- Willems (5/5): Enjoyed seeing the city and what it had to offer - Close to central Not clean at all mould throughout the bathroom utensils in the drawer had not been clean and rust all over them so very unhygienic.

- Maryanne (4/5): The location is great the apartments need to have spot checks done. - Location was good, no breakfast was offered The apartment is advertised as having a microwave, iron, iron board, and hairdryer etc. The iron was full of dirt on the outside I would not put it near my clothes, there was no ironing board or microwave, the hairdryer was old and was burning smell when turned out needs to be binned. The host said he was not going to change the sheets or towels in 7 days as it normally is changed every 3rd or 4th day. He said it was not a hotel, god help us if we stayed a month. The bathroom is full of mold and needs a good clean with bleach.

- Anonymous (7/5): Privately owned service apartment in Ramada. The host is very friendly and punctual. There were no hidden costs. - I’ve stayed in this property 6 times so far. Location is in very close proximity to the changkat area and there are many pubs/bars, food stalls and convenience stores nearby. It’s pretty safe as long as you take the necessary precautions. The location has a really nice view of the KLCC area and its quite breezy. The room is decently maintained despite this being a rather old property. The basic amenities provided were all in good working condition and the bed was comfy too. The aircon is really powerful and it‘s a comfortable place for sleeping regardless the time of day. No roaches, ants or flies (as long as you keep the place clean, pests won‘t get an invitation to join your stay). Finally, based on an earlier comment that the room was stale and stuffy (drug den or whatever) is totally exaggerated. Airing the room with the balcony open for a mere 5 mins and its all good. It pretty normal since the room is closed until occupied. Overall, very pleased with this stay. 🤝 Parking is not included and it‘s not cheap since then charges are by the hour (without cap). Rooms do not have any mirrors (except for bathroom) so having a hairdryer wasn‘t not very useful. It‘s a really decent place to stay with the basics provided. Acceptable. If you expect alot then it‘s recommended you look for an expensive 5star suite elsewhere.. right?? 😉

- Jan (1/5): ☹️☹️☹️ - the host agent is kind and helpful. walking distance to the pavilion shopping mall. EVERYTHING from the whole unit smells musty & gloom & everything felt dirty. wifi not working so cannot watch tv at all. although price is value for money, it really spoils the mood. not worth it!
