• Seline (8/5): - Lage super, sehr ruhig und ein rustikales Hotel was gut zum Schwarzwald passt. Das Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend, Eierspeisen wurden jeweils frisch zubereitet. Personal war sehr freundlich, auch die Besitzer waren aufgestellt und familiär. Leider war es am ersten Tag sehr kalt im Zimmer, die Heizung hatte gut einen Tag bis sie warm wurde. Zudem ist am ersten Tag das Abendmenü in der Halbpension ausgegangen. Als Ersatz zum Hauptgang hatten wir dann Hühnchen mit Pommes Frites und Ketchup, was sehr schade war.

• Philipp (8/5): Tolle Lage direkt neben "Tatzmania" welches zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten erreichbar ist. - Tolles Frühstück, vor allem das Rührei mit Speck war sehr fein. Beim Service hat das Personal leider ewig gebraucht. Dies wurde bei Verena "deponiert" und es ist Ihr bewusst, dass es dort Handlungsbedarf gibt. Mit dem richtigen Personal wäre es top gewesen.

• Paulo (7/5): - Das nach unserem Nachfragen wir gleich ein anderes Zimmer zugesprochen bekommen haben, da das Apartment sehr dunkel war. Das Hotel hatte noch nicht offiziell geöffnet, dadurch kein Frühstück, kein Restaurant und auch heißes Wasser war nicht vorhanden auf unserem Zimmer. Nachdem wir das geäußert haben, kam nur hier unten hätte es heißes Wasser...... Fernseher hatte auch keine Sender einprogrammiert Der Preis blieb beim gebuchten 😮‍💨
• Gianni (8/5): Wir haben es genossen und können Verena's Parkhotel guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen - Sehr schöne Lage in der Natur, mit rustikalem Flair. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Verena und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, bedacht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Trotz allem, fand ich den Preis ein wenig zu hoch für ein kleines Dreierzimmer mit nur 3 TV Sendern

• Daniela (3/5): - Gute Lage. Betten komfortabel Aufgrund Personalmangel war die Geschäftsinhaberin am Abreisetag gestresst. Bezahlung nur bar möglich- wo gibt es sowas?? Mülleimer im Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht geleert.

• Delphine (10/5): Séjour d’une nuit dépaysant et reposant. - Notre séjour d’une nuit s’est très bien déroulé. L’accueil est chaleureux. Les chambres sont confortables. Les hôtes sont attentionnés. Nous avons passé une belle soirée.

• Milena (3/5): We were very disappointed and we think that the hotel is overpriced. - Unfortunately there is nothing we liked about the property. The bar area is very nice but it was closed during our stay which was not communicated to us beforehand. We didn't like the apartment as it was not the apartment we booked and there were baby accessories all over which we did not appreciate. There was a cot and a high chair in the kitchen and lots of baby things in the bathroom. The water in the shower was changing temperature and we got burned by the hot water. The massage in the bath didn't work. The TV didn't work. The kitchen is not equipped at all and not very clean (we had a used sponge next to the sink). The 'spa' area is only open until 8pm and there was never anyone at the reception or the bar area to assist. The spa facilities were off during our stay.
• Gordana (9/5): A family hotel that can be recommended to anyone who respects relaxation and coziness - We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We felt very comfortable and relaxed. The whole atmosphere is very familiar and very ,very clean. There is nothing we missed during our stay. I am sure that everyone's wishes will be fulfilled. The cook is also to be praised for fulfilling the wishes of our children. We would like to thank you once again for a pleasant stay and for a pleasant farewell. We will definitely come again.

• Abraham (10/5): The stay was excellent, quiet and peaceful location and staff was very welcoming - The room was excellent and had a beautiful view There was no wifi connectivity in the rooms, but better connectivity only in the reception area
• Mendy (10/5): Best family trip!! - Incredible property and location. The weekend we arrived it ended up raining but that didn’t stop us. Family friendly, cozy rooms, spacious. Kids loved the pool and bunnies. Staff was exceptional, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. loved everything
