• Alexander (7/5): Great location, great host and really made our five days in Rome into a wonderful holiday. - Great location, close to the things we wanted to see during our stay. Waiting for the "hot water" to run in the showers, but we accept that is due to the age of the building.

Çok seyahat ettim bu kadar düşünceli birini görmedim. Havalandırma yetmezse diye iki ayrı klima almış. Evde ihtiyaç duyacağınız her şey var. Sinek ilacı bile var. Evde iki banyo olması çok iyi oldu. Ev çok temiz, balkon ve apartman harika. Ayrıca asansör olması büyük konfor. Evin konumu merkezi, metroya yakın. Ailemle çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Francesca'ya teşekkür ediyoruz.
• Janelle Kelly (10/5): Excellent apartment, with great facilities. - Francesca was very accommodating and met us early at the apartment to check in which was very helpful. She was very prepared with lot's of information about Rome and places to visit and eat, all great suggestions. The apartment was very well stocked, clean and really quite large, we wished we were staying for longer. The building was big and grand and it was only a short walk to the colosseum. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend this place for other families. The water pressure and time to heat up but this is common across Europe.

• Anonymous (8/5): Roomy apartment that was good for our family of 4 - Spacious apartment in a quiet converted former convent building. We liked the location which was close to the metro and easy walking distance to many sites and cafes. The host was helpful with suggestions and good with communication. I felt it could have been a bit cleaner overall. The main table was dusty and the second bathroom was in need of some TLC. We also could have used some extra bags for the trash. We had to get our own.
• Alisa (10/5): Truly only Oasis - The apartment was lovely. It truly is an oasis in the middle of the city center. Francesca was so welcoming. She showed us how to use everything and put together a map of the entire city - complete with restaurants and points of interest. One couldn't ask for a better host. The water pressure isn't great. It's a 300 year old building, so expected.

We hoped there would be Netflix or English Channel on TV so we could cook in the evening and relax after sightseeing all day.

• Rachel (8/5): Great base in Rome - Location was great with plenty of bakeries, bars, restaurants nearby and termini station was a 10 min walk. 15mins from the coloseum and other great sites. Good kitchen facilities with a comfy bed. Neighbours are friendly and the apartment block was very quiet. Francesca met us by the front and gave us a great introduction to the local area and where to eat! Beautiful old building inside. The coffee is amazing, Thankyou for teaching me how to use the coffee thing! The shower pressure wasn’t great but did warm up eventually. Maybe install a power shower if they are able to. We appreciated it is a very old building.

• John (10/5): Great apartment and fantastic hostess. - The apartment got the home feel and it got everything you need and close by most attractions and the main train station. We have got our backpack stolen on the train and we having trouble to lodge a stolen report to police station as most of them don’t speak English and trying to reflect you from one station to another. Francesca the owner of Oasis Rome centre apartment has accompanied us to the local police station and helped us to interpret and obtained the police report and took us 2 hours for the whole process. We can’t thanks Francesca enough for her willingness to help and she is the most friendliest host. She has draw up a map for you as a guide where to visit and best eat. I will give Francesca as a hostess 11 out of 10 🙏 Both of us really enough Rome due to the information Francesca has prepared. Nothing
• Peggy (10/5): Good location and comfortable home - The host Francesca is very helpful. She did above and beyond our expectation. She prepared a detailed map for our visit with attractions and recommended restaurants. She kept checking with us our needs and response is always fast and positive. The owner is lucky to have hired her to take care of the property so well. she's the best host we've ever met. I'm sure good business is because of agent. Water pressure is very low because it is an old building. Suggest the owner to install a water tank inside the unit which all other properties we stayed had.
• Heather (9/5): Highly recommend Oasis for a restful, modernized apartment in Rome - The Oasis is certainly that. It’s a comfortable, spacious apartment, tastefully decorated and has everything needed for an extended stay. The host takes special care to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable and taken care of. Recommendations for restaurants, public transportation, and favorite sights in Rome were very appreciated. It’s a modern property, safe and secure, and in a quiet, lovely building. I was working remotely and the WiFi was not as fast as I would have liked. For vacation travelers, it is adequate and is ok for normal use. The shower strength was not very strong, but these are quirks I got used to all over Italy. It was sufficient.

The metro station is basically right beside the apartment. The check in went smoothly with the host Francesca providing us the detailed information about everything we need to know. She messaged us every day to make sure we were doing well. This is the first time we traveled to Rome and we felt relaxed and welcomed. Nothing

• Michele (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location with a fantastic host. - This apartment is great. It’s a real find! The apartment is well decorated, has everything you could possibly need including a jacuzzi bath and a lovely bedroom balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The apartment is in a fantastic location equidistant between Termini (the main rail station) and the Colosseum - about 15 minutes walk either way. There is a metro stop at the end of the street with a park and loads of shops, restaurants and everything else you could possibly need nearby. The apartment block is extremely well maintained, has controlled entry, a lift and is unbelievably quiet. And last but certainly not least, Francesca the host is amazing. Her personalised recommendations on where to eat and where to visit were brilliant and the couple of times she checked in with me during my stay just to make sure everything was okay and if there was anything else she could do for me was so appreciated. I will be booking this apartment again and I will be recommending it to friends. Absolutely nothing except that my stay wasn’t longer.

• Suh (10/5): Best of best. - Very beautiful apartment, well set up and comfortable. Host’s hospitality was genuine, she gave us lots of information for overalls. Communication with host is easy and prompt, no need to worry. We went to couple of local restaurants and pastry shop which she recommended, were delicious. Because of my elderly mother, we used taxi lots for the transport. But reasonably close to Colosseum and Metro by foot. We stayed 3 days in Rome, could cover most of famous spots. So grateful to find this place, we wanted to stay longer! Nothing

The apartment is perfectly centred to explore Rome, & is so close to the train station that it's easy to go on day trips out of the city too. It's warm, comfy & has a cute little balcony, which we loved drinking our morning coffee on. There's a metro stop 2 minutes away, making it super easy to get anywhere in the city. Our host, Francesca, was exceptional. She kept in touch over WhatsApp & was quick at responding if we needed anything. She met us on arrival and gave us a map with places of interest & how to get there circled, which was super useful. As were the restaurant recommendations! Thank you so much for such a fabulous stay. 10/10.
• Janice (10/5): Do yourself a favor and stay with Francesca - Francesca made arrangements to be at the apartment to greet us when we walked to the flat from the train station, about a 10 minute walk with luggage. Very easy to get there. The apartment is beautiful, on the third floor (EU) fourth floor (US) and has a lift, so absolutely no problem. The apartment is bright, airy, and immaculate. The bed is so comfortable and there are two bathrooms, one with a giant jacuzzi tub. There are dishes and pans for cooking if you wish. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and markets to get anything you need depending on your needs. The location is about 1 km from the Colosseum making it very walkable. We walked to the Trevi Fountain from there, a good hike, but the Metro is just a block away and goes directly to all points of interest, including the Vatican. Francesca went above and beyond -- she sat with us and gave us a map highlighting all the points of interest from the view of a native Roman, as well as tips for the best restaurants, pizza, gelato, etc in all of Rome. It was like having a personal tour guide. We stayed a full week, and Francesca checked in several times to make sure everything was working as planned. What an amazing host, amazing flat, and amazing city! Zero. When we come back to Rome, we're coming back to Francesca's.

• Bob (10/5): Elegant lovely apartment in a great location with an amazing host. - Francesca was amazing and so was her place. Not only did she meet us at the apartment, but she had a local map with recommendations on where to visit, where to eat, and how to get around the city. She was such a delight. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you will need. The location is perfect with restaurants and grocery stores a short walk, close to the Rome Termini station, and a lovely walk or easy metro ride to all the Rome attractions. I don't remember reading it ahead of time, but there is even a washing machine in the unit. Nothing! It was great.
• Steven (10/5): A beautiful well managed ‘oasis’ of peace and calm, in a beautiful bustling city. - The apartment is located in a classic old Italian town centre building. It was a large tastefully furnished accommodation with a lovely little balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. It was so quiet, it was hard believe you were in the middle of vibrant Rome. Our host Francesca was exceptionally knowledgable about Rome and went to a lot of effort to personalise a city map with lots of practical details about places to eat, bus/tram routes, and the more obscure places to visit. She was so welcoming, it really made our city break extra special. I truthfully can’t find anything to nit pick about. It was exactly what we hoped it would be.

The place was spotless, modern, well-equipped, and the balcony provided a peaceful escape despite the city buzz outside. The location is great - You can easily walk to the Colosseum and also near Vittorio Emanuele metro station. You can explore every corner of Rome. No need for a car. Francesca is truly an exceptional host! Her sweetness and care added an extra layer of warmth to our trip, making it truly memorable. What made it even more special was her personal touch – she had prepared a map highlighting all the must-visit attractions and recommended restaurants. We made an effort to explore as many as we could, and every recommendation was right on spot. It felt like having a close friend guiding us through the charm of Rome. Grazie mille Francesca !
