- Bilal (7/5): Good Location and - The location was convenient with tram close-by, the room was good and breakfast was okay with some basic variety. The staff at breakfast were friendly and very helpful, the reception staff were good and the balcony view from premium room was lovely. Also, the cleaning staff were great. There was a minor error on booking.com which I messaged the hotel to remind them how many people were in one of the rooms I booked. Upon arrival, the receptionist dealt with fairly simple error badly. As an Accor member and frequent guest at their hotels, I thought they may have dealt with the situation better but it may have been a language barrier more than anything. Rest of stay made up for this set back at the start.

I loved watching people rowing in the Golden Horn in the mornings. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was gentle, attentive, and responsive. My check-in took less than 5 minutes. I really enjoyed the lounge as well, and the overall friendly manner. There is nothing I did not like.

- Eyad (10/5): - The room view, peaceful and quiet area. Helpful staff, reception & breakfast manager "Hasan", highly professional. Although away from the main attractions, but easy access to the Tram, that is well connected to the whole of Istanbul. No close attraction to the Hotel, however, 4-5 minutes walk to the Tram, open all the plans. I have to mention here, the 2-hour luxury yacht trip (Bosphorus) , booked through Booking.com was the winner, highly recommended

- Zakaria (6/5): Good hotel, more attention to details would be nice. - The property is in a nice quiet location, it has its own parking area and has river/gulf view. Most staff are kind and helpful, especially in the restaurant and at the reception. The bed is comfortable, slightly on the softer side. The soap and shampoo dispenser pumps are weak, you need to pump with both hands if you're in a hurry, the soap quality seems good though. The 4 pillows are the same, no choice between cotton and feather. The "breakfast box" is very bad in case you are checking out before breakfast hours, and they don't bring it or any other breakfast to your room, which is really disappointing. My room was not as shown in the pictures, it came without any glass at bathroom, which has low lighting. The safe gad a low battery warning.

- MARWA (8/5): - الغرفة المطلة على البحر واسعة ونظيفة طلبت غرفة في دور مرتفع لكن اعطوني في الدور الثالث الاطلالة ليست مثالية . بعض الاوقات يوجد رائحة دخان بالرغم من اني طلبت دور لغير المدخنين واخبرت الاستقبال ولكن الرائحة مستمرة احدى الغرف القريبة بها كلب مع احدى النزيلات والصوت مزعج طوال الليل بوفيه الافطار مكرر ولايوجد تجديد الثلاجة خربانة ولاتبرد وطلبت تصليحها مرتين وكانت بنفس الحالة الى ان خرجت من الفندق لم يتم اصلاحها

- Yasser (10/5): جميل نظيف هادي - هاذي جميل نظيف تعامل بعض موظفين الاستقبال وطلب مني ادفع كاش 100 دولار لكل غرفه تامين استلمها عند الخروج عشان لو فتحت شي من الثلاجه رفضت وبلّغته اني برسل بريد إلى بوكينج بخصوص التأمين وتراجع عن قرارة اعتقد موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون أديب بخصوص استقبال العملاء بشاشه توضح لك انها مصتنعه بالنسبه لي آخر تجربه بالفندق

- Kareva (1/5): Hygiene, housekeeping practices, disrespectful handling of guests’ personal items. - The front desk staff was friendly on the day of check-in and, afterwards, tried to resolve our requests quickly. We stayed 10 days and I’m shocked by the housekeeping standards. I unexpectedly entered the room during cleaning and saw the housekeeper touching my toothbrushes, hair ties, body brush and skincare products in the bathroom with the same bare hands used to clean the toilet and the floor. I had explicitly asked not to touch/clean the bathroom daily, but my personal hygiene items were still being picked up and rearranged. On day 10 I also saw my shoes being used to prop open the window. I have expensive belongings, and this is completely unacceptable. I only discovered it on day 10, so I don’t know if this was happening every day. Despite daily “cleaning”, basic details were ignored – for example, the phone by the bed was never wiped and was covered in dust. Earlier, a very expensive small travel-size cream tube went “missing” after cleaning; I found it days later under the sink, apparently knocked down during housekeeping. As a company owner who travels frequently with my team and spends significant budgets on hotels every year, this experience is far below any acceptable professional standard. We will not choose this hotel again, and it seriously affects our decision to stay with this brand/network in the future.
