• Maëlle (7/5): - L'emplacement est vraiment top! La chambre n'était pas du tout insonorisée. On entend pas les motos/voitures mais plutôt un bar à côté jusqu'à 22h30/23h le weekend et les autres clients si ces derniers rentrent tard dans la nuit et parlent fort.

• Clara (10/5): Great location and good value - Great location, near to the old quarter and lots of restaurants. The beds were comfortable and clean with our pillows refreshed one night. There is breakfast included and the staff are friendly. The bathroom was very nice with multiple mirrors, a warm shower and nice sink area The breakfast only runs from 7am-9am which we considered to be quite early therefore we didn’t access it

This was our second stay in Hanoi, and we will definitely be back here again. The location is great, the rooms are very comfortable and styled really well and the staff are amazing. The receptionist, was so kind and helpful. I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have him not thing

• Yufeng (7/5): 當初選擇是它評比8以上，沒什麼負評。後來住了其它家，價格、位置，性價比都比它好。附近選擇住宿很多，可多比較。 - 地理位置好，近還劍湖。 浴室濕滑、房間打掃不夠徹底，有小蟑螂、前房客食用後留下的水果籽還留在椅子側邊，熱水壺口生銹，要求更換，說一個房間一個，沒得換。

• Zahari (5/5): - The price is great. The beds were comfi. Smell, poor ventilation, mold in the bathroom, water fills up quickly in the shower. A woman in a nearby place chanting every morning from 4 to 7 am like it’s doomsday.
• Leigh (7/5): Good enough, but still room for improvement - It's in a convenient location: it's in Hoan Kiem, but not in the old quarter proper, so it's away from the madness of the party zone but it's still walkable if you want to go there. It's easy to go east or west so sightseeing is easy. The breakfast options were fine and those with eggs were particularly filling. The staff speak English well so communication was never a problem. The beds were comfy enough and each had a charging socket, manoeuvrable light and a good privacy curtain. This was the first hostel I've stayed in in Asia that didn't have a shoes-off policy. As a result people wore their shoes in the hostel, walking the filth of the Hanoi streets through the hostel. Please implement a shoes-off policy. No lift in a tall building, but this is par for the course. The bathroom in the fifth floor dorm needed more attention from house cleaning. I'm not sure that the toilet was actually cleaned with disinfectant during my 6-night stay. Charged me 260k for 5kg of laundry. When it was returned to me, it had the laundry's ticket on it: 4.5kgs for 135k. I know everything's a side hustle in Vietnam, but this is a bit much. The laundry they use is literally around the corner. Now you know. Check the photos.

I extend even my 7 days stay with another 4 days because I feel so comfortable there. I had a excellent sleep, the rooms are clean and the Breakfast are included also. Thanks for having me and for sure I will come back soon. There is nothing I didnt liked

• Laureen (6/5): Gute Lage und schönes Zimmer, jedoch kleine Mängel - Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und groß. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei großen Betten und einen Balkon. Die Lage war gut. Wir waren in einer Seitengaße, sodass der Lärm nicht zu groß war. Man war sofort im Zentrum. Personal ist hilfsbereit wenn man sie etwas fragt. Die Tür um das Zimmer zu verlassen war undicht. Man hörte jeden einzelnen den Flur hoch oder runter gehen. Wenn die Leute mitten in der Nacht nach oben gingen, wurde man wach. Wenn Kinder oder Leute unten sprachen, hörte man es. Das Badezimmer roch oft komisch. Das warme Wasser kommt nur wenn man einen Schalter drückte (was wir nicht sofort wussten). Wenn man die Ventilation auf der Toilette anmachte, roch es auch komisch.

• Alice (7/5): Good - I liked that breakfast was included. The location was pretty central. The place was clean. The owner spoke good English and was helpful. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. I thought it was quite expensive compared to some other hostels I've stayed at. Breakfast was ok but rather basic. I had to pay extra to store my bicycle. The dorm felt quite small and cramped. Not much room to put stuff near the bed (e.g. a little shelf would be nice). The bathroom is in the dorm, which means you have to wait if someone is using it. I personally prefer shared bathrooms outside of the rooms.
