• Miro (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in Top-Lage, direkt am Vatikan und umgeben von vielen Restaurants und Cafés – perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das italienische Frühstück besteht aus Croissant und Kaffee – lecker, aber wer ein größeres Frühstück gewohnt ist, könnte hier etwas vermissen. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Rom – ideal für alle, die Wert auf Lage und Atmosphäre legen! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: In der Küche stehen stark duftende Raumspender, auf die ich persönlich lieber verzichten würde. Insgesamt aber eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit hervorragender Lage und herzlichem Gastgeber!
• Charlotte (9/5): Modern place at the doorstep of the Vatican - Our host was very welcoming and didn't leave any questions unanswered, and the room itself and the location nearby the Vatican were great! We would have liked two more towels and a shower carpet, but to be fair, we also didn't ask for it.
• Adrián (5/5): - Estaba bien ubicado, cerca de estación de metro y del vaticano Había un olor extraño durante toda la estancia. Nos faltó papel de baño que tuvimos que comprar nosotros. No había alfombra para salir de la ducha con lo que tuvimos que usar una de las toallas. Y encontramos restos de los anteriores inquilinos
• Martin (10/5): Perfect place to hit the city - Loved our stay at Vatican street art ! Alessandro was the perfect host and very helpful. The location of the flat is very good aswell with nice cafes just around the corner. What we would have liked is some little shower gel or shampoo as we traveled very light but we know that’s completely optional :)
• Giuseppe (3/5): C’è qualcosa da migliorare! - Abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani buttati all’interno del comodino in una busta di plastica già aperta. Nel comodino erano presenti delle cuffiette di chissà quale altra persona. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, il doccino per il bidet era inutilizzabile in quanto appena si apriva l’acqua schizzava da tutte le parti, per non parlare della doccia, tutta l’acqua di fuori è ogni volta il bagno si allagava. Non sono riuscito a fare la foto, ma c’era un insetto in bagno che camminava sulle tovaglie! Per quanto riguarda la colazione, siamo stati indirizzati ad un bar con un ticket di 1,50 € che per la spesa che vai ad affrontare per il B&B non è adeguato. Mi aspettavo molto di più!

La relación calidad-precio estaba acorde, teniendo en cuenta el buen diseño y la buena ubicación. El sonido del timbre era alto y a veces sonada tarde en la noche.

Comfortable and stylish room, the apartment is walking distance from the Vatican, the metro station and great restaurants in the area. Would absolutely come back again!

Perfect location, for us at least :) - right next to the walls of Vatican City, in front of the spectacular Roman market hall and with a metro station nearby. Constructive contact with a very nice and honest owner (thank you Alessandro for such nice welcome meeting!). Included Italian breakfasts in well cooperating cosy restaurant, with great service by uniquely amiable manager and his personnel. Highly recommended!

• Dario (9/5): Great stay. We'd certainly come again. - Location is tops, of course; more so if you are particularly interested in visiting the Vatican (we weren't). Around a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro & also plenty of bus stops nearby. Room attractive & comfortable. Facilities nice. Good security. The shower needs a bit of unplugging (we have short hair or none: nothing to do with us); not enough of an issue to complain about it. Kettle was temperamental. Nothing really bothersome, though.

• Samira (10/5): Great location, well connected, and has everything you might need during your stay - The place is really cute and matches the pictures provided. Alessandro was very kind in his communication and provided us with all the details to make our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent - very close to the metro station, close to Vatican museums & surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Supermarket is also within 4 minutes on foot. But above all, Rome is magical and this place is situated in an area that is quite enough but also close enough to everything you want to see and explore.
• Tim (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place, nice host, Quiet location but still very central. If you come, you have to visite the market hall across the street. In the afternoon you will have one of the most authentic Italian food at box 125. Nicest people you can imagine!
• Selim (3/5): Dont stay there ! Full stop. - Location only Well a lot to say, for a start we didn’t have any clean towels for 3 days in a row despite asking the host for them… showering was a challenge ! Then Alessandro didn’t leave enough « breakfast vouchers » we had to remind him every day (skipped one day…). The heater in the room didn’t work properly. Reported but not fixed. The worst is the building outdoor ring was « constantly » ringing in the apartment as people use it to enter the building (automatic opening the building out door). So you get bell/ring anytime even very late at night or even at 2 am ! Reported that to the host that this was impossible and asked him to disable the apartment bell (as it has absolutely no function)… nothing was done. Alessandro asked for city taxes to be paid cash… ok we did but never received a confirmation that he picked up the money left in a draw as agreed… hum. Not a big deal until we found out that the « booking was cancelled »!the day of our check out !!! After one week of stay… a move by the host to avoid issuing an invoice (containing city taxes paid, as asked) and maybe a bad review about our stay… well called Booking.com CS to complain and suddenly our booking is available for review… I will never return not even for free. And the price was quiet expensive 10% less than a 3-4 stars hotel… never again. Next time we will stay at a hotel. Beside this bad experience, Roma and its people are wonderful.
• Priscilla (10/5): Overall, a great stay! - We had a wonderful time at this accommodation. Everything was in perfect working order and we appreciated the host's responsiveness to our questions. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to add a shelf in the shower for toiletries. Other than that, we highly recommend this place!
