- Lenka (10/5): We can’t wait to return to this beautiful place! - Absolutely amazing! Very comfortable beds and soft bedding. Extremely clean!!! Perfect location/base to take day trips with children. We loved Zlatokopecký skanzen that was only 4 minutes away. Perfect for visiting town of Jeseník, Rejvíz/Mechové Jezírko, Poštovní štola, Adrenalin park and much more. Nice big parking lot. Staff was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. Breakfast was great and food at the restaurant delicious! Especially the palačinky with Nutella. We also really enjoyed the pool, whirlpool and bowling. We will be back for sure! We loved it all!

- Kristyna (10/5): - Velice rada doporucuji hotel - mily personal, vyborne vari (vyzkouseno nekolik jidel a vzdy top). Prijemne wellness s bazenem a virivkou. Bowlig byl taky hezke zpestreni pobytu. Pokoj cisty, prijemna postel. Meli jsme rodinny pokoj na 3.patre cislo 304 a opravdu jsme byli spokojeni. Cestuji vzdy s pejskem, dopredu jsem si overila, ze neni problem (mozne do 20 kg, stredni pes, priplatek 300 Kc na noc). Parkovani zdarma primo pred hotelem. Opravdu mily personal - od recepce, obsluhy v restauraci a na snidanich, technici take vzdy s usmevem. Urcite doporucuji a rada se nekdy vratim!
- Carole (10/5): Exceptional - When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by managers George and Jana who made us feel right at home. They were so friendly and helpful and gave us good advice when we asked questions about what to do in the area. The staff on the front desk, in the breakfast room, at the bar, and the cleaning staff were all cheerful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and although it didn't have air conditioning it did have a fan which helped circulate the air when it was hot during the night. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty and offered a lot of variety.
