• Marcel (8/5): Fijn verblijf - De Ligging, dicht bij het Vaticaan, Metro en winkels/restaurants. De zeer stille airco op de kamer. De communicatie met de hoost was Top! Dagelijks schoonmaak, koffie, thee, een koekje en een flesje water. Het kleine koelkastje op de kamer. Het geluid van de vele airco's op het binnenplaatsje, zodat je eigenlijk je raam niet open kon doen zonder veel lawaai te horen. De ketel in de kast sloeg regelmatig aan dit gaf veel lawaai. Verder redelijk gehorig wanneer er mensen buiten op het dakterras van een ander(nietvan Domus Avi) appartement zaten. Voor een luxe kamer verwacht je niet dat het pleisterwerk op de muur los zit en niet is hersteld.

• Christopher (9/5): - The staff was very responsive to our messages, the room was clean and in a good area. The location was equidistant from the Vatican and the Colosseum as well as very close to a metro station. An iron and ironing board would have been nice but we had brought a steamer.
• Tatsiana (9/5): Отличный отель! - Очень крутое рассположение! Метро почти у входа в отель, Ватикан в пешей доступности. Рядом крутейший рынок, мы там покупали все вкусняшка (сыры, мясо, овощи). Очень чисто, уборка просто на высоте! Кристина всегда была на связи и консультировала по любым вопросам. Рекомендую от всей души! Мы очень довольны, спасибо персоналу!!! Такого не было.
• Ludøvica (10/5): Posto meraviglioso e confortevole - Posizione meravigliosa, stanza un po’ piccola ma curata nei minimi dettagli, pulita e con ogni confort. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche bollitore e macchinetta del caffè con cialde e biscotti, per non parlare del fatto che come si esce fuori dal palazzo c’è tutto, da ristoranti a divertimento, e la metro a due passi. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Roma mi affiderò di nuovo a Domus Avi! Grazie mille

The location was great, close to the Vatican and right next to the Metro, making it super convenient to get to the center of Rome. The check-in process was quick and easy. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely choose this place again if I ever return to Rome. Highly recommended!

They provided us with free water bottles and coffee pods. We had a slight incident with the shower head which fell the moment we turned the shower on, but thankfully no one was hurt and the manager fixed it immediately after we told her.

Ubytujete sa sami bez toho aby ste sa s niekym museli stretnut komunikacia s majitelkou prebieha iba cez whatsapp kde vam pridu PODROBNE informacie ako sa ubytovať. Každý den uprataná izba a doplnená voda. Perfektna káva ktorá je na izbe už v cene. Klimatizácia. Mini chladnička na izbe. Žiaden hluk z ulice. Ak mate na niečo chuť hned vo vstupnej chodbe je automat. V mojom pripade sme sa mohli ubytovať skôr nez o 14tej. Odchod sme mali v noci cize uplne bez problemu možte odisť aj skor kedy potrebujete.(My sme odchadzali o 2:30 ráno) Bonus je ze hned pri ubytovaní máte aj metro ltoré sme my ale nevyužívali kedze vsetko bolo dostupne pešo. Vatikán cca 5 minút chôdze. McDonald hned cez ulicu 😀 Málo zásuviek (zobral som si s domu kocku takze nebol problém kedze som to očakával) Uteráky bolo cítit po octe. Zvážil by som zmenit prací prostriedok mne osobne to prijemne nebolo. Slabý tlak vody (moj osobný problém ostatným to tak neprišlo) Voda nešla horúca vždy len vlažná.

• Konstantinos (7/5): - Τρομερή τοποθεσία, ακριβώς πάνω από το την στάση του μετρό. Ευχάριστα χρώματα και διακόσμηση του δωματίου. Θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο καθαρό το δωμάτιο πχ ντουζιέρα. Αλλά και πάλι ήταν σε καλή κατάσταση. Η σχέση τιμής ποιότητας μας φάνηκε όχι και τόσο καλή.
• maria teresa (10/5): Sereno e spensierato. - Indubbiamente la cosa che più ho apprezzato è la posizione ed il fatto che sia vicinissima alla fermata metro. Questo ci ha permesso sia di muoverci a piedi sia con mezzi e poter rientrare la sera senza dover percorrere troppo strada a piedi o in zone isolate: la struttura infatti si trova in zona ben servita e piena di locali di vario genere aperti fino a tarda sera. La camera era molto pulita ed il fatto che ogni giorno è prevista la pulizia è davvero molto apprezzato. Molto apprezzati anche i servizi offerti (3 bottigliette di acqua per 2 gg su 4 e la macchinetta del caffè con cialde e biscotti a disposizione). Molto facili le istruzioni per accesso in autonomia. È stato tutto molto bello, se capiterà in futuro di tornare rifisserò molto volentieri. Unica pecca forse, la finestra sul cortile interno che non dà molta luce naturale alla camera stessa.

Codziennie odbywa się sprzątanie, więc kwestia ustalenia, czy chcemy dzisiaj cleaning, czy może jutro. Pokój w pełni wyposażony. Nie brakuje niczego. Zdecydowanie POLECAM!

Un frigorífico con botellas de agua q reponían cada día. Te limpian la habitación todos los días , personal muy amable. La persona responsable te explica todo . • Joseph (8/5): Fantastic location accomodation - Location is perfect. Close to the Vatican and next door to a metro station. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Accomodation was clean and well organised. The host was responsive and provided free bottles of water each day. The only issue with the accomodation was sound. We stayed Saturday to Wednesday. On 3 of the nights you could hear music from bars below until midnight. On 3 of the mornings we were woken up by cleaners in the hallway around 7am talking and moving around. If sound isn't a deal breaker for you.. I would 100% recommend this accomodation.

Very nice host with very good communicative skills. 💕 - - great location, near subway with lots of souvernir shops and cool places to eat - easy access to the room, self check in and check out - coffe machine in the room, both decaf and regular options for coffee. Also a mini bar with goodies like mini tarts, cookies, candies and chocolate + a variety of tea bags. All free and replaced everyday while cleaning. - AC that can be used to warm the room a little bit if you’re sensible to cold during the winter. - overall great refurbished apartment - comfortableand large bed - Cristina, the host, was so nice and welcoming. We exhanged messages since the day before our arrival and she left us very clear instructions about how to check in, along with photos on every step - si helpful and nice. She responded quickly at our messages, even early in the morning. She made our stay so nice. - there is a whole apartment with 4 rooms and the walls are thin so you will hear everyone speaking in the other rooms. Therefore there s almost no privacy because of the bad soundproofing.

• Jana (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very pleasant stay in Domus Avi! The location was perfect, just some metres from the metro station. The guest house has been recently renovated, so everything looked nice and brand new. Even though it's situated in a busy area, we didn't hear any noise and we could sleep very well. Also the communication with Cristina was perfect, she also helped us to find a good taxi company very quickly. We'll be happy to have another stay there in case of our next stay in Rome.
