• Prieto (10/5): Excelente sitio, tranquilo seguro y bello - Todo estaba en buenas condiciones, el sitio es bello tal y como se ve en las fotos, su ubicación es excelente en un vecindario seguro, muy cerca a supermercados y restaurantes, no dudaré en una próxima visita a Miami volver a alojarme en LA CASITA Todo me gustó

• Bruno Michel (10/5): Me surpreendeu, melhor do que nas fotos. - De tudo, que lugar incrível, a casinha é aconchegante, bem cuidada... Fomos em 2 adultos e 2 crianças (3 e 6 anos), tudo excelente. Utensílios de cozinha, limpeza, a casinha é pequena, mas te abraça. Não há do que reclamar, pois tinha tudo, fogão, cafeteira, torradeira.. tudo excelente, espero retornar logo e irei lá novamente.

• Peter (10/5): Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft im Herzen von Little Havana - La Casita war für mich umd meine 3 Teenager die perfekte Unterkunft für mehrere Tage in Miami. Das kleine Häuschen ist ausgestattet mit allem nötigen, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Sowohl auf dem Sofa als auch auf dem Bett schläft man gut. Was wir sehr schätzten war die Fussdistanz ins Little Havana (Umgebung nah am Domino Park), eine authentische Gegend mit Live Musik, gutem Essen und herzlichen und lebensfrohen Menschen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen für Paare und Familien bis 4 Personen.

• Evelien (8/5): Prijs-kwaliteit dik in orde! - Het was super proper! We mochten de wasmachine en droogkast van de eigenaar gebruiken. Gezellige buren, zo goed als geen lawaai 's nachts, op een paar minuten stappen van Little Havana met veel sfeer 's avonds, snel en vriendelijk antwoord via what's app van de verhuurder. We zouden terug naar daar gaan als we terug in Miami moeten zijn. De accommodatie is geïnstalleerd/gebouwd met eenvoudige en minder duurzame materialen. Het is een huisje in de achtertuin. Een soort luxe tuinhuis. Het was nodig verlucht (waarschijnlijk omdat er weinig ramen open staan met de airco), maar de eigenaar is op de hoogte en zal het nodige doen. Het is ver van het centrum, maar je kan er je auto zonder problemen kwijt en zowel de bus als de gratis trolley vertrekken richting het centrum op een paar minuten van het verblijf. Van daaruit kan je overal weg.

• Aurèle (9/5): Séjour de 2 nuits - L'emplacement est idéal pour les 1eres nuits proche de l'aéroport et pres de la Calle Ocho. le logement est très bien arrangé, belle décoration et ,bien équipé. On peut se garer facilement et gratuitement ! La climatisation à l'étage ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Il a fait très chaud mais elle a été réparée le jour de notre départ.
• Sandra (9/5): - Parkplatz vor der Tür, die Ruhe und trotzdem nah an der Stadt. Gemütliche kleine Unterkunft, Betten bequem, Klimaanlage unten und oben in den Schlafräumen. Es ist alles vorhanden für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Bei 4 Personen (vor allem bei fast erwachsenen Kindern) wird es eng, Zumal auch nur abgezähltes Besteck und Geschirr da ist. Ansonsten beste Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Tisch für 4 Personen etwas klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend.
