Guest Reviews
- Aleksandra (4/5): -
- Daniela (9/5): Súper bueno - Me gustó la atención y preocupación de los anfitriones. Dos estaciones de metro cerca. Las cortinas
- Calpicchi (8/5): - La posizione.
- Tomasz (6/5): Good localization, big apartment but with things to improve - very good localisation, close to the underground, groceries, and restaurants We did not have hot water, and the owner was aware of the issue from previous renters. Nothing has been done to fix the hot water before our arrival. Fortunately, after contacting the booking and the owner, someone came the next day and fixed it, but we spent 20 hours without hot water. The apartment is big, but its cleanliness could be improved. You need to watch the video to find the keys (quite complex)

- Peruch (3/5): Very average - Bed was comfy and was a big space We were there fur three days and didn’t have hot water once. The best we got was warm water and no one made any effort to come fix it. The place looks run down and could do with a face lift. I do not think the apartment was worth what we paid.
- Nadia (8/5): - Many shops nearby. Bus and Underground also nearby.
The apartment has enough space, full equipment kitchen. Little many things in the apartment could be better.
But for the stay is more than ok!
- Benson (5/5): Short stay with family - Location & proximity to central London, cleanliness, option for 5 people to stay together in the same apartment. No hot water facility and exhaust in the bathroom/toilet throughout our stay. It was horrible. When we complained about it we were asked to send a video for the issue. Although it didn't make sense I still sent a video however, there was no response after that. We could literally hear from all the springs of the Bunk bed mattress. The bunk bed itself doesn't feel safe and the stair for it is not safe as well. We couldn't open or close the Curtains.
- Joan (8/5): - Easy check-in on-line via watsapp. Next to a Tube station, with two supermarkets at 100m, a LOT of pubs. Clean. Only 20’ and you can be at the City center.

- Babalola (9/5): Superb - Mostly everything, the location, the flat itself, the view, the convenience of accessing services and goods. The kids loved it and had a great deal of fun. The carpet on the staircase looked quite worn and I had to wait in the car a few minutes before check-in instructions were shared with me.
I was told before hand that parking was not available but you are allowed to park on the street from 5:30pm till 8:30am the next day for free. There was also ample parking behind the property but with restrictions.
- Nenad (5/5): Passable - Communicatio with host and location. Uncomfortable beds, weak watershower pressure...
- Temitope (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (6/5): The stay was enjoyable, but paying for amenities that did not work did not feel fair. - Good location - stores are close, underground locations were close. Beds were comfortable.
The host was very communicative while we stayed in the flat.
Great view of the city and sunsets. I sent a message on my first day about the washing machine door not locking. I was told someone would fix it soon, nobody came. We stayed six full days. I had to wash clothes in the bathtub by hand.
The toaster started smoking, I was told that someone would bring another one. Nobody did.
The couch bed would not open properly, and we had to fix it.
- Leonardo (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent for a visit to London. There are three stations within walking distance and Liverpool Street is also accessible by bus. There are numerous shops nearby including several small and one large supermarket within walking distance. The flat itself is well prepared with comfortable beds that sleep 5 albeit there is not a lot of space except on the main bedroom. Plenty of adapters available for travellers. Windows to the front and back make it airy and the nights were quiet for a good sleep. The host did not communicate until a day or two before the check-in (eventually they did and all was fine).
There are two washing machines but it was unclear which one we should use, and the one we did use was very noisy. There was very little cutlery available during our stay.
- Kapllani (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gerard (10/5): Exceptional - Great contact with the owners. Spacious clean
apartment with all you need for a city break accommodation. Thank you.
- Marina (8/5): Great value for money, top location - We had a nice stay at this apartment at the end of June. It was very hot outside, but the place was fine with one ventilator in the living room. We only spent evenings and nights in the apartment and it was a great place to relax. Our kids loved the TV channels. The beds are super comfortable, the shower works fine with plenty of hot water, the building is quiet and we were quite happy there. The host has plenty of electric sockets for all types of chargers, which is great, there is enough storage for luggage, and the kitchen is also quite well equipped, with the exception of glasses and cups (4 glasses and also only 4 chairs and there were 5 of us). The neighborhood is nice, within walking distance to Liverpool Street station where the train leaves for Standsted Airport, and all-night bus lines drive through the area. The Metro and bus stop are really close. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The street with the building is quiet in the evening, we would leave the windows open for air to circulate and it was fine for sleeping. This is not a new apartment, the carpets are quite old, but it was clean and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast before heading of to town, and to relax in the evening. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy, but I have to mention that I was really upset since I didn't receive any response from the host until the night before our departure for London. I even called their number and left a voice message and texts but I didn't receive any reply. The customer service told me the host was aware of the reservation, but I still didn't receive any reply about the check-in until the last evening. I would have been fine if they just let me know - ok, don't worry we'll get back to you, it's fine if you arrive at that time, but nothing felt weird and I was worried it would get canceled once we got there and we would have to find alternative accommodation. Finally, when I got the instructions that evening, they were perfectly detailed and easy, including a video on how to open and close the windows, and the host even contacted us upon arrival to check if everything was fine and if we needed any help.
- Wojnar (9/5): Nice flat, good location - Nice flat, quite close to the city center, kitchen well equipped, confortable beds, We are generally
satisfied. When showering it was difficult to prevent water to spill out of the tube. Difficulties with closing a window.
- Ciorobea (8/5): Very good -
- Luico (8/5): Very good -
- Atif (9/5): Everything was so nice and good. Communication was great. It’s very well equipped with all what’s needed and very well l - Pros:
1- It’s so conveniently located with 1-2 minutes walk to tube and bus.
2-It’s in the middle of market so u can do grocery, eat food like KFC, Domions, McDonald, Subway, Afghani, Pakistani, Bangladesh and all other kind of restaurants.
3- For all who care, Halal food is available at your doorsteps with only walking distance.
4-The hallmark is convenience of everything easily accessible from the standpoint of commute and food and these are the 2 things u care the most when traveling.
5- The TV has Amazon videos and Amazon fire stick with Netflix and you tube premium… all those were really nice! So thanks to owner.
6- Very quiet and comfortable otherwise Cons:
1- In nutshell, the only thing that we missed was air conditioning.. other than that all was well! Owner was so nice that he provided us with 2 fans which helped quite a bit in absence of air conditioning!
2- it’s on 3rd floor, so if u have heavy bags there is no elevator … just heads up!
- Walid (7/5): Good -
- Zientek (7/5): Superb location. A little bit dirty. - Absolutely superb location. Lot of public transport stops near by. Lot of groceries stores and fast food places just few steps from door. Nice view from windows. Equpied kithen with all needed stufs. A little bit filfy appartment. Seems like abandoned flat with old furniture, which was suddenly changed to booking appartment. But we got clean bedding and towels.
- Leighton (10/5): Well located, charming little flat. - Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from both Bethnal Green tube station (central line), bus stops and overground station.
Plenty of nearby shops and amenities such as pubs, supermarkets and restaurants. As well as green spaces such as two parks nearby and a small area by the flats around the corner.
Property itself is well stocked with bedding, appliances, kitchen equipment, and fans or heaters depending on the weather. With plenty of lighting from large windows or lamps. Wasn't a problem for me, but there are a few flights of stairs up to the flat. Worth noting in case anyone has mobility troubles!
- Martin (9/5): Superb - The location is just perfect. Right next to the underground/metro/tube station as well as national express coach stop to Standsted airport. The appartment is nice a equipped with everything you need.
