Erick (10/5): Court séjour avec notre maman - Le fait d’avoir demandé un report de séjour dû à la santé de notre maman de 93 ans qui avait des problèmes de tension, report qui m’a été refusé par une manager inhumaine qui ne parle que de règlement, incapable de faire une exception… Pour le reste l’hôtel est très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuner, mais vu le prix (450€ pour une nuit) ça DOIT être bien ! Ps : vérifiez vos bouilloires, le fond de la nôtre était moisie…

Arnaud (6/5): - Bonjour, Nous venons chaque année dans votre établissement et nous apprécions habituellement nos séjours. Cependant, cette fois-ci, nous avons été déçus par plusieurs points. Le coin enfants situé près du bar était particulièrement sale, avec de la nourriture au sol durant toute la durée de notre séjour, soit trois jours. De plus, deux jeux sur trois ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous avons également regretté qu’au moment du départ, personne ne nous ait demandé si notre séjour s’était bien passé. Enfin, lorsque l’on répond à un message ou que l’on contacte un client, il nous semble important de commencer par une formule de politesse, ne serait-ce qu’un simple bonjour. TOBIAS (9/5): Repos dans un lieu luxueux - Hotel très bien situé en première ligne de mer, notre chambre avait une vue de carte postale sur la mer (très grande fenêtre). Un buffet de petit déjeuner incroyable, très varié. Une piscine intérieure et sauna/spa au calme, juste magnifique.

CARINE (9/5): Was een heerlijk weekend waarvan voor ons het ontbijt het belangrijkste is. We komen nog terug. - Ons verblijf was super. Het ontbijt was overweldigend en super veel keuze. Alles was supervers en een scala van brood en ontbijtkoeken. Volgens dat alles aanwezig was en vers en voor elk wat wils vonden wij dat het brood en stokbrood niet zo top was. Tijgerpistoleetjes en andere broodvariëteiten waren taai en niet knapperig.

Hotel has SPA that is included and is super - two saunas, one hamam, swimming pool, jacuzzi and nice resting area. Hotel gives you bathrobe and slippers. Great experience The price of breakfast is very expensive thus we did not take it. There are plenty little restaurants, that you can get full breakfast for better price.

Pt déjeuner exceptionnel tout comme le cadre...... emplacement au top. Les thermes sont très bien conçus car bien adaptés pour les personnes pmr..... nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Patricia (7/5): Lovely stay overall, though the room smell affected our experience - We stayed one night at Hotel Andromeda in Ostend (Friday to Saturday) with our two young children (aged 4 and 2), and overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very family-friendly and perfectly located right on the seafront, less than a one-minute walk from the beach. The indoor pool and spa are a great feature, with separate hours for adults and children, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent — very complete and delicious. We also enjoyed the afternoon treats (fruit and pastries) available in the living room, and the children loved the playroom. However, our main issue was with the room. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds, but unfortunately there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. It was quite overwhelming and made the room uncomfortable to use. We asked to change rooms, but none were available. Staff kindly sent someone to clean again, but this only masked the smell temporarily with air freshener. The odor remained strong enough that we chose to shower in the pool area and use the café restroom instead of our own bathroom. We even considered extending our stay by another night, but ultimately decided against it because of the unpleasant smell. It might be an issue with ventilation or a need for deeper cleaning (curtains, cushions, bedding, etc.). In summary, the hotel has many great qualities for families, but the room condition significantly impacted our experience.

Julienne (8/5): Zeer goed en comfortabel verblijf. - Het ontbijt was buitengewoon lekker en super veel keuze. Zwembad en wellness was eveneens voortreffelijk. Onthaalmedewerker bij incheck niet zo vriendelijk maar andere personeelsleden zeer goed. Douche in de kamer: moeilijke regeling.

Chantal (8/5): - Er was zo goed als geen lawaai. Heb goed geslapen. 4 uurtje was letterlijk uit de diepvries. Gebak mag niet koud zijn. Koffiekoeken bij ontbijt waren niet vers. Chocolade Koffiekoeken brokkelde af. Moet glanzend zijn. Om 20.00 u was er nog steeds ee´ kind in zwembad. Heeft mij met opzet geïrriteerd om bommetje langs mij te springen. Moeder zei er niets van. Zo'n soort mensen horen daar niet.
Krasavin (9/5): Комфортный отель на побережье с достойным оздоровительным центром - Комфортный отель с хорошим оздоровительным центром. Порадовали бассейн, сауны и хаммам. Хороший разнообразный завтрак в ресторане с видом на море и пляж. Недалеко от остановок трамваев, идущих вдоль побережья. Хотелось бы улучшить уборку номеров.

Loni (8/5): Es hat uns wieder gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, das Ambiente ist sehr schön.
Karlien (8/5): Ontspannend, we werden verwend - Mijn zoon hield van het zwembad. De kamer was ruim, comfortabel Het ontbijt was lekker, vers, uitgebreid Er is geen personeel aanwezig in het zwembad. Hierdoor moest ik een man aanspreken die oa mijn kind filmde in het zwembad. Ik heb een wonde aan mijn bovenarm omdat er een nagel loszat in de hoekbank Een poetsman vond het nodig om ons uit bed te bellen zodat hij de kamer kon poetsen. Niet fijn!
Willy (9/5): - badkamer voor personen met beperking was uitstekend ingericht met alle faciliteiten aanwezig. parking onder hotel was nogal moeilijk door smalle parkeerplaatsen, geen vlotte gemakkelijke toegang

Willms (10/5): - Sehr schöner Spa Bereich. Super dass es dort Zeiten nur für Erwachsene gibt. Etwas verwirrend da das Gebäude über Eck gebaut ist, da ich lieber Treppen nehme statt des Lifts hab ich mich schlecht orientieren können...aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
