Te pueden cambiar de sitio por whatsapp y el host envía gente poco amable. - El host nos dio un desayuno muy rico y había toallas limpias con todo lo necesario desayuno limpieza Nos cambio de propiedad a último momento y era 10 calles más lejos de la original yendo para un sitio más peligroso. El host que nos atendió no estaba en la propiedad y cuando vino sin hablarlos nos atendió rápido y poco amable

• Garazi (6/5): Para corta estancia - Esta muy cerca de Roma termini, lo que facilita el desplazamiento. Tiere aire acondicionado y baño propio. Para una noche esta bien.
• Rosa Fermina (7/5): Posizione strategica, prezzo eccezionale - Buongiorno, la stanza tutto ok. Aria condizionata, biancheria pulita. wifi . Posizione perfetta a Termini. Per quello che cercavo è stato perfetto. Non ho potuto lasciare i zaini nella struttura prima del check in ( per un paio di ore in anticipo). O ricevere un consiglio di come fare, giacché in stazione ci ho messo un'ora per lasciarli e un'altra ora per riprenderli , sarebbe un plus ( anche a pagamento), siamo in tanti che abbiamo questo bisogno.

• Mhamad (1/5): Worst ever experience! - Only the location was ok Breifly, This place should not exist on booking. It is our worst ever experience. The place is too small, we were unable to move in two. No desk, no chair, nothing. The tiny closet was smelly, and we found belongings of previous guests and other smelly stuff. It was clear the closet was not cleaned or checked before our arrival. Dust was in every corner, arpund the lamps, under the bed was not cleaned with a lot of dust. There is a big curtain behind which you can find old dirt and a dirty heater. Under the mattress, a lot of dust ... When I tried to take a shower, there was no more hot water after 1 minute of using the shower. We left a night before even though it was paid for it because we couldn't stand the place anymore We felt robbed.

• Green (3/5): Shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel - Close to train station. The section of town is not good but there were 3 sets of secure doors. This was advertised as a hotel but it is not. There is no sign on the building, there is no front desk. I was met at my room to do checkin. I don’t believe anyone would have been available during the night if I needed something. Someone bought a section of an apartment building and made rooms with private bathrooms. The condition of the bathroom was poor, felt like a slumlord owned it.

• Shayana (6/5): Pleasant - The hosts were very good at responding and flexible to our requests. The area was nice but if you walked a few minutes it got sketchy. You get what you pay for. It's one room and very small. The bathroom is also very small. The location is not as good as I was expecting but you're 5 minutes away from a bus stop which will take you anywhere. There weren't many amenities included in the airbnb - no shampoo. One of the beds had a bar in the middle which was uncomfortable.

I know very well which hotel or room I will stay in. We chose you because it was close to the train station. You both overcharged and gave me a terrible room. I paid too much due to the Euro exchange rate. Which official checked this room? How did you present such a disastrous room to the family? The beds smelled like stink. All the beds were dirty. sheets and duvet covers smelled bad. I would have been more comfortable if I had stayed in a refugee camp. The two-story iron bunk bed provided for the children was unsafe. There were no slippers in the room. There was 1 hair shampoo. The toilet bowl was broken. Which one should I say? This room was a complete disgrace. I think you should be ashamed. Gain people's trust. money is not everything. I regret the price I paid for this room. You also suffered losses due to the exchange rate difference. I took photos of the room. I will send these photos to you. With what logic can Booking rent such a room to a family? scandalous, disgraceful. If you don't believe me, send an official and check the room. and remove this room from booking. Even now, as I write this message, I'm getting on my nerves. And I remembered that dirty room again. I have not met the real owner face to face. Who gave me the room and brought the key? What kind of logic is this? Please take necessary action and inspect this room.
• Chris (8/5): Great location - Very close to the main train central which was what we needed for our overnight stay. Room was also larger than we expected not much amenities and walls were very thin, a family moved in with a crying child and it was very hard to get to sleep because we could hear everything very clearly

The extractor fan of the bathroom can't handle hot showers with the door closed. It would make a strong noise, and it sounded as if it was about to explode. There is nowhere in the bathroom to hang the towels, and there wasn't a hand towel to dry your hands.

Some repairs in the room are needed. There was nasty smell of canalisation in the bathroom. No light on the stairs, l had to use the torch of my cell phone to come in and to open the door.

• Curtis (5/5): Very basic. - Location is convenient if you are travelling to/from the station. There’s also decent restaurants and other amenities (mini marts, pharmacies etc) a short walk from the house. The room is very dated and stuffy and the bathroom wasn’t particularly clean. The room smells quite damp if you have the air conditioner going as there is no way for fresh air to enter. Cleaning products are stored immediately outside of the room on a shelf so there likely will be strong fumes as you enter the house. It’s also quite noisy as other guests come in and out of the hallway area, and you can hear people going up and down the stairs during the night as the walls are thin and the marble echoes. Quite an expensive stay for what is very basic accomodation.
