• Kristin (8/5): Excellent location near many sights! - Location and separate bedroom. Not enough towels or sheets for sofa bed.

Highly Recom - Location Apartment is perfect for longer stays Host was very responsive! Great City Center These are not what I didn’t like….there are just for info that some might not like. It is noisy, but you open the windows and you are a part of the liveliness of Sevilla! The lock was a little tricky in the beginning, but we got used to it. You are above restaurants and you might have later than usual nights…..BUT…..that’s why you are in Spain!!! To be part of the culture

• Stefania (7/5): "Posizione eccezionale: un nido perfetto nel cuore pulsante di Siviglia, che ci ha permesso di vivere la città con - Posizione centrale nei pressi della cattedrale di Siviglia; appartamento carino e pulito, host cordiale e accogliente, ideale per un week end a Siviglia! Consiglio il cambio di materasso e cuscini perché ormai usurati. Fermata del tram molto vicina quindi durante la notte un po’ rumoroso.

It was a nice property. Found a lizard in the apartment but this is normal in spain. The owner was helpful and did respond quickly for anything that was required during the stay.

• Giuseppe (9/5): Siviglia accogliente - Posizione ottima, in centro. La zona è ricca di ristoranti. L'appartamento ti dà sicurezza e ti garantisce tutto il necessario. Le imposte non isolavano dalle luci della strada. Mancava la tenda nella camera da letto, anche se presenti i supporti. Chi è abituato al bidè deve sapere che non lo troverà. La doccia è valida!
• Stefano (9/5): - L’appartamento è spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La pulizia è impeccabile e la posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale di Siviglia. La zona è ben collegata: il tram passa proprio sotto casa, mentre la stazione della metropolitana di Puerta Jerez e la fermata Prado San Sebastián dell’autobus EA da/per l’aeroporto sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti. Ottima anche la comunicazione con l’agenzia, con consegna delle chiavi direttamente in loco all’arrivo. Nelle vicinanze si trovano numerosi ristoranti e un paio di supermercati. Consigliato!
• Schuiling (10/5): Een heerlijke plek om Sevilla te beleven. - Volledig ingericht appartement, in het oude centrum. Alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand te bereiken. Eigenlijk niks, op een gegeven moment hadden we lekkage bij de wasmachine en liep het water ook niet meer weg in de gootsteen in de keuken. Er kwam binnen een uur iemand de boel repareren. Zelfs de natte vloer werd droog gedweild, perfect!
• Jorge (3/5): No lo volvería a elegir. - Buena ubicación. La cama imposible. Ahora vemos que hace mucho tiempo que otros huéspedes se quejan del colchón en pésimo estado. Escribí al anfitrión y jamás me respondió. Un aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no lo avisó, hacía calor. La ventana del dormitorio está sin la cortina y te ven desde la calle si no cerras el postigo. La calle es ruidosa, hay bares abajo y pasa el tranvía. No podíamos descansar.

• Ruth (10/5): - Beautiful apartment, great location. The proprietors were responsive and gracious. Maybe need a backup plan in event of power outage which cancels the online entry system. Perhaps a key for the apt door.

• montserrat (9/5): - Departamento muy bien equipado y limpio. Lo mejor, su ubicación. Puedes ir caminando a los lugares de interés turístico, parques, shopping.
• Davide (9/5): - Appartamento ha un buono spazio, fornito di tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno. Dalla camera da letto si accede al bagno piccolo non finestrato con una buona doccia e lavatrice. Assente bidet. Buono il letto matrimoniale ed il divano. La posizione è davvero ma davvero eccezionale, a pochissimi passi dalla Cattedrale, dove poi si snoda tutto il Casco Viejo e a 10 minuti da Piazza di Spagna, giardini del Murillo Nella Calle passa il tram (servizio in funzione dalle 6 alle 00) ed a poca distanza la fermata Prado San Sebastian per il bus, dove passa anche autobus EA da e per Aeroporto. La zona è tranquilla, sotto ci sono dei ristoranti ma non mi hanno dato fastidio. a mezzanotte chiudevano. In 20 minuti circa a piedi si arriva al ponte di Triana, 30 minuti alla stazione dei treni di Santa Justa. Ottima la comunicazione con la agenzia, consegna delle chiavi sul posto ad inizio soggiorno. Secondo me una ottima soluzione per un soggiorno in coppia.

• Małgorzata (9/5): Great place to stay in Seville - Very nice location of the flat, and the flat itself is really big and comfortable. I highly recommend this place. Unfortunately the location also means that it's very noisy even at night (for some reason the trash containers of restaurants are emptied every night at like 1 a.m., and we would wake up every time when that happened). But that's the only significant disadvantage. The kitchen implements could also be cleaner, we had to wash them before use as some were greasy.

• Kathy (2/5): Cockroaches Equal Automatic Fail - The location was great Cockroaches - I have photos. When I contacted the property owner or manager about the cockroaches, I was told that cockroaches are to be expected in older buildings. I also didn’t like the musty smell as soon as you enter the building. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. They couldn’t be bothered to provide hand soap by the bathroom sink. If you wanted to wash your hands with soap you had to go into the shower to get some from the dispenser. Considering how much I paid per night, this place wasn’t up to North American standards.
• Dmitriy (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful new, cozy, spotlessly clean, fully equipped apartment in a perfect location for visiting Sevilla. Great host, easy check-in and check-out, great facilities. Cannot think of a better place to stay in the city. The windows face a busy street which could be quite loud even at nights.
