• yollo (1/5): - The apartment is beautiful but it needs to be rented for parties or photo shoots. It should not be offered to humans ever again. Amount and level of noise is insane, from 6am till 2am - people talking, restaurant kitchen downstairs, shop stalls setup, deliveries etc. You can hear everything. We have complete sleep deprivation after staying for 3 days.

• valsecchi (10/5): Una splendida gita - Personale molto gentile e disponibile, Yara si è curata di chiamare il gg prima per eventuali richieste, check-in online, tutto molto rapido e semplice; all’arrivo le chiavi già presenti un’ora prima del check-in per depositare i bagagli. Posizione ottima, a piedi si può raggiungere tutto. Appartamento grande e zone notte ben divise, fornito di ogni comfort. L’unica pecca, se così si può definire è che la notte è un poco rumorosa, ma se si alloggia in centro è il prezzo da pagare!

Las camas no tenían ropa de abrigo, ni mantas ni edredones… Limpieza pésima, muebles viejos y en mal estado. Goteras en el baño y los restaurantes de abajo, se accede al apartamento por mitad de la cocina, despensa y almacén hace mucho ruido con los proveedores a primera hora de la mañana. • Chiara (5/5): - La posizione era ottima e molto apprezzato l’angolo cucina. Gli spazi sono molto ampi. I letti erano abbastanza scomodi e c’erano dei problemi con lo scarico del wc. Era leggermente fredda la casa nonstante i condizionatori.

• Carlos (9/5): - La localización, la atención del anfitrión muy atentos para cualquier problema o necesidad. El tamaño del mismo. Camas buenas y cómodas. El baño y cocina. Esta sobre la entrada de los almacenes de una gran trattoria y hacen ruido al descargar por las mañanas muy pronto. Pero por la noche es tranquilo.

• Guillaume (5/5): Bien placé mais très bruyant - L'emplacement en centre ville est l'attrait principal de cet appartement. C'est un appartement qui a un certain charme dans l'ancien. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage, il y a l'arrière d'un restaurant en dessous qui est bruyant dès 5 heures du matin (livraisons, gens qui parlent fort, bruit des chariots...) en soirée, on profite aussi de ceux qui crient dans la rue. La cuisine est sommaire avec des casseroles qui ont beaucoup vécu. Il fait venir avec son sel,/poivre... Donc l'appartement est ok si on mange dehors tout le temps.

• Cati (4/5): Decepcionant - La seva situació cèntrica No m’ha agradat la falta de netedat de l’entrada principal i que aquesta fos compartida amb la cuina d’un restaurant, cosa que implicava molt de renou a part de brutor. Tampoc m’ha agradat que enlloc s’informàs que es tractava d’un apartament en el que haguessis de pujar 32 escalons per accedir-hi. Viatjava amb nins i de saber-ho, no l’agaf. El tancament de l’apartament no era climalit i l’aire no refrescava perquè es perdia energia per les finestres. Hi havia tres ventiladors dels quals dos estaven espenyats i feien renou. La pressió de l’aigua de la dutxa era molt poca i el termo no estava encès a la nostra arribada, fet que provocà que ens haguéssim de dutxar amb aigua freda. Tot això, a més de parets brutes i coixins tacats i endolls insuficients i antics (es necessitava adaptador per a fer servir el secador de pèl i la planxa de cabells)

• Haris (8/5): Prima voor een kort verblijf zonder kinderen. - De host was vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Het appartement was net zo als op de foto’s. De slaapbank slaapt niet lekker en maakt lawaai die de andere familieleden niet liet slapen. Centraal gelegen maar dat betekent er ik tot laat in de nacht en dan vroeg in de ochtend buiten veel lawaai is.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - When you walk into the apartment, you’re not sure if you’re in a home or a museum. The place is perfect – high ceilings, huge windows, a fireplace, brick floors – everything looks surreal and impressive. The location is the best in the city: just a 4-minute walk to the Duomo, 2 minutes to the Accademia, and about 7–8 minutes to the train station. The check-in process is also very easy. All in all, definitely one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Proper, comfortable beds for all four guests. Fully equipped kitchen – It had everything we needed. Spacious lounge. The provided non-stick pots were badly scratched. It would be great if the host replaced them with stainless steel options.

• Brenda (8/5): Large apartment in a Great location. Good communication with the manager. - Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and a loft. Nice to have floor fans. No lift to the second floor. Difficult getting luggage up the 30 some steps. Beds were not comfortable. Very VERY noisy street with several businesses having their supply access on it. The kitchen sink did not drain well. No kitchen towels. Light above the toilet did not work.
• Arvin.v (7/5): It was alright, but not worth the price. - Strategic location, super near to the duomo, to the market and to SMN train station. Trying my best to be objective here, 1. the street is noise during the day and during the night. 2. the building is also used by a restaurant, so there is a lot of movement between restaurant kitchen and street. 3. the lights in the apartment was dim. 4. the bed could use a new mattress. 5. the buzzer at the main door on the street is abused by everyone who wants to enter the building (especially restaurant staff) because its a buzzer that automatically opens the door. To get to the apartment you need to enter this main door on the street, go up the stairs, then you collect the keys. That causes 2 things; First, the buzzer in the apartment room doesnt stop buzzing/clicking whenever someone presses it. Second, the buzzer got spoilt during our stay. So we couldnt get in into the building, and we constantly have to wait until someone else was going out. for us to finally enter. when we called the owner, they said we can use the key to open the door, except that... the key doesnt work either. this was during our stay on 23rd to 26th Sept 2024. I hope the door issue is fixed now.
• Marcia (1/5): I cannot recommend this unit because the host failed to appropriately respond and compensate for the lack of water for 2 - The location was ideal. The unit was very clean. When we checked in everything was fine but we woke up to loud construction that was literally vibrating the walls. Another unit was getting renovated, and would’ve appreciated some heads up about it. But the real issue was that the water stopped working. The host said it would be back on in the afternoon but when we returned around 5pm it still wasn’t working. I told the host and all they said was they didn’t know when it would be back and then stopped responding to messages. I messaged the emergency contact and this person said they would ask about a refund but when I followed up about the status, no one responded. We couldn’t shower or do laundry but most importantly, we couldn’t use the toilet. I understand issues might happen that are out of the hosts’ control, but the lack of communication was alarming. Furthermore, the host refused to compensate for the lack of water for a full day. The unit was unlivable without water. Full compensation for the day without water was the appropriate answer.

• David (7/5): Awesome location if you want the old town, close to the market and tourist areas. - Location is awesome. Apartment was clean and good for a short stay. Downstairs bed was really uncomfortable. Kitchen equipment was OK but limited if you want to really cook for yourselves. Shower was not the best (no water pressure). Communications with owner ok but were not the best.

• Zarah (9/5): Great for families and big groups - The location was all you could ask for, near and in the center of everything. Spacious, excellent airconditioner, TVs in all areas, clean and comfortable. More than enough towels for your needs. Washing machine was a big plus. Recommended esp for families and big groups. Worth the money. Noisy outside esp in the morning since it is near restaurants and establishments. Not much kitchen tools like pots and pans so it is not so friendly when it comes to cooking. Flight of stairs was a bit dark on the way up to the apartment.

• Sharon (5/5): Apartment is nice if you don't care for noise - The apartment itself is nice and close to the old city , the host was nice and available for questions The windows don't mask any noise, so at night we heard everyone walking in the street below us and speaking, and we were waken at 6 am every morning from the neighbour apartment being renovated and very noisy. The mattress isn't comfortable and has 'tummy'. There's a restaurant's kitchen's back door to the building's loby and you're welcomed with garbage bags and nasty smells when entering the building.

There was a brochure for Christmas lunch on the table and yet it was June so got the feeling no one from the agency had been there for quite a while.

Apartment looks fantastic in photos but is quite tired in terms of the kitchen and bathroom etc. washing machine and hairdryer and iron are useful. Apartment is tired, shower head is broken, water pressure is awful. The single glazed windows don’t close very well and we were woken up all through the night by people walking and driving, shouting on the street etc. only one wine glass.
• Karolina (7/5): Great location and with very special vibe! - The apartment is located in heart of Florence - it was very close to all main tourist attractions. Contact with personnel was perfect - they responded very quickly to all questions. Apartment itself was very spacious, AC was working very well. I really liked the very high ceiling. The upside of being in city center is noise - the apartment is located about famous Za Za restaurant. The delivery to restaurant starts at 6-7am and lasts through whole morning - you can hear it very loudly. Also since windows are on the back alley side you can hear sound of big merchandise stalls on wheels that are being taken away from storage in the alley in early morning and hidden after 8pm. However, if you want to be in city center you can’t avoid this noise.

Owner contacted through Booking.com and due to network or gmail or app issue we have not received any self checkin process message. So waited so long outside and we contacted via phone as well but they have provided the help properly. Suggestion- you can try to send message or do chat on booking.com atleast

• Cristian (8/5): A hard to beat valute for money - The apartment is located in a remodeled historical building, it gives you the feeling you’re actually living in a luxury accommodation in another era, which makes a great experience. The apartment was equipped with more than enough towels and toiletries, a laundry room with washing machine and iron, a fully usable kitchen, and really nice decoration overall. Due to the historical nature of the building, heating is a major issue: there’s a huge fireplace, but of course it’s not usable. The heating is provided by two electric convectors, but we’re talking 5-6 meters high ceilings here, therefore it was impossible to get beyond 15-16 Celsius.

The apartment was huge, clean and we was very happy with the AC and extra fans. The host Renea was amazing and was contactable and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Florence as the location was perfect. We were walking distance to all the major attractions. I look forward in returning to Florence and staying at this apartment again. There was nothing not to like. A perfect apartment in a great location. It was safe and the apartment was clean and tidy.

There is no lighting in stairs specially till we reach the second floor. We had to use a mobile flash light to climb up on the first floor stairs.

The upper level with a sofa bed was v warm no fan the AC did not cool that area so that was an issue also noise of people from the streets otherwise everything else was wonderful

Customer service was great, when we had a problem they were really nice and professional and sorted it very quickly The air conditioning was a bit weak and took a long time to cool down the room but I think that was because we were in the heatwave

• Mari (9/5): Great apartment in busy city centre. - Lovely apartment. Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Apartment was very clean and had good amenities. Very central location - easy to get to restaurants and sites of interest. The staff were easy to contact and very helpful. As the apartment is in the middle of the town, the morning time was noisy with deliveries being made to local restaurants.
• Katie (9/5): Superb - Super clean, great location, and responsive and organized staff. The place is clearly set up for rentals, with everything you need and nothing you don't. Feels newly renovated, but with an old ceiling and great big tall windows. Hot water kettle, nice new Nespresso machine with pods, and a Bialetti pot. Wifi was great. Each bedroom space has its own air conditioning unit. We were there on a very hot June day (100 F) and it was quite comfortable. There were only two downsides, and neither one was a very big deal. The water pressure in the shower is quite weak. Also, while there is no car traffic out front, there are a lot of folks pushing heavy carts down the cobblestones late into the night...well past midnight. If you are used to quiet at night, it might keep you up. I put in cheap foam earplugs the second night and had no problem sleeping.
