Guest Reviews
- Sabina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lucy (9/5): Great property, amazing facilities - Good apartment for 2 people. Had an oven, a full sized fridge freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, 2 tower fans, good wifi, ironing board, towels and linen.
Also provided detergent, washing up liquid, hand soap, shower gel, hoover, mop, plates, cups, utensils etc.
Plenty of mirrors and good size bathroom.
Tea, coffee and sugar was a nice touch.
Very modern and was a nice place to stay.
Tube stop is a 10 minute walk away, also has a few restaurants and an M&S.
Nice Area
Very nice and responsive host. Lots of stairs to go up and was very narrow and steep. Was okay for us but please be aware when booking.
Bathroom sink was very small and not practical at all.
No dish towels or oven mitt - would’ve been good to have these and definitely missed their presence.
Although not a necessity, it would be nice to have a clothes airer to dry clothes as there is nowhere to dry them once washed.
The ironing board did have cat hairs on it.
- Istaqlal (1/5): Bad - They didn’t let me in and they didn’t refund my money yet They took my money and didn’t let me in
- Idris (6/5): Pleasant - no parking
- Adaobi (1/5): Would not reccomend - Nothing Everything
- Khaled (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice None
- Estela (5/5): Passable - NA The place it's on the top floor, if you go with a baby. Forget about booking the place. In the entrance was another buggy which was occupying most of the space so we had to do some trips to get our stuff and the buggy to the flat. The pictures are well taken. The "flat" looks more like an studio. If you go with a baby I wouldn't recommend it at all, but if you go with friends it's fine.
- Samantha (9/5): Great apartment just outside the city - The apartment was well laid out, and perfect for our stay, offering a space for the kids to sleep separate from us, meaning we could sort out for the second day while they got some sleep. It was clean and fresh, with plenty of space in the open area as needed. Staff were very responsive when there was an issue with lockbox code. Location was ok, a 5-10min walk to underground stations. The second bed (sofabed) wasn't assembled, though the booking was clearly for 4 people. When looking around, we did find flat sheets to put together a makeshift bed, but no additional blankets, which wasn't ideal. I did expect to have both sleeping areas assembled before arrival.
- William (7/5): A compact, simple, crash pad in a quiet area - Clean, convenient, has all you need, even an iron. It's small, and the bed is small, more than 2 would be a squeeze. The code given for arrival didn't work and I had 20mins paniking outside at 11pm in the rain, trying to call them. I got through and they sorted it, but if I didnt have signal or my phone it would have been awful
- Rajani (9/5): Superb -
- Zaira (3/5): I would personally not stay again . - The actual flat was nice but the area was terrible.
With people drinking outside on the street . The bedding was dirty and the heating was on all night it was way to hot the boiler was in the same room so could not sleep all night .
- Artenil (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely cosy warm place in a very nice neighbourhood.
- Charlene (1/5): Didn't even get to stay as they cancelled my stay - Nothing Everything
- Enoch (4/5): Disappointing -
- Miriam (10/5): Exceptional - Everything
- Noah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrea (6/5): Nice location with deposit payment obligation - The location is excellent. The place is in Zone2. You can even walk around if you like walking, we did! Sainsbury’ s is a 10 minute walk. The closest tube station is West Hampstead and Thameslink railway is also close. Nice neighbourhood. They deduct a deposit; you will receive information on it 1-2 days before via Booking messages - It was published in the listing but not very well highlighted so do not be surprised, if you would like to get in. Though we were 4 altogether, there were only 3 chairs around the table. The couch cover is worn and torn and it is not comfortable to sleep on. The stove’s buttons are not marked so it is a challenge to prepare dinner. Water comes out of the shower’s handle. There is not much space for storing clothes. The flat is on the top floor so if it is very hot the place warms up. There are two fans though. The staircase floor needs vacuming.
- Gail (8/5): Clean, comfortable apartment in central location - Very clean, comfortable bed and nice linen. Good facilities such as iron, ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine and decent size fridge/freezer, 2 tower fans. Close to public transport links and high street. Easy check-in. We booked for 4 adults, but only 3 chairs were available around the dining room table - 4th person in our party had to sit on a storage box or sofa bed. No dishtowels or showermat, shower drainage needed clean out. Items supplied like sugar, coffee, and shower gel were either empty or stale. The street, although close to public links, was not the most attractive.
- Annette (8/5): Great location and decent accommodation..good value! - The location was great easy access to underground and other travel links. The facilities could have been better. No washing up bowl or plug to wash dishes. No tea towels, cork screw or scissors. Sofa bed was a bit hard.
- Bethan (5/5): Passable -
- Zlata (10/5): Exceptional - The location is little far from centre however we have friends in Hampstead and it was great location for us. The property is absolutely lovely. So clean and such good value. Bed sheets and all beds were fabulous.
- Simone (7/5): Good - Nice apartment, the photos reflect the place. Decorated well. Quality-price good since 20 minutes by metro to the city center. Little cleanliness. We found hair and body hair in both the bedroom bed and the sofa bed in the living room, although both beds looked freshly made. Crumbs on the table.
Decent neighborhood up to the apartment street, later on the degradation starts quite a bit. But, unfortunately, this is london lately.
- Katie (10/5): Amazing little Gem! - We loved every bit of our stay! We arrived in the afternoon as we traveled from Cardiff with our 4 year old and needed to take the train up the next day to Kings Cross for our trip to Paris. The property was very close to the West Hampstead station which goes directly to Kings cross within 20mins. The place was set up very nice and very well equipped. One thing we really loved was the bedding. The quality of the linen was lovely and felt great. Check-in was really easy, the host provide you with detailed message and were very responsive. Our 4 year old was busy with the tele as to our surprise was came with Netflix! We were also able to visit central London by tube which was very close. We would love to return when we are next in London. Thank you for a lovey stay
- Nayden (10/5): .. - Perfect Anything is perfect
