• Helen (9/5): Comfortable Stay - Modern,comfortable King bed and furniture. Beautiful swimming pool area with views over the city. Monorail a few minutes walk away. Lots of street food or better restaurants close by. Having a washing machine and dryer was great . Host was extremely helpful with any thing we needed. Photos with check in instructions were a great help. We enjoyed our stay. Lifts a bit hit and miss! Some don't go to Swimming pool floor. No free to air TV .

Was hoping for a view of the Petronas Towers but wrong side of the building - clearly the photos used are not specific to the accommodation provided. Generally the apartment and the building are in need of some renovation especially the roof terrace which appeared derelict!

It was incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and fully furnished, making my short stay very enjoyable. Despite only spending a few hours there to sleep, I truly appreciated the cozy ambiance. I would definitely consider staying here again if the need arises. I'd like to commend Saiful, the person I communicated with, for his friendliness and clear, easy-to-follow instructions. His hospitality added to the overall positive experience. I mentioned these to the host already, hopefully they will be fixed for the next guest. There is no drinking water provided but there is a 24h convenience store in the building.

A bit confuse on the actual room level. The front number of the mailbox is the actual room level to choose when you take the lift. The level on the access card is actually the parking lot. Hope the host explain properly to guest about this. Otherwise you will ended up going to the parking lot. Thanks to the english guy that we bumped into inside the lift for explaining this to us

• Mawar (10/5): it's a good place to have peace of mind and to relax - I love everything about it. i have stayed in 3 different units. the facilities so convenient to me and i love the designs for all the units i have stayed. there's only one unit with the bed that has creaky sounds and not really comfy as the two other units. forgot to mention there's one time there's a cockroach between the curtains. but overall i rate this as 4/5

• Nico (10/5): Superb, luxurious apartment in the heart of KL! - Gorgeous view of the city, well-equipped, and tranquil/comfortable. Everything's finished to a high standard, and the place is huge. It has everything you need, just bring your suitcase. The building has solid amenities: gym, pool, incredible vistas from the rooftop, play areas, etc. Excellent transport links are steps away, which connect you anywhere in KL with ease. If you're sightseeing, it's near all the main attractions. Endless food options: several large markets are nearby with a huge selection of products, along with countless restaurants. Saifu is an excellent host, responds quickly to messages, and hands over the keys seamlessly. Thank you very much!

• Amos (3/5): Bad check-in process, inhospitable hosts, acceptable apartment - The apartment is nice. 1. The check-in process was dumb, annoying, and wasted my time. The address they gave me sent me to the WRONG PLACE and I had to walk 600m in blazing heat to the correct place. Then, the guy who was supposed to meet me told me to come upstairs. I got in the elevator, but it is impossible to get to the proper floor without a keycard, so I had to ride up to where the other people in the elevator were going, and then go back down to meet the guy and get the keycard. 2. This is the HOSPITALITY industry. Having signs around the apartment and receiving multiple messages about what the consequences will be for breaking or stealing their things is not hospitable. It makes it clear these are people who care only about money and nothing else. These people have a lot to learn about treating customers.

• Shannon (4/5): Disappointing end to comfortable stay - Nice apartment with a good view Not enough toilet roll provided for our stay. They do not routinely clean the room, which was fine for us but don’t expect hotel service. I left a ring of sentimental value at the property when I left, we asked the host if it’s possible for us to pay to have it sent to us. The host claimed the ring was not there. Really poor and disappointing service.
• David (1/5): Find a different place, KL has hundreds if not thousands of better places to pick from - The view from the rooftop is nice. Best to look for a different owner of Anggun apartments on booking.com though, one that actually values their property and their guests. My advice for anyone looking for a place to stay in KL, book some place else. If it looks cheap, bear in mind that you'll be charged 30% extra only at the time you book (for a 2-night stay it appeared as 60 euros, when I paid, I ended up paying a little over 90 euros instead) This property has by far the most unprofessional/incompetent owner I have ever had to deal with. The check-in process, which everywhere else is clearly laid out and explained, became a maze in which we were unsure if we just got scammed or the contact person didn't know what planet they were on. Firstly, the address listed on booking.com is wrong, it isn't on 8. Jalan Medan Tuanku, but on Utama, No. 8, Anggun Residences JSI. We tried calling the contact person to find out if we were at the right place, but they didn't pick up. We ended up going to the second property that appeared on Google maps and passed by a security check at the gate. I showed the guards my booking confirmation and my passport and said the unit number we were booked at and were able to pass, but we couldn't bring our car in without the property card. We called the contact person again and they still didn't pick up their phone. Hoping that the keys might simply be inside of a lockbox, we went to the back only the find the mailbox for the apartment we were going to stay in completely empty with the lock broken. After trying to call the contact person again off of 2 different phones, they finally picked up and told us that the keys should be inside the mailbox. When informed that the mailbox was empty, they checked again and realized that they had the keys with them and only then came down to hand them to us. I'd add more about how bad the place was, but I'd exceed the character limit, so I'll only add that the property uses the same liquid for shampoo, body wash, and dish soap.

A bit stain on the bed sheet but still okay. Nothing to dislike. Everything is fine.
