• Nico (7/5): War okay - Viel Platz, Waschmaschine super, ruhige Lage. Großer Kühlschrank. In der Dusche hat es extrem gestunken. Auch in den Küchenschränken. Teils schmutzig, vor allem auf der Dunstabzugshaube.

• Ziyi (1/5): - So bad, I don’t know why they have such a high review on booking. I had really bad experiences. The floor was dirty and the mattress was also old. Well I shouldn’t expect a lot for this price. I really recommend booking a more expensive one instead of this place tho! And the WiFi was somehow can’t be connected.

• Kelly (10/5): Great stay in quiet & accesible neighborhood. - The property is in a quiet neighborhood close to Shinagawa station. The instructions provided to get into the building & room were very detailed & helpful. kitchen & bathroom had all I needed for my stay. The only thing I might have missed in the listing is there there are very steep stairs to get to the 2nd & third floors.

• Nathanial (10/5): Great facilities, pretty good location - Perfect sizes self contained apartment. would much rather stay here than at a hotel Location was a little bit far from the train station but there was a bus a bit closer too.

• KATAYAMA (10/5): とてもオススメです - 外観は小さめに見えるのですが部屋は思っていたより広く、快適でした。部屋も清潔感があり、床ふきシートや掃除機、コロコロ等の掃除道具も揃っているので良かったです。部屋だけでなくお風呂や洗面台も綺麗に清掃されてました！ 一人部屋ですがベッドも大きく枕やクッションもありました。最寄りの白金高輪駅からも歩いて7~8分ほどで、隣の三田駅からもタクシーで1200円〜1500円ほどで行けたので立地がとても良かったです！周りにコンビニや百均、郵便局もあり、駅にはスーパーやカフェもあり便利でした！また利用したいです！ 歯磨きと服の洗剤は見当たらなかったので持ち込み必須です！それ以外に気になる点は無いです！

• Nick (8/5): - Had everything we needed for 4 people (both parents and our two adult girls who shared the double bed). Situated about 10 minute walk from one railway station, and 20 minute walk from another, so really good for getting out and about in different directions. Convenience stores en route between the stations and the accommodation made things easy, though there were also larger supermarkets en route if we'd needed them. A little tucked away and tricky to find, though the directions worked fine.

• Ohm3k (10/5): Adorable abode - Loved it!! location easy walk to konbini and public transport, owners were very quick to respond to communication and very polite, the apartment was absolutely adorable, clean and quite big for me and my friend. It was not very clear where we could smoke. It would probably be useful to include in booking.com details .. other than everthing waa perfect!!!

• csinkler (10/5): Great location and room - Great location within walking distance of a Metro/Toei station and 2 bus stops made it very easy to get around. One of the busses went to Shibuya, as well. Location is quiet otherwise and has multiple paid parking lots if you're planning to rent a car. Room/apartment was clean and spacious. It also has a washing machine and you can dry in the washroom using the dryer function. Host was also very prompt with communication and friendly to deal with. Overall was a great stay.

• Behnam (1/5): Terrible - I stayed in three different accommodations during my trip to Japan, and unfortunately, this property was the least satisfactory of them all. It lacked several essential amenities that are typically expected, even in budget accommodations. There was no iron provided, no dish rack for drying washed dishes, and not even basic kitchen items such as bowls for preparing food or making a salad. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably soft, offering little to no support, and there was no bath mat, which made stepping out of the shower quite inconvenient. As I was traveling for work, it was important for me to receive a tax invoice for my stay. Despite multiple requests, the hosts failed to provide one, and I am still in the process of trying to obtain it. This has caused unnecessary stress and complications for my expense reporting. Another issue was the difficulty in locating the property. The instructions provided were unclear and confusing, and the address could not be accurately located using Google Maps. This led to a frustrating and time-consuming arrival experience. Overall, I would not recommend this property for travelers who value convenience, proper amenities, or professional service—especially if you’re visiting for work.

• Linda (7/5): Good accomodation - Good location close to metro, spacious for being in tokyo and well equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Spacious and heated bathtub room. They provided instructions for the house and the checkin and replied soon by email when we couldn't figure out the door opening (but it was before 6pm, not sure if there is assistance after that). We found trash under the bed when we moved it a bit so maybe it was not cleaned super thoroughly. The bed cushions could be better, they were quite small. Would have been nice to have a heater in the separate wc room but it's a common problem in japanese houses sadly.
