• Teresa (1/5): - L’ appartamento è bellino , ottima posizione , l unica pecca o sono io fissata per la pulizia ma l appartamento troppo , ma troppo sporco … sporchissimo … polvere dappertutto , lenzuola , piumone , cuscini sporchi e quella doccia , nerissima … mi sono dovuta comprare uno spray per poterla pulire … per non parlare del letto con quei cuscini dello schienale pieni di polvere la lana sotto il letto … avrei cambiato il letto … se entra qualcuno allergico povero lui … gli asciugamani macchiati di trucco o non so cosa…. Avrebbe bisogno di una pulizia profonda almeno una volta al mese … Lei gentilissima ma il personale che lavora per lei è un tantino zozzona … lavano tutto assieme … mi dispiace troppo dare questa recensione ma questo è …

• Christine (10/5): Perfect place to stay to immerse yourself in the Roman experience.experience. - This is the second time we have stayed in this glorious apartment. The rooms are spacious and high ceilinged and we love the nod to classical Rome in the painted living room ceiling. Location is perfect, nestled in among great restaurants and bars and adjacent to the Spanish Steps. All of Rome is accessible in a short stroll. Nothing.
• GÜRKAN (5/5): It should be better according to price of the house - Location and design of house. Cleaning is too lower than expecting. Cost of the house should provide more cleaning, specially for bathrooms. Filter of climates should clean too.

• Anderson R. (10/5): - Localização excelente em Roma. A anfitria disponibilizou um transfer ( mediante pagamento a parte ) que facilitou a chegada . Tudo muito moderno e funcional no apto. Confortavel e espaçoso. Tambem muito seguro. Tem elevador . Proximo a um supermercado ( na esquina ) . Fizemos todos os passeios a pe , o apto fica proximo da Fontana de Trevi e escadaria espanhola. A cozinha tem todos os utensilios necessarios. Reservamos de ultima hora e foi uma agradavel surpresa . Apesar de ser tendencia , a falta de chaves na porta do banheiro incomoda bastante .

• Wai Chi (8/5): - Great location spacious apartment quiet two bathrooms A bathroom in the master bedroom - could not close the shower door well and so water flooded easily when bathing City tax - which should be paid on the last day of stay (did it in other places in Italy before we went to the last stop, Rome) but needed to pay before staying there in order to get the access to the key. Not an issue if you don't mind.

• Romit (4/5): While the location is wonderful, the apartment does not feel luxurious and the property manager did not help us feel wel - The location was wonderful. Minutes from Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. It was outdated and the host was very unprofessional. She knew when we would be in and chose not to stay to greet us but rather left our keys at a cafe nearby. She messaged us nonstop during the stay wanting to come in and have work done during our stay. She also tried charging us extra for a cleaning fee which was already included in our booking.

• Sulagna (10/5): Exceptional - It felt like home away from home. It has 2 bedrooms, one of them with attached bath. Our host was excellent - we found all that we needed. We even cooked meals and had good family time. All the attractions are nearby ( Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish steps..). The apartment comes with a lift :) We could roam outside till 2AM in the night as it is very safe. It was clean, and it had washing, ironing facilities. We had a great time in the apartment.

Although the foro and coliseum were not as close as the trevi fountain and Spanish steps, they were a 20 minute walk, of which I recommend doing to see all of rome. The host was very attentive and was only a call/text away.

• Cheryl (10/5): A wonderful stay! - The location was perfect! The apartment was very quiet, easy entrance, very safe,convenient to shops, restaurants, Spanish Steps and Trivi Fountain. The shower door should not be totally closed but just touching inside so it will drain inside. Otherwise, it will flood everything! Once you do this, all is good. It’s quite a huge apartment for 2. I will highly recommend. A trash can is needed, instructions for the washer/dryer. The dryer is a steam dryer and does not work well. We used the heated towel bars to dry and they were good. Suggestions posted in the bathroom to prevent the bathroom from flooding with water may be considered by the host.

We needed to contact the host and keep on messaging her to solve the problem. Secondly, after one person had taken a shower, there was not hot water anymore. We tried to message the host but the host replied us the following day. The host told us that the energy company would come to fix it. Actually I don’t know if the energy company really came or not, the host requested us two days later to try to use the hot water in moderate quantities. It is really the first time as a hotel/apartment guest, I felt I was not respected. It is really an unpleasant experience in Rome. Moreover, the bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. The refrigerator was smelly. The water tap in one of the bathrooms is designed badly that you will be made wet easily when you switch on the water tap.

• Robert (8/5): The price that you are charged is very fair for its location. - The property had a GREAT location. It was easy to get to most major sites just by walking. Our stay at Spanish Art Apartments included visits to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the via del corso, all accessed within 15 minutes. We never had to rely on the metro system or taxis. The apartment was clean but had a dingy look to it. The bed linens looked old, almost any dish we used in the kitchen was chipped or cracked, and there was water damage around one of the bathroom doors that needed to be addressed. Maybe I am more traditional than other travelers, but I still appreciate meeting the property owner face-to-face upon arrival. I never met anyone during my stay and my only communication with the property owner was through booking.com.

I loved being able to use my phone to open the building door and the apartment door. Great communication from the property manager! Extra linens helpful. Cleaning supplies and toiletries properly included.

• Anonymous (10/5): Fabulous stay in centre of Rome - The apartment large, clean and spacious. Good air conditioning and a perfect location for exploring Rome. Having a double bathroom was great for a family of four.

• Klara (4/5): Roman vacation with nightmare - Great location, cleanliness. Blind windows without a view. Unfair approach of the owner.Last night the lock broke and we got stuck out in the rain. With dead phone, without belongings, The policeman called Paula, who was not helpful at all. We tried to find a hotelroom to stay in overnight, it was really challenging. Finally the locksmith came next morning approx 10 am. We have missed the flight and lots of other tasks. Unexpected things can happen, but more empathy and emergency service would have helped..
• Brett (9/5): Superb - Ideally situated in the heart of Rome. Spanish steps are only a 2 minutes walk. Very clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The only drawback is very little natural light gets through to the second floor.
• Emre (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome for those looking for central location, wide and comfortable accomodation. - Location was perfect, a few steps to Piazza Spagna and 10 to 20 minutes to any historical or touristic point. Very nice building with cosy entrance. Old style and very good condition lift. Good modern decorated apartment with huge spaces at kitchen and livingroom. Two large bedrooms with king size double beds. Master bedroom with own bathroom and a common bathroom as well. Clean and comfortable beds and linen. The host was excellent with close support via watsapp. Absolutely nothing negative
• Jorge (9/5): Nice appartment just in the center of everything - Better location impossible. Big appartments with 2 queen-size beds The key system to open the appartment it's not the better. You can reach it only if you pay in advanced a tax per night. It was the first hotel in Italy. Paola, the host, was able to help me with it anyway. I did know that for the hotels to come in Italy so I have no problems with them.

• Irena (7/5): Good - The location is perfect, it's so central and there are convenience stores, ATMs and a load of decent restaurants nearby. One bonus is there is a Taxi rank less than 50 metres away! Very helpful. The keyless entry was actually really pleasant for me, not having to worry about heavy keys in my handbag or losing them. It is a high end apartment and area. There is not a lot of natural light inside and one of the beds with the private bathroom has a very hard uncomfortable mattress, the other one was fine though. If you are a very large person, you have an issue with the smaller bathroom. There was construction nearby but that may be common in Rome

There were some great facilities with a washing machine, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. There was help to hand when we needed and able to check in slightly early too. I’d recommend this place. I’d prefer thicker curtains to make the rooms a bit darker.
