The apartment does not look like the pictures at all! The place was dirty and rugs where filthy! It smelled like dirty socks or they had dogs staying there. There was mold in shower and tub was plugged! Just the location was good but nothing else
• Livia (10/5): Amazing location, great price, convenient facilities. - The location is absolutely amazing, right next to Piazza Navona. Lots of shops and restaurants around, 10/10. The flat has everything you might need, including kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, plates and cutlery etc. Spacious living with a dining table, armchairs and comfy sofa. There’s a vanity desk in the bedroom which was handy, and shower gel and shampoo available. - The stay was very fairly priced considering the amazing location and facilities (such as kitchen, living, etc). - The host was responsive through WhatsApp. - Place was very clean (note that it’s an older build, but it was clean nevertheless) Things that were absolutely not a big deal for me, but noting for transparency’s sake: - only 1 roll of toilet paper (lots of shops around, so no issues) - shower and bathroom sink drainage a little slow (understandable due to the age of the build, and not an issue even on hair wash days) - flat is older (it’s Rome after all), so don’t expect a brand new contemporary place with immaculate flooring - only 1 window in the living room (there’s overhead lighting and lots of lamps, so no problem for us) Overall, if you understand value for money, this is a great deal at an amazing location. Don’t expect or compare to chain hotels, as it’s totally different. Would definitely stay again.

• Cynthia (6/5): Beautiful older building, great location. Some issues… - Lovely older apartment in a GREAT location. Beautiful entry behind a large locked wooden door. Colors and building are like an old Roman painting! VERY Beautiful. Secure building. Comfy beds, cute kitchen. Lots of space. Good counter space in bathroom. Easy check in with keys in a box. Sadly there are a few cons that can come w an older traditional building: issues with the toilet flushing and slow draining sinks and shower. Needs a new shower curtain due to mold and some mold in shower. We only had 1/2 roll of TP and had to go out and buy some. Very loud Friday night. Communication with Alberto pretty null.

• Marya (8/5): Very good - Amazing location within walking distance of all key historic sites. Tons of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour grocery store. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, good hot shower and powerful hairdryer. Adequate kitchen for preparing breakfast. Windows open onto a quiet shared courtyard but for security purposes they need to be kept closed and shuttered at night and when leaving the house because it is on the ground floor. This could lead to stuffy airless conditions at night but in October it was fine. Zero host presence so when booking taxis or looking for restaurant recommendations, you are on your own. In summary: 10/10 for location, 7.5/10 for comfort, 5/10 for responsive management.
• Mark (10/5): Nice surprise - A spacious sanctuary in the heart of Rome behind a nice heavy door. Rome was hot last week. AC was supplied but found it hard to keep up with the heat - was understandable.
• Burak (10/5): A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Rome - We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment, located just 30 meters from Piazza Navona. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access from a charming courtyard, giving us the feeling of living like locals in Rome. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the historic architecture adds a unique charm to the place.Our host, Alberto, was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He provided us with great tips on local spots to visit and made our experience in Rome truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.
• Mindaugas (9/5): It’s a great stay for families. The apartment is located in a great area, no noise from streets and bars even if it is l - Great location! Portable air conditioniers are too nosy if you need to keep room cool during the night when it is hot outside.
