• Roberta Maria (9/5): Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, l’appartamento molto carino e tenuto perfettamente. - Appartamento nuovissimo, piacevolmente arredato, piuttosto spazioso, pulito e profumato. Le uniche note meno positive sono due: 1. Per chi ha difficoltà a camminare l’accesso non è dei più immediati perché bisogna arrivare nel retro rispetto al civico indicato, passare da una stradina privata e fare alcuni gradini, anche se pochi, prima di arrivare all’ingresso. 2. L’ascensore è piccolissimo.

• Falloni (8/5): - Siamo state due notti e devo dire che la struttura è veramente pulita e nuova.. ha tutti i comfort ed è funzionante.. Alessio è stato super disponibile e cordiale.. L’unica pecca è L ascensore mooolto piccolo e il palazzo molto vecchio con nessuna visuale.. però roba di poco conto se volete stare tranquilli ☺️ lo consiglio comunque
• Hannah (9/5): - Das Apartment ist sehr modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Klimaanlagen war es immer sehr angenehm und das Check-in/out haben gut funktioniert. In der Gegend fühlt man sich sicher und man ist durch Metro und Bus gut an das Zentrum von Neapel angebunden. Das war super! In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lag teilweise etwas Müll auf der Straße, und wir haben nachts auch eine Ratte vor dem Haus gesehen. Das betrifft aber eher die Nachbarschaft und nicht die Unterkunft selbst!

• Volodymyr (10/5): Fresh apartment in quite area, closer to Spanish Quarter - I absolutely loved this apartment — everything about it felt fresh, clean, and modern. The design is stylish and the place looks and smells brand new. It felt great just being there. Andrea, the host who met us, was amazing. Super friendly and really helpful — he assisted us with almost everything we asked for. You can tell they care about making guests feel welcome. The kitchen was one of my favorite parts. It has everything you need: an oven, a fridge, a good-quality coffee machine (with coffee provided!), and even a small grill. I used the grill to toast bread for sandwiches, and it worked perfectly. Little details like that made a big difference. The bathroom was amazing, too. Everything is new and squeaky clean, amazing experience. It had bidet, too. The apartment is also very quiet, which made it easy to relax. Each room has its own air conditioner, so you can set the temperature the way you like. The rooms are absolutely huge. The balcony was another highlight — it has remote-controlled curtains that open and close at the press of a button, which felt luxurious. The building also has an elevator, which was convenient. As for the location: it's close to a bus stop, but I found the buses a bit unreliable. I preferred using the metro and trains instead — they were more consistent and faster. Still, the area was good and had everything we needed. Grocery store is under 10 min walk and a cool pizzeria (I'll not advertise, try to discover for yourself ;)) Lastly, Andrea and his brother are really cool, down-to-earth guys. They made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend staying here — I think you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! I'd say that having more adapters for the sockets would be really nice. Other than that the apartment is perfect, would definitely go back when I visit Napoli again.
• Emaneva (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in Naples - A wonderful place to stay in Naples. Super quiet, super clean, spacious - it had everything we needed. Close to bus and metro stops, and a supermarket. Andrea was very hospitable, quick to respond and provided us with useful information even before our arrival.

• Cristiano (10/5): I would definitely come back - The host is very attentive and provided a very pleasant environment with the details of the apartment, everything is brand new and very clean. The subway is not far away. The place is super quiet. The cost-benefit ratio is very favorable.
• Claudia (9/5): Superb - 20 minutes to the old city of Neapel / 20 minutes to the port / 20 minutes to beach / 5 minutes to train station / very sympathetic and helpfully landlords / very friendly neighbors / flat is very beautifully, new and quiet / Air conditioning works well / Neapel is very beautifully and we like it very much - Thank you for all - we will remember this week in Neapel in Rosas home our hole life :) Have fun - visit Neapel! All was fine
