• Filippi (10/5): Un soggiorno rilassante e super piacevole, torneremmo sicuramente questa estate! - Abbiamo soggiornato qualche giorno in una camera matrimoniale e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La posizione è perfetta: proprio davanti alla spiaggia, dove abbiamo fatto una bellissima passeggiata al tramonto, e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dai vari locali sul lungomare. La camera era molto pulita e curata, e abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la gentilezza dei proprietari che ci hanno offerto gratuitamente delle bici per raggiungere il monastero di Zvernec.

Il y a des restaurants très sympathiques à 5 minutes à pied, ainsi qu’une pharmacie et un market à 100metres. La distance relative au centre ville (35mn à pied de la côte) L’insonorisation à néant, nous avons tout entendu malheureusement. La plage face au logement n’est pas propre.

• Lucía (10/5): Una estancia cómoda y bien ubicada, ideal para disfrutar de Vlorë sin complicaciones - Nos alojamos en Villa Beni Osmenaj en pareja y fue una experiencia excelente. La ubicación fue sin duda el punto fuerte: pudimos aparcar el coche en el propio alojamiento, en un parking con videovigilancia, y movernos solo a pie para llegar al centro de Vlorë. Todo estaba cerca, incluso una discoteca llamada Saint Tropez a solo 10 minutos caminando, ¡muy fácil de alcanzar! Las habitaciones estaban limpias y bien equipadas con todo lo necesario. Si estás dispuesto a gastar un poco más, puedes optar por las habitaciones en el último piso, que tienen una terraza con una vista al mar espectacular. Además, el mar estaba literalmente a dos pasos. ¡Muy recomendable! Nada

The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the sea, close to supermarkets, shops, and the city center. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had—highly recommended for anyone visiting Vlora!
• öregutazó (10/5): - A strandtól és az üzletektől, éttermektől sétatávolságra lévő szálláshely. A szobák és az ágynemű tiszták voltak, az udvar árnyékos, tiszta és gondozott. A klímák és wifi működött. A szállásadó kedvesen fogadott és segített a parkolásban is. Ajánlható szálláshely. Az emeleti szálláshely konyhaszekrényben az elszívó helye ki volt vágva, ezen keresztül egy edény kicsúszott és megpattintotta a főzőlap szélét. 100€ -kértek a javításra. Méltánytalannak tartjuk mert ha van elszívó, vagy betesznek egy lapot a kivágott nyílásra nem tud megtörténni az eset.
• Marzena (10/5): Polecam to miejsce jako bazę wypadową. - Lokalizacja była w porządku, bardzo blisko plaży, jednak nie była to na pewno najładniejsza plaża z mieście. Wszędzie blisko. Apteka, warzywniak i market właściwie pod domem. Mieliśmy do dyspozycji całe piętro więc dla większej ilości osób komfortowo. Właściciele bardzo mili, rozmawiają po włosku, ale bez problemu można się porozumieć. W odległości krótkiego spaceru restauracje i piekarnia. Dodatkowo właściciele bardzo uczciwi! Syn zostawił u nich swój portfel. Zorientowałam się pół Albanii dalej i kilka dni później, co nie przeszkodziło w odzyskaniu pieniędzy (nie było w portfelu żadnych dokumentów, zwykły portfel dziecka). Market koło domu raczej drogi, ale podobne ceny były w tych trochę dalej. Plaża przy obiekcie taka sobie. Zdecydowanie nie polecam baru na plaży przy obiekcie.

Les volets qui ferment bien d'un côté de la chambre. Points à améliorer : La climatisation bruyante même en mode sleep. Nous avons dû l'éteindre. La lumière entrant dès 5h30 du matin par les portes vitrées dentées et le la salle de bain, ce qui gâche l'effort fait pour les volets de la fenêtre .reveil donc à 5h30 , ça pique un peu. Las fotos no reflejan demasiado bien la realidad, el Wifi muy baja conexión, ¡no me dejó pagar con Visa (en sus condiciones de pago, indica que acepta tarjetas), tuve que sacar dinero en un cajero, las comisiones de los bancos son muy elevadas!!

En general, lo mejor fue el precio y la limpieza En la habitación nos quedamos tres personas por lo que resultaba muy pequeña. Además, el baño estaba algo estropeado, era muy estrecho y no tenía plato de ducha. La nevera hacia ruido y no permitía descansar. Faltaba también una cortina que diese oscuridad a la puerta y ventana. Desde las 6:30h de la mañana ya amanecía

La stanza era grande quanto basta ed era provvista di tutto (compresi gli asciugamani e aria condizionata). Ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Era presente anche il parcheggio davanti alla casa. Abbiamo dormito molto bene. Fuori la stanza c'era la cucina in comune se si volesse cucinare qualcosa ma noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Il bagno era troppo piccolo e mancava una mensola dove appoggiare gli shampoo sulla doccia. Non c'era un box doccia quindi si allagava tutto il bagno, ma per fortuna c'era un piccolo tappetino davanti alla porta così ti asciugavi i piedi. Il lavandino era molto piccolo e si faceva fatica a lavarsi. Mancava l'asciugacapelli.

Nos quedamos 4 días y no cambiaron las toallas ni las sabanas. Ni tampoco papel de baño. El jabón de ducha estaba disuelto en agua y la habitación olía a humedad.

• Andreas (2/5): Nie wieder! - Die Lage entsprach den Angaben auf booking.com. Das Auftreten des Besitzers ist inakzeptabel, er scheint die Leute für doof zu halten. Immerhin hat mein Fernseher funktioniert, was wohl daran lag, dass er nicht direkt obendrüber sein Zimmer hatte. Das Badezimmer hatte keine abgetrennte Dusche, es steht auch bei vorsichtigem Duschen sehr schnell komplett unter Wasser. Außerdem wurde entgegen der Beschreibung auf booking.com keine Kreditkartenzahlung akzeptiert, sondern ausschließlich Bargeld. Eine Rechnung wurde auch nicht erstellt. Allerdings legt der Hausherr großen Wert darauf, dass die Zimmer pünktlich um 9h verlassen werden.

• Marc (2/5): Völlig indiskutabel! - Die Lage ist so, wie auf booking.com angegeben. Der Hausherr behandelt seine Gäste wie Idioten. Bei der Ankunft erklärte mir er gleich, dass ich ruhig sein soll, weil er im Zimmer darüber schläft. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Mir wollte er dann klar machen, dass ich zu blöd sei, den Fernseher anzuschalten. All seine "Mühen" führten zu Nichts, dem (abgeklemmten) Fernseher war kein Ton zu entlocken (sollte doch seine Nachtruhe damit sichergestellt werden). Anmerkung: In den anderen Zimmern, die nicht unter seinem Schlafzimmer waren, schien der Fernseher zu funktionieren. Das Badezimmer ist eine Katastrophe (von den nicht spritzwassergeschützten) Steckdosen mal ganz abgesehen. Kreditakarte akzeptiert er nicht und eine Rechnung gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Das Einzige was zählt ist, dass das Zimmer bis allerspätestens 9h geräumt ist!

WiFi and air conditioner worked great, the kitchen is super well equipped and there’s a rooftop with amazing views! Plus the host was super warm, made sure we had everything we needed, called us to help us find the location and helped us get a cab to get back to the bus station. Amazing overall and great quality-price! A bit far from the bus station and city center: it was great for us because we wanted a calm beach and location that wasn’t filled with people and music, the area is super safe and chill. But if you want to be close to the nightlife and most touristy places, go elsewhere!!

• Fiona (8/5): - Clean and comfortable rooms, we took 2 rooms a double and Quad as a family of 6. Host was welcoming and provided some delicious fresh figs. About 10-15 min walk to fair on front plenty restaurants, coffee shops and mini markets along way.
