• Scully (8/5): - The room was lovely and the facilities were good, including air conditioning. The location was good, close to the main historic centre and near restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was provided, it was simple but nice. Although we didn't meet Francesca she was helpful with booking a taxi for us on the day we left. It could be a bit noisy in the mornings with other guests in the breakfast room.

• Andrea (9/5): Sichere Unterkunft für allein Reisende , fussläufig alles gut erreichbar, Metro 5 Min erreichbar - Das Frühstück mit vielen Süßen Sachen, im Kühlschrank abgepackte Wurst und Käse, leider keine Butter. Wasserflaschen gekühlt frei verfügbar. Kaffeemaschine super! In der Nacht ist das geöffnete Fenster nicht möglich , da Straßenlärm nach oben dringt.
• Jürgen (8/5): - Sehr freundliche und bemühte Vermieterin, Zimmer einfach aber sauber, Badezimmer wirklich sehr schön. Lift in den 4. Stock Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin auch sehr gut Richtig schlecht ist gar nichts, Die Lage ist vielleicht ungewöhnlich

• Stavros (9/5): - Φοβερή τοποθεσία, πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και η Frankie πολύ καλή και εξυπηρετική οικοδεσπότης. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα ψυγείο εντός του δωματίου καθώς και ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης. Το κατάλυμα και χωρις αυτά ωστόσο παραμένει πολύ καλό.

• Brittany (10/5): Fantastic accomodation and host - Francesca was an amazing host - she organised taxi reservations and beauty appointments for us with local businesses. The accomodation is clean and felt safe - breakfast was fantastic. Our room and private bathroom was spacious and had all the facilities you need. We had a small balcony which was perfect to let natural light in and to hang washing out. We cannot fault Frankie’s Sweet Home at all. While we felt safe in the accomodation and it is slightly out of the chaos, we really did not enjoy Naples compared to other Italian cities.
• Martin (10/5): Un muy buen lugar para alojarse en Nápoles! - La habitación y el baño fueron muy confortables, limpios, modernos y funcionales. La habitación era muy luminosa. Estaba muy bien ubicado. Nos permitieron bañaron después del check out y antes de un largo vuelo, lo cual para nosotros fue invalorable y estamos muy agradecidos por este gesto! El desayuno podría ser mucho mejor! (como tantas personas comentaron) Tuvimos muchos problemas con la llave para entrar desde la calle lo cual fue una incomodidad.
• Eddy (8/5): Très bonne option pour visiter Naples ... - Une superbe chambre et une sdb très spacieuse. Situation pratique tant pour les visites que pour l'accès à la gare. Le calme du quartier, pas évident dans cette ville. Le petit-déjeuner fait d'aliments emballés, rien de salé, du jus de fruit industriel. Coup de bol, nous sommes arrivés un dimanche et avons donc pu rencontrer la propriétaire, mais nous sommes restés cinq nuits et n'avons plus jamais vu personne ni eu le moindre autre contact !!!

Room was clean and spacious offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Angela was kind and very helpful during our stay. The varied breakfast was a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Location is very good (5min walk from the historic centre). Coffee, tea, water and sweets are available the whole day. The host is very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

• Fionnuala (8/5): A fantastic location with a lovely host and exceptional value for money - The room is very spacious, both beds very comfy including pillows, fantastic hairdryer. TV in wall, unfortunately did not have any English speaking programmes. The bathroom had both an overhead shower and a handheld shower, the bathroom was large, needs a window blind. Air conditioning was great, balcony was appreciated, very generous breakfast. Room service is provided daily. Internet did not work until our last night, the coffee machine didn’t have any instructions which prevented me making an espresso, all TV programmes in Italian with no option for English speaking programmes. Booking.com sent me instructions in Italian regarding access to the B& B, this should have been translated into English. The lift needs instructions in English as it has a unique working mechanism.

• Georgiana (10/5): Restful stay in brand new guesthouse! - Brand new, super clean, very quiet at night. The room was large, cool, thoughtfully decorated. The bed is STUPENDOUS and the curtains are plush. Francesca runs the property nicely and effectively. I had no complaints really but things would be even better if rooms had a few more basic amenities like a full body mirror and their own kettle (there is one in the common area though).
