• YOUNG SOO (10/5): 잊지 못할 8일간 - 8박을 하였습니다. 옥상에서 나일강변이 보이고 왕가의 계곡이 보이는 뷰가 아주 좋은 곳이었습니다. 서안지역에 위치하고 페리선을 타기 좋은 위치였습니다. 호스트도 친절하고 아침식사도 맛있었습니다. 또한 특별히 저녁에 이집트음식도 만들어주셨습니다. 호스트와 때로 담소도 나누며 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 강력추천합니다. 기회가 되어서 룩소르에 다시 간다면 동일한 숙소에서 묵을 것입니다.
• Votankova (9/5): - Apartmán je na úžasném místě. Kousek od Nillu a od přívozu. Apartmán byl čistý a útulný. Vše ok, ale majitel by měl více respektován soukromí hostů. Je moc intenzivní.
• Wezza (3/5): Not recommended - The house is close to the ferry and the local shops. After travelling for more than 9 months around the world and 1 month in Egypt, we can say this was one of our worst stays so far. We always choose to stay with local families as a way to support the local community, but this time turned out to be a bad experience. Firstly, in terms of the facilities, the kitchen was dirty and not useable. There were no utensils, pots, cups, glasses, nothing. It was also very dirty. As well as the bath tub that had hair on the drainage. Secondly, there is not wifi. Even though the owner said that there was an issue with the internet in the area, but that he will try to fix it. Of course, there was no issues with the internet, since we had to go to a cafe on the same street for some internet and it worked just fine. He told us that he couldn't do anything about it. But for us, internet is something important when we choose for accommodation, which he completely disregarded and he should not advertise that there is WiFi if he is not providing it. Upon our arrival he offered us some tour options, which we didn't take since we were planning on going to the Valley of the kings and other sites by bike. That was fine till then. Breakfast was included, but on our second morning he will try to charge us for it, since we haven't taken any tours, therefore "he hasn't made any money with us". We was rude, pushing and ruined our breakfast. We left without even eating it. He keep calling my partner on the phone to argue about this issue continuously. Next day, we left early in the morning and the owner left a bag with bread and some spreads for us as breakfast. We took them to eat on our train. Then he called us several times during the day (even though we had already left) and my partner decided not to pick up, since we were tired of arguing with him.
• Mengyao (10/5): - 中国人必看完！！！房间😀很大🈶射的😀😀🈶头像😀的🈶床铺的😀看起来也蛮㔻净的😀，就是我盖了这个被子身上杨😀，🈶涨虹点😀，房东大爷很热情😀，从我们进他家就开始推销那些游玩项目让我们包他车😀，出去玩了他还🈶打电话来关心嫂老😀😀，喜欢安静😀的🈶孬福了，🈶很强的孬wifi😃😃，房间妹纸巾，跟他要，他说晚点给，后面又问他要，他说来财😀😀，哈哈，真是没招啦，对面住的就是他们一家人，隔音不错😀，天聊见听上晚大😃。 电话被轰炸。

• Hesham (1/5): Unacceptable Experience - I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards—the walls were dirty, the bed was in an unsanitary and disgusting condition, and the overall hygiene of the place was appalling. To make matters worse, the owner displayed an unprofessional and rude attitude. When I raised my concerns, they refused to issue a refund and instead resorted to shouting at me, which was completely uncalled for. I have attached photos to illustrate the unacceptable state of the property. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this place. This version is polite yet firm and highlights your main concerns clearly.

• Tabea (10/5): friendly and affordable stay for a few days in Luxor - very nice and affordable place, nice owner who offers many things, room is clean, location is great. family lives in the same house, sometimes children play around in the flat next to the room. friendly and coyz atmosphere and good breakfast. I can recommend.

• Leonard (10/5): A gem în luxor - The time spent in this apartment was perfect! the host is a very kind and communicative person, he helped us with advice about activities that we can do in Luxor, he told us what the correct prices are for certain services, not to be ripped off by the locals, who in 95% they will trying to trick you. the breakfast was good and diversified, I had clean towels, the bed sheets were also clean. overall I give it 10/10. if we consider the price, I think it is the best accommodation offer in Luxor There are children nearby who were a bit noisy one evening, but they stopped around 9-10 o'clock
• Karen (7/5): Good value if you are firm about what you want! - Convenient location at a reasonable price, not far from the ferry terminal on a quiet side street. Apartment is spacious and suitable for a longer stay (we stayed 5 nights), with 2BR/2 BA, kitchen (a little dated, with the stove in the hallway outside the front door), hot water kettle, washing machine, AC. Retired owner speaks some English and lives across the hall with his wife. Initially, I kept requesting items which should have been included: TP, towels, plates and wifi (took about 30 hours to set up). All the while, the owner was asking us to book a hot air balloon ride (1500) or his car (1000 EGP, but my husband biked for 50 EGP x 2 days). He matched the best price we were quoted and arranged a good balloon ride on Sindbad for 1200 EGP pp. Breakfasts dropped in quality/variety over 5 days (photo is from day 3) esp after I declined being in a photo again on day 2. However, I was appalled that somehow HE posted a FAKE review on Booking using my name and giving himself a 10!! Had the apartment been clean and ready at first, I would have rated it a 9. Dropped to an 8 due to his pushiness to book tours. Lowered to a 7 because of his deceptive fake review (pic below), though maybe he really deserves a 1 for that crafty act.
