Angela (2/5): NB: bed bugs. A very disappointing and over-priced stay. Bad/off location - Unfortunately the negatives far outweighed the positives, but here were the things that were ok: - The room had space - The fan worked - There was a nice, large pool Bed bugs: woke up with 120+ bed bug bites. No reply from host when this was mentioned Everything about the apartment was cheap, definitely no luxury here as it was made out to be. All in all, over-priced and very uncomfortable.: - Can feel the spring through the bed, worst bed we have stayed in on our extended travels - Old, lumpy pillows - Old off colour linen - Aircon doesn’t work (only fan) and they have set it to switch off every 20min - Shower doesn’t stay hot - can barely use it for one shower. Definitely not enough two people. Another cost cutting exercise - Can hear noise through the ceiling from other apartments - Location is not good, this is an off area in Chow Kit - Extremely cheap interior (e.g. bent table which unsuitable for eating or working at, tiny couch with tatty cover, no bedside light, all furniture cheap and chipped) We would not recommend staying here. We found much better value, quality and customer service elsewhere in KL.

Maximilian (6/5): Not as nice as the pictures promise, lots of unpleasant details! - - Clean, comfy, medium sized room. - Pool, Gym and billards table + tabke soccer and vending machines are nice facilities aswell. - Extending stay at the morning was no problem. - Power plug adapters provided. - Filter attached to the kitchen sink to use it as drinking water. - Cost per night almost double to what was listed on Booking (123 instead of 74 MYR) due to "taxes and service fees". I'd say both, Booking.com and the host are to blame for that. It is really unpleasant to find out about it after fixing the deal. - Check-in at the front desk didn't work, I had to call the host - Laundry machine in the room didn't work, showed an error (hist sent someone to fix it right away though) - Wifi didn't work - Dispensers for soap and shampoo in the shower didn't work. - Aircon was stuck on highest fan speed and the angle of the airflow could not be changed - ceiling fan only works with a certain light switch activated - no necessaries like oil or salt in the kitchen - no power plug in the bathroom (allthough a hairdryer is provided) - All in all a budget version of the nice and facy residence places you find in KL
