Guest Reviews
- Alex (9/5): Very lovely stay. Very clean apartment and fantastic location. Will return. - The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and even though it is only one bedroom it feels very spacious. All amenities were available and working. It faces a lovely park, quiet at night for a good rest. The area is a 15 min stroll to Trastevere and 20-25 mins to the centre of Rome (a pleasant walk along the river). There are also very nice local restaurants, highly recommend to try these! Including the Testaccio market only a 5 min walk. Nothing. Maybe the shower is a tad small but it serves its purpose well.
- Guest (10/5): Excelente estadía! - El apartamiento es hermoso. Super cómodo. Mucho lugar de guardado. Muy bien ubicado. Tiene ascensor. La atención de la anfitriona fue excelente. Recomiendo %
- Ilse (10/5): - Het is een hele leuke locatie, midden in een rustige buurt, weg van de massa toeristen, maar gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer!

- Ivo (10/5): - Great location, spacious, equipped kitchen, air conditioning.
- Nalutka (9/5): Superb -
- Melissa (10/5): Great space! - Lovely space! Great water pressure, comfortable bed, stunning garden space, just wonderful The only dilemma I had was complications with the oven, but I’m sure that it was just my own issue being unfamiliar with Italian ovens.
- Thao (9/5): Cosy apartment in area with great restaurants nearby! - The apartment was lovely - very cosy, spacious and clean. The bed and sofa were comfy, hot water was great and so was the shower pressure. The area was a little further out but very well connected transport-wise with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by for dining out and groceries (local prices as well, which is a bonus!). Katarina was great, very responsive and friendly. The WiFi was down when I arrived due to provider issues in the area and Katarina came immediately after I messaged to help and troubleshoot. I would definitely stay again if ever in Rome and recommend to others. The only thing keeping me from giving this place a 10/10 was that toiletries such as conditioner, body wash and hand wash weren't provided. There was shampoo and also suncream and free perfume samples, for some reason, but I wouldn't have put suncream and perfume before things like body wash or soap. Because free toiletries were listed, I had assumed that these at least would have been provided and didn't pack accordingly. In the end, I had to purchase them myself. As someone travelling with only cabin luggage capacity, having to buy extra 100ml+ toiletries for a couple of days is not very convenient. I think having these in place for the future would really elevated the experience and apartment.
- Craig (6/5): Pleasant - Decent location and good Comms from host Very small for three people. Not easy to work out hot water. City tax in addition to quoted cost.
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, locality of the apartment is convenient, walking distance to most of the monuments and it was really quiet neighbourhood. There are many great cafes and restaurants (its best to come around 6-7pm, might be crowded after) very close by, so I would recommend eating there since its cheaper and equally good as in the centre. The aparment was really nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Katarína was also very helpful, if we needed anything. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again. The only minor inconvenience was that the fridge was freezing a bit too much, so the food we bought for breakfast froze overnight. But it did not affect our stay in any way.
- William (7/5): Good - Spacious bedroom, washing machine. Vintage building with modern updates in apartment. Very clean.
Lots of good restaurants in the area as well as a supermarket.
Keyless entry, and elevator for upper floors. Just a short flight of stairs to get to elevator. Owners, while perfectly pleasant, could pay more attention between guests and give specific instructions for the quirks.
Our electric went out because circuits were overloaded. The wife did call her husband who explained the problem, but he also did not realize the tv was set to Polish and none of us could figure out how to change the settings.
Nespresso machine did not accept nespresso pods.
A/C remotes did not work and we ended up opening the windows.
There is scaffolding for masonry work at the entrance, but that didn't bother us. Front gate does not close properly.
- Tim (10/5): Fantastic stay in a lovely sunny apartment with great access to attractions and good food! - Katarina was a very welcoming and friendly host and will meet you to show you how to access the apartment.
The apartment was well lit, very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, warm and had aircon. It's inside a lovely building with a sunny courtyard full of plants. Code access made everything very easy and meant there was no risk of losing keys or locking yourself out. The area of Testaccio is ideal, it's relatively quiet and very well connected by bus and everything is easily walkable too. Testaccio itself has it's own charm with lots of good food including a fantastic pizzeria on the corner 'Rome Pizzeria REMO' and a lively market with more amazing food. Aircon was a little unreliable, sometimes not responding to the remote at all.
The Shower caddy is a bit of a hazard which hopefully gets fixed before somebody else does what I did and knocks a big bottle of shampoo on their foot.
It wasn't clear if netflix.etc was usable and I think I accidentally used a previous guests account, oops!
There was no wine or chocolates which is mentioned on the page (but maybe that's new, I dont specifically remember seeing that)
- Loreta (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfectly situated in the historical area of Testaccio, within easy walking distance to major attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable, equipped with all necessities. The building itself has a nice courtyard and is an example of traditional housing in this area of Rome.
- Benja (10/5): Exceptional - The host came to meet us at an arranged location where they then assisted us with all our luggage, gave us a local tour of the area, recomended beautiful pizzeria Remo and nearby bakery before taking us to the property and showing everything on the premises. Property itself was a slice of heaven for me and my girlfriend as we were able to relax comfortably in the quiet and warm of their home. Great price for a such a lovely place. 25 min walk to Colosseo. Fl1 train that gets you to airport is 15min walk distance.
- Nikolay (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment with comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. The water pressure is very good too. The location is pretty nice, there are lots of good rated restaurants and pasticerias near by. Overall very nice and even luxurious stay :).
