Fabio (9/5): Excelente opção de hospedagem mas, com cobrança de valor caução - O apartamento é amplo, completo, confortável e bem localizado. A vista para a Lagoa é fantástica. Impossibilidade de regular a temperatura do banho, devido ao bloqueio da área onde se encontra o aquecedor. Valor caução cobrado (embora entenda a precaução do proprietário). Ainda estou esperando a devolução desse valor que, segundo informações, seria em até 7 dias.

Maria (8/5): Great location & spacious apartment. We would definitely come back one day. Thank you ☺️ - The apartment was lovely, spacious and close to amenities. Only down side was an almost empty kitchen. I stayed 2 weeks and in the kitchen there was not enough utensils to use on day to day. There was literally, 5 plates, five glasses, five coffee cups, etc… I had to buy a coffee flask to make coffee in the morning and a couple of other items that I would say were essentials. Saying that, it didn’t matter, we made the most with what we had and had a lovely holiday. I would recommend this apartment.
