• Andrew (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. - Proximity to all the attractions for a first time tourist to London was key to this choice in location, despite the older, run down feel to the neighbourhood. Not really a dislike, more advanced notice to others, the apartment is up 3 flights of stairs so be prepared to lug your suitcase up. That said, once you step through the front door, that’s soon forgotten.
• Julie (1/5): Don't stay there Terrible - Nothing It was a very unsafe area. It looked like a social housing complex. Very unsavouring people were around the door and carpark. Litter was everywhere and gardens were unkempt. Spoke to a local business owner who told us not to stay there. Owners instructions were to lock yourself inside when there. That didn't sound safe so we went to another accommodation.
• Shehan (8/5): Central location, spacious flat - We liked the apartment, it was spacious and it had all the amenities like dishwasher, washing machine with dryer etc. The location was also pretty central, walking distance from train stations. We weren't aware that this property was in a former public housing building complex. When we got to the location of the property initially, we were a bit surprised, but the interiors of the flat really won us over.

• Mónica (10/5): Estancia maravillosa. Recomendado 100%!! - Nos gustó todo. La ubicación para nosotros, excelente… bien comunicado con Borought y London Bridge. Supermercados y bares alrededor. El alojamiento muy acogedor y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Había hasta paraguas 😊. Lo recomendamos 100% para visitar Londres en relación calidad precio y hospedaje. No podría decir nada.
• EVANGELIA (10/5): I would happily stay there again and would recommend it to friends - The rooms are spacious, functional, with modern furniture that gives you a sense of simple luxury. The big living room is the perfect place to relax and drink your coffee after walking round the city. The house also has excellent heating. Nick, the manager, is very helpful! There was no trash can in the bathroom (where the sink and bathtub were). There was no sink in the restroom to wash your hands after using the toilet.

Localização próxima à principais estações de metrô, muitos pontos turísticos ao redor, tudo isso organizado por um proprietário super disponível e organizado. Em algum retorno a Londres, esse será meu destino! Apesar das instalações do prédio serem um pouco antigas, o apartamento não deixa a desejar em nenhum quesito.
• Odalys (10/5): - The flat was very spacious. The Kitchen seemed to be well equipped even though we did not use it. The rooms were large for European standard. It was a little noisy since it's next to the street, but nothing unbearable. It was in a safe area and not to far from Borough Market and about a 6 minute walk to the tube. There were a few places to have breakfast and even spotted a small grocery store. Has a few USB ports to charge my phone as I forgotten bring one for England. I tried messaging the owner, and I never got a response until the last night.

• Marek (9/5): - Apartament zgody z opisem, bardzo przestronny, w doskonałej lokalizacji, w pełni wyposażony, po prostu fajny. Wiele osób pisało, że jest głośno, ale to typpwe dla mieszkań w centrach miast 😁 To probkem wielu brytyjskich domów, w zimie słaba wentylacja i w związku z tym dużo wilgoci.
• Chris (9/5): Great flat, great location, great stay. - Really nice clean flat, with a well equiped kitchen which was great for self catering for a family. The location was great, close to Borough Station and to London Bridge station, so easy to get around London. Located on a nice street with options for food and groceries within walking distance. Borough Markets are close by and fantastic. The Pork and Cider sausages from the Ginger Pig butcher are unbelievable.

The host was very friendly and helpful, provided good recommendations. There is quite a bit of street/building noise but the host provided earplugs and air purifiers/white noise machines to help.

• Carmel (8/5): A lovely apartment, well located wand very well equipped. - It was very clean, good wifi, spacious and well equipped. It is on a busy road so a bit noisy but they do have a supply of ear plugs if needed. The entrance appearance does not reflect the quality of the interior.
• Muatsche (7/5): - Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es war einfach fürchterlich laut - ohne Ohrbags hätte ich kein Auge zugemacht!!! Kaum Wasser vom Duschknopf rausgekommen. Die Wohnung ist zwar schön renoviert aber irgendwie fehlt der Charme, ich finde Wohnung etwas zu teuer für die Ausstattung....

Lots of cute pubs within walking distance also. Good place to stay if you have 2 couples or a family. Washing machine has a built in dryer so that was helpful to clean clothes quickly for re-wearing.

Within walking distance to Borough market. A little noisy, however, ear plugs were provided. No washing machine pods supplied.

The place itself was spotless, clearly well-maintained with a high standard of cleanliness that made it feel very welcoming and comfortable. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, if not better! It’s also extremely well-equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything was available and in great condition. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back again! It is a big noisy but it is normal in the central London.
• Sander (9/5): - Really comfortable flat, nice location near underground, shops and Borough Market If you are not used to city noise, use the earplugs that are provided. No problem for us but good to be aware of if you are sensitive to sound.

• 柏睿 (10/5): Very spacious and clean, we’ll definitely book this property again if we visit London someday in the future! - Very close to the Borough station, and the property is indeed very spacious for a four-man family like us. The property owner is very kind, and gave us very clear guidance on how to check in, we checked in very smoothly. The property is right next to the road, so it might be a little bit noisy for those who’s sensitive to noise. The property owner does provide some earplugs.

• Marianne (9/5): Super spot for Borough Market - Great location situated very close to the wonderful Borough Market. Easy access to the tube. The flat itself is smart, clean and tidy so don't be put off by the block, which is rather scruffy (and obviously out of the owner's control). Excellent communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend. The communal areas in the block of flats are scruffy.
• Sheilena (8/5): Convenient but creepy - That it was convenient to the underground station. The window in our room was broken so outside noise was load. Also the stairs are not clean and a bit creepy. Would not recommend for single women traveling alone.
• Jaka (10/5): A very spacious apartment indeed. - Very nicely equipped and very warm inside (which we are not used to in London). The location is near the tube and ever closer to the local Sainsbiry's, which makes it very convenient. The flat is nice and calm to and it doesn't look dodgy at all (we saw some comment claiming it is). Overall very nice apartment and would definitely book again if coming to London. The bathroom was maybe a bit tight, but it still works. The street noise can be a problem for those with a lighter sleep, but you have earplugs available on the apartment.

• Chris (7/5): Excellent flat, but if you’re not used to noise at night it may not be right for you - The flat was great. Really well finished to a high quality and very comfortable and scrupulously clean. Getting there and getting in was super simple and easy. The flat itself was excellent. Unfortunately the main issue for us was the road noise. We had a terrible nights sleep as it was so bad. I know this has been mentioned before in previous reviews but we did suffer because of it. Admittedly it didn’t help when a gang of lads were noisily waiting for a night bus right outside our window at 2.30am!

• Alexandre (7/5): A comfortable, well-located apartment - The apartment is modest, but it's comfortable and has everything you need. It's not luxurious, but the location is great—perfect for someone wanting to stay close (30 minutes) to London's main landmarks. Easy access to public transport make it a solid choice. The street the bedrooms face is somewhat noisy, even at night. Additionally, there's an unusual layout (likely due to the building's structure) with the WC split between two rooms—one for the toilet and another for the sink and bathtub.
