habido muy buena comunicación con Fernando. Aunque el apartamiento está reformado, no funciona muy bien el extractor de la cocina. La limpieza de las habitaciones podría mejorarse, aunque cocina y baño estaban impecables.

• jose m (5/5): Buen anfitrión y situación,pero el apartamento necesita un buen cariño - La ubicación era genial,a 100m de la playa y restaurantes. La comunicación con el dueño y la amabilidad de éste,pues siempre contestaba rápido y nos intentaba dar soluciones a los problemas que tuvimos con la limpieza del apartamento. La limpieza del apartamento y el sillón bastante sucio al igual que los cojines,almohadas y cortinas. Las paredes necesitan también pintarse.

The - Location, property itself - perfect for family with 2 kids, would like to return definitely one day :) Sofa in the living space had the best time long time ago - same the grill outside but those are two superminor things that could be better

• Roz (9/5): 100% would recommend & return - Perfect location to airport, shops, restaurants & beach. Lovely big space outside, sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, sun went round the property throughout the day till 6pm. Washing machine & drying facility. Plenty of towels, small & large. Shower was great, nice n big. Was good that there was salt n pepper, oils and other kitchen stuff available, also coffee machine & pods. Wifi easy to connect. 100% would recommend & return. Nothing really not to like, a second big fan was needed in other bedroom but that's preference & some more large wine glasses lol

• Qixia (8/5): Good value for money - Near the beach. There is a yard and washing machine. The induction cooker is super nice. Juice machine is practical as the orange in the island is really good. The nearby enviorement looks safe and clean. Parking is very easy in front of the house. The bed is too soft for me. A dish washer would be much better.

• Derek (10/5): Great quiet location near shops, bars and restaurants. - Excellent location and facilities. Great outdoor space. Plenty of seating area. Nice quiet location. Beds too soft. Shortage of some kitchen items, e.g. wine glasses which we bought and left for others.
• Anastasiia (10/5): Absolutely wonderful apartment that I will recommend with pleasure, the owner was very friendly, check in and check out - Large terrace, cosy, beautiful, convenient location, comfortable beds, good wi-fi It would be nice if there was cooking oil and coffee capsules in the kitchen, of course you can buy all this in stores, but when you are travelling for a short time and in a small company, you need just a little bit and what you buy is too much, but this is more of a recommendation than something that I didn't like, in general everything was great.

• Meg (9/5): If your looking for somewhere away from the larger resorts, this is a great choice. - The location of the appartment was excellent for us, near the beach and close to local shops, restaurants supermarkets and bus stop. 3 minute walk to a bakery, another 4 to the Spar and a further 7minutes to Mercadona, Lidl and Roper supermarkets. We hired bikes from a shop in Calle Cordel and were able to cycle to Arrecife, Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen. Cycling is not allowed along the promenade in Playa Honda but there is a cycle path to avoid this section. My husband found the settee uncomfortable and the chair too low for him to sit comfortably but this is a matter of preference.
