- Julien (9/5): Bel hôtel, personnel au top ! - Très bel établissement. Chambre très confortable. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. La dame qui s’est occupé de nous pour les très bons petits déjeuner est très gentille et aux petits soins. L’ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas est quand même contraignant. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir payer en carte bancaire devrait être signalé à l’avance afin de pouvoir anticiper.

Everything was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location is not as bad as it may seem, and you can walk around and enjoy the amazing views. The owner also kindly helped us with directions and getting there. We would definitely love to come back!

- CESAR (9/5): Fantastic Summer Holidays - We stayed at this hotel in Saranda and had a wonderful experience. It’s located up on a hill, which means you need to walk a bit to get there (around 15–20 minutes if you walk slowly), but it's absolutely worth it. The view from the balcony is stunning – you can see all of Saranda and even Corfu in the distance. The area is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is new, everything is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The staff and the owner were very nice and attentive. Breakfast is the same every day, so if you’re staying for 5–6 nights, it can get a little repetitive. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

- Rita (7/5): - Kilátás. Finom reggeli. Kényelmes ágy, szép szoba. A szobában nem volt nagy tisztaság. Nem volt felporszívózva. Nem cseréltek ki minden törölközőt, illetve kidobták a még csak félig használt tusfürdőt. Nagyon magasan van a hotel. Gyerekkel nem ajánlom.

- caterina (10/5): SICURAMENTE LA CONSIGLIO - Struttura nuova,inaugurata 2 mesi fa.. pulita accogliente..personale competente,gentile e disponibile...parlano e comprendono l'italiano...lorenz,il titolare, persona gentilissima, pronto a consigliare tutto il meglio per il tuo soggiorno...ristoranti,lidi,luoghi da visitare La struttura è raggiungibile principalmente in macchina o moto...a piedi è un po difficoltoso raggiungerla
- Léony (5/5): Vraiment pas ouf - Literie confortable, personnels très gentil et souriant. Un « parking » disponible à côté de l’hôtel. Jolie vue sur les hauteurs de Saranda Emplacement beaucoup trop lointain, isolation inexistante (on entend les bruits dans l’hôtel et dans les extérieurs), chambre assez petite. L’hôtel étant sur les hauteurs, préparez-vous à une rude montée/pente. Le pire : aucune opacité (pas de volets + des rideaux non occultant) + issue de secours dans la chambre, lumineuse, impossible à éteindre. Dès le lever du soleil la chambre est extrêmement éclairée. Nous sommes restés une semaine, un rangement de la chambre a été fait, mais pas de nettoyage du sol.

Da sistemare: il parcheggio è molto piccolo si è no ci entrano 2 macchine e quindi sei costretto a metterla fuori, la colazione era molto striminzita non c’era molta scelta e i cornetti non erano granché, il posto in cui si trova l’hotel è scomodo!
- David (7/5): Buen Hotel pero lejos de la playa y la zona comercial - Me gustaron las vistas de la ciudad. La habitación con balcón era muy bonita i limpia. No me gusto que a partir de las 23:00h ya no había nadie en recepción, por lo que hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de hacer el check-in. También que las habitaciones están muy pegadas y se escucha la gente de las otras habitaciones. Estuvimos una noche sin luz... y la gente por la noche hacia demasiado ruido.
- Anton (4/5): Dålig, vi bokade ett hotell som vi inte ens fick bo på. - Bodde inte där Att de hade dubbelbokat så vi blev skickade till en annan lägenhet i stan. De hade försökt kontakta oss samma dag som vi kom om att de hade gjort fel i bokningen, vilket vi tycker var riktigt dåligt då vi bokade flera månader innan. I alla fall, väl vi åkte till den andra lägenheten ringde vi numret som hotel LBC gav oss men ingen svarade. Dessutom stämde inte adressen riktigt så vi stod där på gatan och visste inte vad vi skulle göra. Ringde tillbaka till hotellet och de lyckades lösa det tillslut. Men vi är mycket besvikna på hotel LBC…

- Marine (9/5): - Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, très copieux et très complet ! Les équipements proposés étaient récents et modernes. Rideaux très obturants, ne laissent pas passer le jour. La fenêtre de la salle de bain était cassé, lumière de la chambre en panne. La douche fuit car pas de joint et donc inonde la salle de bain. L’isolation de la chambre n’était pas bonne ce qui nous a valu d’entendre toutes les personnes qui faisaient la fête rentrer. De plus la lumière de sortie de secours éclaire trop la chambre ce qui rend difficile le sommeil.
- Andrea (10/5): Repetiría seguro - Es un hotel nuevo al que le están poniendo mucho empeño para que todo salga bien. Se nota que están empezando, pero se esfuerzan mucho para que sea tu estancia de 10. Cuando llegamos, no teníamos leks y el dueño se ofreció a llamar al restaurante y pagar él la comida. El hotel está muy limpio y el personal es muy majo. La ubicación no está mal, pero tienes que tener en cuenta que está “un poco” alejado de lo que es el centro, por lo que por la noche es recomendable coger un taxi (ofrecen servicio de taxi por 15 euros). Lo bueno de no estar en pleno centro es que no te molesta el ruido No es que no me gustase, solo que creo que el desayuno debería ser más variado e ir cambiando. Pero estaba todo muy bueno

- Guaty 72 (5/5): Muy muy lejos - El hotel está muy nuevo., las habitaciones muy bien equipadas y las camas y las almohadas excelentes. Tiene unas vistas impresionantes, pero eso tiene su parte negativa, y el desayuno tipo buffet, sin nada reseñable pero cumple con lo normal. Mi estancia le doy un aprobado justo, por no desmerecer las instalaciones del hotel. Me he sentido un poco estafado por la ubicación del hotel y en este sentido creo que Booking debería tomar medidas.En la descripción pone a 0,7 km del centro. Pero eso será si te tiras en parapente. El hotel está en la parte más alta de Sarande y para bajar habrá unos 25 minutos andando, no te cuento nada para subir. Las cuestas para llegar al hotel, son de Primera Categoría. Y tener que coger el coche para bajar al centro de Sarande es una locura porque la ciudad es un caos circulatorio y de estacionamiento.

El destino estaba muy bien, aunque el café no era bueno, porqué tenían máquina pero no se usaba No tenía fácil acceso, las calles eran complicadas hacía falta coche para todo, el ascensor no funcionaba desde la calle y la recepción era en el -1. El parking era un descampado
- Elif Nur (7/5): Keyifli ama dik yokuşlu - Hotel yeni ve temizdi. Kahvaltı da çok çeşit yoktu. Fakat yeterliydi. Ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar İngilizce çok az biliyordu. Yine de anlaşmak zor olmadı. Konumu çok uzaktı. Haritada merkeze kısa bir konumda gözükse bile dik 3-4 yokuş sonunda ulaşıyorsunuz. Arabası gitmek aşırı zor. Bunu göze aldığınız durumda tercih edilebilir.

- Giuseppe (3/5): Lasciate ogni speranza a voi che entrate! - L’hotel si trova fuori dal caos di Saranda e questo permette di riposare tranquillamente..ma sappiate che per arrivare all’hotel dal centro vi aspettano salite belle ripide e il tratto non e’ breve. Pulizia pessima, il bagnoschiuma una volta finito era un impresa fartene dare un altro, gli asciugamani dopo giorni nonostante li avessimo ammucchiati non sono stati cambiati…quando facevi la doccia il bagno si allagava. La colazione imbarazzante, su 6 giorni solo un giorno siamo riusciti ad avere un espresso, gli altri giorni la macchina era fuori servizio. Yogurt e cornetti non erano relazionati in base agli ospiti e quindi sempre erano disponibili…Dovrei aggiungere altro ma basta questo per farvi un idea.. Peccato perché la struttura e’ nuova e anche carina ma l’esperienza avuta li e’ stata davvero terrificante. MAI PIÙ

- STAR (10/5): Великолепный отель - Новый отель, шикарный вид на море.Хозяйка интеллигентная женщина.Отель только открылся в этом году, всё новое, всё продумано, шикарные кровати постельное, вид с окна просто чудесный.Мы приехали с семьёй и муж забыл права на машину дома, мы хотели арендовать машину,но муж не стал этого делать, чтоб не нарушать правила, была возможность взять в аренду машину, просто показать фото.Я очень рекомендую этот отель и хозяйка отеля, нас напоили водичкой, мы утром покушали прекрасный завтрак, нам порекомендовали, прекрасный ресторан, а хозяин нас отвёз на своей машине.Огромная им благодарность за понимание. Отель находится очень высоко, если у вас есть машина, это не проблема, стоянка предоставляется. Но он не подходит,чтоб подниматься туда пешком, это очень тяжело.Все остальное прекрасно.
