• Rosemary Cutting (10/5): Beautiful property, relaxing stays - Great facilities in a lovely setting. Washing machine Cleanliness Powerful shower Beds were a little hard Would have liked English TV channels. Also would be helpful to have instruction manual for the combination microwave

• Linda (9/5): Beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Playa Blanca - The decor was lovely it was also in the corner so not many people walking past when you're sunbathing on the lovely patio. It was really well appointed for the beach and restaurants at playa flamingo which is a little quieter and suited us. However if you wanted the main restaurants and shops it was a short walk away. Only two things and that wasn't really the fault of the owners. It rained a lot of the time and was cold. There was a heater but it wasn't working. Also the hairdryer was only cold air.
• Elaine (1/5): Awful experience - Handy for beach and local shops and restaurants We arrived and the property late at night. The bedroom was covered in black mould, which had clearly been there for some time. The furnishings were also covered in black mould. As we had arrived late we had to stay there. The beds were damp and cold also. It was awful. We had to kill about 30 mosquitos in the house, and were bitten by the ones we had obviously missed overnight. The property also was uncomfortable. There were 2 low parts of a larger sofa, which were dirty and really needed replaced. There was also no privacy at the front of the property. We were so close to the neighbours and there was only a low wall between us. We obviously had to be moved and left the property the next day with little or no help from the agent other than agreeing a refund for us. Booking.com also were unable to assist us in finding a new property. Very bad experience all round.
• Francesca (10/5): Alloggio top - Posizionata in modo ottimale vicina al centro ma in una zona super silenziosa e in un complesso ben organizzato comprensivo anche di piscina. “Casette” indipendenti molto carine, arredate in modo ottimale e molto funzionali. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Spazio all’aperto per rilassarsi in veranda o prendere il sole. Se tornerò in questa zona verrò sicuramente qui. Nulla
• Gerardus (8/5): - Een erg leuk, schoon en compleet huisje De bedden waren voor ons te hard, er was geen buitenverlichting en de parasol zakte steeds naar beneden.

• Adriana (9/5): - Good location in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. Well equiped and clean. Nice pool. Lots of parking spaces in the surrounding area. Ants in the apartment (mostly in the kitchen and bathroom). There were antibug sprays provided though. The kitchen could use some better knives.

Lovely comfortable sun beds . - Casita Jade was clean , well equipped and very tastefully decorated A snag that should be fixed was the toilet door was sticking and looks like it had expanded . It was really annoying but I am confident it will get fixed now it’s highlighted

Good to have emails from owner checking all is okay when we were there. Would have liked to have soap provided by the sinks though that is a minor concern

• Maureen (9/5): Very good. Just sorry the property is fully booked for months ahead. - The property was immaculate. Perfect location. Near the shops The only slight downside was the beds were uncomfortable. Think they could do with replacing.

• Storey (10/5): Well presented with all you would need for self catering even an electric BBQ grill! - Great central location but quiet and with a south facing patio. Just refurbished, well equipped and quite stylish. It is subjective but the single beds were quite firm my wife particularly found it uncomfortable.
