• Viktor (7/5): - The apartment is located in great location. Close to public transport and 15 minutes walk from Colosseum. We liked comfortable beds, high speed internet and the coffee machine. Coffee capsules were provided which we thought was very nice (we love coffee). It is decent apartment which, by the looks of it, has been renovated not so long ago. Overall this property has potential to be awesome if not for the issues with cleaning and maintenance (see below). - Floors haven't been mopped in a while. They were dirty. - Sewage smell in the bathroom. Very unpleasant. - One bathroom had no shampoo. I would have thought these things should have been replenished during cleaning. - There is something wrong with the hot water system. Very hard to regulate. It was either scalding hot or completely cold. I couldn't get it to flow just warm. - Only single teaspoon that we could find. And we were group of 5. Not a big deal, but come on, how hard/expensive is it to replenish cutlery. - Sofa bed creaked so loud I couldn't sleep. The mattress was comfortable though. - The dining chairs were wobbly to the point of feeling hazardous—like they could fall apart at any moment. It would take someone with an allen key 5 minutes to fix them. These issues reflect a lack of care in cleaning and maintenance, and were a letdown in an otherwise excellent accommodation.

• Aleksandra Lanzing (10/5): - Cały apartament rewelacja, czystość, wygoda,. W kuchni całe wyposażenie na super poziomie. Łazienki i sypialnie też super. Jedynym mankamentem było słabe ciśnienie wody i problem z ciepłą wodą.

• Nina (10/5): Perfect stay- comfortable and clean - The place accomodation is exactly as was described - clean , comfortable, and well equipped with everything we need. Cozy decor, quiet neighbourhood Smooth check in, communication was excellent Very responsive and Made sure we have everything we need. Just a heads-up: there’s a small step going to the room that could be easy to miss — placing a mat or object there helps make it more noticeable

• Aşkın (9/5): We stayed as 2 families and had a very comfortable stay. - All kinds of materials were ready, from knife sets to pans. All detergents, olive oil, sugar and coffee varieties needed for cleaning were ready on the shelf. We were able to prepare breakfast and dinner by buying only basic food and beverage materials. There were even 3 air conditioners, a washing machine and a dishwasher in the facility. I paid the city tax online twice by mistake. Upon my request, they refunded the overpayment to my credit card within 5 minutes. The bed in the master bedroom could be more comfortable.
