• Sara (8/5): Sencillo , limpio y bien ubicado - La cercanía a las playas y que la zona está fuera del bullicio , zona muy tranquila . Apartamento muy limpio y muy bien equipado . Personal super amable . La zona común de la piscina necesita mejoras . El socorrista nos avisó de que fuésemos con cuidado para no cortarnos con los pies con los cuadraditos que faltaban del fondo de la piscina .

• Joanne (9/5): Garden Atlantis - In excellent location and everything was really clean. The communication was brilliant location and easy walk to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beach, and siam waterpark. The apartment was a really good size for us 4 adults and the shower was really powerful. Air conditioning was quiet and good, everything worked and there is also a carpark space for 10 euros in cash for the week. You can sort this when you get there. Staff were really helpful and friendly. We didn't have cash but they were happy to wait till we went and got some. Nothing major, there was only 3 bowls and there was 4 of us and a few more glasses and mugs would of been handy but not a problem. We only had breakfast there.

• andrea (8/5): Comodo ma poca privacy - Il comprensorio e’ carino, la zona piscina accogliente e non affollata. L’appartamento che avevo era molto pulito, la posizione e’ molto buona. Non e’carino offrire asciugamani con molti buchi e tende altrettanto rovinate. Si trova al piano terra direttamente davanti al bar, cio’ costringe a stare con le tende chiuse per avere un po’ di privacy. Una notte ha fatto freddo, il riscaldamento non funzionava
• CSDJONES1973 (10/5): Fantastic - Club Atlantis was in a great location, all within waling distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and all entertainment. I would definitely recommend Club Atlantis and Adeje as a place. So much to do, cheap beer (Dorada) 2€ a pint. 😁 The only downside was that it’s a bit hilly. Although wherever you looked you could always see tandem mobility scooters

Pool bar set up tables and chairs directly outside our patio so couldn't sit out unless wanting to mingle with strangers. Strange set up.

For information, being on ground floor balcony does not get much sun, which was ok for us, but if you like to sit on a sunny balcony the room might not be for you

• D (9/5): Brilliant location in a comfortable air conditioned and well equipped family unit - The location of Garden Atlantis was fabulous and the layout inside was ideal for us as a family: 3 actual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers and toilets in each! The owners were brilliant- there was a minor problem and a special request and the owners were so quick to reply and resolve the issue and were very accommodating to our request. The price was very reasonable too. If I’m really being picky (and I have to be because it was so good), it would have been a bonus if I have an extra bit of comfy seating in the lounge: the couch was fine and we didn’t spend much time sat around inside anyway.

• Sadhbh (8/5): The location and the pool make up for the lack of basic necessities. - The location of the property is ideal. The easy access to the pool from our ground floor apartment was excellent. The pool and reception area is very clean and the bar staff are very friendly. The air conditioning was very weak. The furniture is outdated and the cupboards smelled musty upon opening them. The sofa is highly uncomfortable. The towels do not get changed for a 7 day stay which is crazy and it costs €5 to use the washing machine. There is a note left in front of the television that states any necessary supplies to keep the apartment clean are available in the self service laundry room. When I went to get extra bin bags there was no such supplies and when I asked at reception the lady was rude and said she didn’t know and I would have to buy my own in the supermarket, granted she did supply me with a bag as a once off.

• Baerbel (8/5): A good accomodation with a few niggles. - Nice location in Adeje. Nice hotel complex with a nice pool area. A few details were a shame. The balcony was pretty small and difficult to sit on with 4 people. Further, little drying space for towels. The equipment in the kitchen was basic, bit more more would have been good. Further, there was damp problem behind the kitchen units... As a result it always smelled when opening the kitchen cupboards. A towel change 1/2 way would have been nice.

• Helga (9/5): Great location and value for money - We liked the location. The pool area was really nice and everybody was really friendly. The apartment was nice and we really liked the water pressure in the shower! There was a little greeting gift when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The beds in the large bedroom was a little lumpy and could do with an upgrade. It would have been more comfortable for our group if there had been a set of regular dining table and chairs instead of high chairs (bar chairs) and high table. There are no regular chairs in the apartment except for the plastic ones at the balcony.

• Geraldine (8/5): Lovely complex, and great pools . - The complex is very well maintained . Fabulous pools , and great staff. The apartment we stayed in within the complex was privately rented. Small things just let it down . The kitchen knives need replacing . They are not fit for purpose and even have rust marks on them . Towels and bedding were changed after our first week , however the larger beach towels were not changed at all over the two weeks we stayed. A basic cleaning service once a week would have been appreciated and perhaps some bin bags and a restock of toilet roll and soap.

There was a safe but wasn’t working. Contacted the owner who responded very quickly advising it wasn’t listed in the amenities, which is very true. My fault- naturally assumed there would be a safe either in the apartment or at reception. Didn’t turn out to be an issue as we felt the apartments were very secure.

Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. No key supplied to use safe. It seems people using private rentals are treated differently. Not allowed to use shower room on last day,( we has late flight home) and were charged to use room for storing cases in.
• Alice (8/5): Very good - Clean, large rooms comfy beds, good location It could get a little dark in the apartment as it's on the ground floor so doesn't get any sun. Right next to the pool/bar which was ok for us but could be an issue for others. The loving room was large but there was only one sofa so there weren't places for 4 people to sit.
• Darren (4/5): Great location poor apartment - The location The safe didn’t work, even tho there was a sign on the door saying please use it and lock doors. The owner then told me they didn’t list a safe as it was not working. So no safe and the back door didn’t lock. Beautiful 😳 no oven, same again I got confused when the description said kitchen. The terrace has a concrete roof for upstairs’s balcony, a concrete wall and the bit you can see is the car park. No sun at all due to palm trees. One bedroom must have had upstairs shower above it because all you could hear for 20 mins at a time was running water. And one of the others had the other apartments above soil stack in it. So when anyone above used the toilet god you could tell! Loads of kitchen units, but with nothing in them. The fridge is a slim line one with a small freezer box at the top. So for self catering the whole place just wasn’t set up for this. The tv did have a remote from another tv, which we managed to sort with the maintenance man. But turning the tv on we just found it was just Spanish radio, so basically a radio that looked like a tv. Take your own coat hangers as well as all double bedrooms had about 10 in them.
