• Emma (7/5): Établissement qui n’a que les chambres et la vue. Pas de service associé - La vue est incroyable. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Le parking est en bord de route, le devant des voitures dépassent sur la route. L’établissement est en travaux, l’étage où se situe les chambres est très bien mais il ne faut pas regarder en dessous ou tout est en travaux. Il y aura sûrement à l’avenir de nouvelles chambres. Au niveau du petit déjeuné c’est très simple. Rien aux alentours de l’établissement.

• Nicole (10/5): Traumhafter Zwischenstopp - Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Tirana nach Saranda und haben in der Vila Bana eine Nacht verbracht. Die Vila liegt direkt an der SH8, perfekt also für einen Zwischenstopp. Die obere Etage ist komplett renoviert und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Die unteren zwei Etagen befinden sich noch in der Fertigstellung, hat unseren Aufenthalt aber überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt. Es gibt ein kleines Frühstücksbuffet, klein aber völlig ausreichend für uns, es gibt frische Petulla mit leckerem Honig und guten Kaffee!!! Die Besitzer waren wahnsinnig freundlich und sehr bemüht. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Albanien reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, auch um zu sehen wie es dann dort aussieht wenn es fertig renoviert ist.

• Christian (9/5): Traumhafter Ausblick, tolles Frühstück. Klare Empfehlung - Der schönste Weitblick aufs Meer, den man sich wünschen kann. Sehr nette Gastgeber, ruhige Lage (von der Straße hört man, besonders nachts, so gut wie nichts). Tolles Frühstück inklusive. Minimale Abstriche beim Bad. Duschwand geht nicht bis auf den Boden, wodurch der Boden teilweise geflutet wurde.
• Ron (10/5): Super toller Ausblick. Klare Empfehlung - Am Ende unserer 10 tägigen Albanienreise hatten wir leider für nur 2 Nächte diese fantastische Unterkunft. Der Ausblick war 10 von 10. Morgens oder Abends aufs Meer blicken war traumhaft. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte sehr gut, die Dusche hatte einen guten Wasserdruck und das Bett war bequem. Parkplätze gab es vorne auch. Zum Bora Beach fuhr man 10min runter und konnte die Unterkunft von unten sehen. Hier werde ich auf jeden Fall zurückkommen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Die Dusche war stoßartig sehr heiß und etwas schwierig in der Temperatureinstellung. Sonst war alles super.

Gdy inni turyści zatrzymywali się samochodami na parkingu obok żeby zrobić temu widokowi zdjęcie Ty masz go cały czas i patrzysz i podziwiasz i nie możesz przestać. Dodatkowo każdego poranka jesz przepyszne śniadanie przygotowane przez właścicieli z takim pięknym widokiem. Polecam.

• Damaris (8/5): Charmante, familiengeführte Unterkunft mit Meerblick und leckerem Frühstück – ruhig gelegen, aber mit kleinen Verbesseru - Eine familiengeführte Unterkunft, die gerade noch im Umbau ist. Wir durften netterweise schon früher einchecken. Vom Umbau merkt man wenig, das erste Stockwerk ist vollständig ausgebaut, der Rest befindet sich im Rohbau. Es fehlt hier und da noch an Kleinigkeiten wie zum Beispiel einem Schild, um die Unterkunft zu erkennen. Besonders schön ist der Blick vom Balkon auf den Strand von Borsh, der in etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man das Rauschen des Meeres :) Das Frühstück ist jeden Tag etwas anders und lecker, mit einer Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, frischem Obst und Gemüse sowie Pancakes. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett war gemütlich. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Die Familie ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es bei der Dusche, deren Glaswand leider nicht bis zum Boden reicht. Dadurch steht nach dem Duschen ein Teil des Badezimmerbodens unter Wasser. Außerdem kann es beim Frühstück sehr sonnig werden, weshalb ein paar Sonnenschirme oder eine kleine Überdachung gut wären. Wir empfanden unseren Preis aufgrund des Umbaus etwas hoch, bei Fertigstellung ist er sicher angemessen.

The place is still in construction but the apartments are on the top floor and so you will not see it and there were no works going on to disturb you. The breakfast was every day a little bit different and so you can taste local food. We really liked the stay there … Carpe Diem beach nearby was great place to relax and swim.

Only the top floor is finished and then not to western standards. I wouldn’t want to take young children here. The beds in the lounge are only suitable for small children not teenagers. • Patricia (8/5): Wonderful stay and incredible views - The view is breathtaking! And the family hosting is so warm and welcoming. Be aware that it’s right at the main road along the coast. Walking is possible but quite dangerous and no pleasure so you’ll have to take the car for everything.

Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. leider ist das Haus direkt am Hang, dadurch ist die Aussicht fantastisch jedoch gibt es keinen Zugang zum Strand und man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Die Unterkunft sollte besser erkennbar, z.B. durch ein Schild , sein.

• Praveen Kumar (8/5): - The host was very friendly and welcoming. Everything was perfect except for one.. The AC didn't work or rather not cold enough. The same problem was faced by everyone in the building. I raised a complaint and was told it will get fixed the next day but unfortunately it was problematic on the next day as well. They gave us a fan though. But I think they'll soon fix it. Otherwise the apartment exceeded our expectations.

Apartment has a beautiful-breathtaking sea view and it's big enough for a family of four but I would recommend it more to the couples because of the location. Breakfast is fresh and tasty and overall experience was really pleasant. The house is located near the busy road and built up to the hill and there's almost no space for playing outside or do any other activities near the house although daring our stay they were working on some terrace so I'm assuming they will provide some extra outside space in the future.

Un petit déjeuner copieux sous forme de buffet. Communication minimaliste avec notre hôte vu uniquement le matin au moment du check out pour le règlement et aucune information à notre arrivée que j'ai dû glaner par messagerie Booking, c'est dommage. La vila Bana se trouve en bord de route avec pas grand chose autour, il y a un parking et heureusement mais je ne suis pas certaine qu'il y ait assez d'emplacements lorsque c'est complet.
