- Ella (1/5): Not to be stayed at again. - Location was the only good thing about this place, but even then it was so hard to find due to lack of instructions. Hard to find, filthy bathroom that needs a revamp, walls don’t have any sound proofing so you can hear everything. Constant light on in the hallway but the door has glass so it shines in. Room is crazy small - I guess you get what you pay for but having a toilet brush full of faeces doesn’t need to be the case.
- James (8/5): Basic but clean and in a great location. Very good value, cheers! -
- Paige (8/5): really grate stay - loved the rooms from the start loved how we had a little balcony for the kids to watch the aeroplanes going to the airport fully recommend definitely a good stay for Ur money everything was good apart from sumone else who was staying upstairs was really disappointed as I used the washing machine to do my kids washing and then to go to put them in the dryer her clothes was in the dryer must off the time so I nicely put them to a side to put my in then to hare her shouting outside the door and then my kids clothes all over the kitchen floor but very nice stuff
- Nikita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (1/5): ABSOLUTELY NOISY 😩 - ABSOLUTELY NOISY! Unfortunately they admitted a family with kids. Since 6.00 in the morning 2 kids crying, running up and down stairs. Very disrespectful people with no respect for other people rest. Very very noisy impossible sleep.
- Sherine (10/5): I will be back - Very clean would recommend everyone It felt very homely
- Julian (7/5): Good - Good location, the kitchen had the minimum but we could handle it, the room was good The mattress loses its shape after 3 hours so you end up like in a hole, the cleanliness can improve
- Linda (1/5): Awful, I cried. Hard to find, run down cheap room, not what was advertised. - Nothing I cried when I walked in. It is a run down room and facilities in a shared flat on the second floor of a lots of flats that reminds me of the old council flats. The advert is misleading, I spent an hour trying to find the place to then be given a set of instructions and codes to enter the locked flats. The bathroom is a shower in a bath which needs repair, the toilet is next to the bedroom, to access the room you need to climb a set of steep stairs, the bedroom is a double bed with bunk on top, the TV does not work, and the location is dodgy. When seeking directions, I was advised to hold tight to my bag and phone as the local meth heads are actively targeting phones. There was no concierge or other features as advertised. It is a flat set up for four bookings with shared bathroom in bare minimum condition. It is cheap. I did not feel safe in the flat or in the area and left after two nights out of my booked 5.

- Chuka (8/5): Our host was not lazy or indifferent to our requirements. It was very late when we set off to the property, but despite - The size and space of our room was something I appreciated.
- Isabelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Moa (8/5): We are pleased that we choosed this place. If you want to save money and don’t plan so stay all day at the apartment, th - It was perfect for me and my partner. The only time we were at the room was when we went to bed. So, if you are looking for a room to rent (only to sleep and access to bathroom) this would be an option for you. The communication between the host and us were perfect. Answered fast and easy explained when we asked the staff for other things.
There was also a café right outside of the entrance door. A cup of coffee and a bakery was perfect for us! The only thing that I noticed when we arrived was that our room had some things left from earlier guests. A pair of fake eyelashes were left on the bedstand. But otherwise we have nothing to complain about.
- Seeley (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Yuneired (5/5): Passable -
- Yuchen (10/5): Very nice landlord who let me check in a hour before - Very close to King’s Cross station
- John (7/5): Nice staff comfy stay and high spec bathrooms and kitchen - Nice comfy stay will return soon Difficult to find
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mohammad (8/5): Very good - The location is great, you can reach every famous cites in London easily by bus or subway. The property is clean and the facilities were acceptable with the budget. The staffs are friendly, we have had struggles with the main door's key in first day and they fixed the issue very soon.
- Katie (1/5): Very bad venue nothing like photo do not stay here! - Nothing. The room was left for us to arrive with broken glass and dirty face masks inside. The door to balcony was broken and only had a bolt which did not feel safe for me and my child.
- Anas (1/5): Very bad location with a busy road day and night if you open the window will never sleep because of the road sounds and - Nothing Very bad location with a busy road day and night if you open the window will never sleep because of the road sounds and if you close it very hot no fan in the room. TV broken bathroom sharing with others, if you are coming as a family, is not recommended at all.
- Emily (8/5): Very good - Comfortable stay and had everything
- Ahmad (2/5): Didn't match the photos in the website -
- George (6/5): Pleasant -
- Maria (1/5): Bad - Nothing I like in that place, bathrooms were very dirty, room is hot no electric Fan in the room, no plug-in ports provided for travellers where you can plug in your phones. People were loud at night banging door when they shut it, outside as well was loud at night. We did not like the shared bathrooms and room was very small.
- Sean (5/5): Passable -
- Leonard (8/5): Very good -
- Kerris (7/5): Great for some things , shower , comfy bed etc - This property is great if you are only planning to sleep & have a shower here, if ur going to be out alot etc. This property is great value for money for the area it is in. Some of the other people staying in different rooms were quite loud at night. My mum also checked the smoke detector in our room to make sure it was working properly & there was no batteries in it.
- Jeanette (4/5): Convenient but filthy, never again - Location to the train station was good, short walk. Poor cleanliness, the bathroom was filthy, shower screen was disgusting, the floor in the bedroom was dirty and the skirting boards were thick with dust and filth.
- Ieraksti (10/5): Room - I loved landlords quick response in my issues what I couldn't understand and he was really helpful and kind. More people like him. Room was in really good shape and quality and clean and people around really helpful. THANKYOU very much 🤗
- Ana (6/5): Meh, but close to St Pancras. - The location as it was near St Pancras.
Communication with the owner(s) was great. Although I didn’t have the full address at first, I called late in the evening and they helped me straight away. It was really noisy. You could hear people chatting, laughing and noisy from the street (even with closed windows).
It was shared bathroom and the floor was wet all the time. Either people don’t really seem to know how to keep the water in or the shower has a massive leak.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Juuso (5/5): Cheap and dirty - This was the cheapest option we found in booking.com and we booked it based on the price and location. The location is good and the door is easy to find. There is no kettle in every room though it is mentioned in the description. At least there wasn´t one in our room. There is no table and chairs in dining room. The bed is not comfortable at all - we had two floors and when someone was upstairs and moved even a bit we thought the bed will fall down. Downstairs was hard with our lenght so maybe it is better for someone under 170 cm. We were both too tall to fit in. It is very dirty. The main kettle in the kitchen was in horrible shape - there was something in the bottom that was coming to my mug with water I guess it is so old that there is plastic that is not staying in the kettle no more but when you boil water the plastic is moving away and getting to your morning coffee. Could not believe it before it happened. The other toilet was not in use when we came. You have to have patience to queue for a long time since there is only one shower. It is not working at all so to get your hair washed is not an easy job. Once I managed to get water coming but other times it didn´t work out so mainly we used water from the sink to wash ourselves.
- Aive (6/5): Pleasant -
- Irina (7/5): Good - Well room was small but enough for one night location is perfect if you have early train from King's Cross 10 min walk ! A little bit more clean would be perfect !
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
- Liza (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ur (1/5): Bad -
- Danylo (7/5): Good - no breakfast or any such because you are renting a room in essentially a modified flat/house . Was quiet when I stayed, no interruption or intrusion , etc, quite clean, nice area close to Kings Cross station and other overground transport links, aswell as Angel station . To buzz in you have to call a certain flat, operated remotely , which is unusual , especially if you need to come to the room at an odd hour.
- Edward (1/5): Bad -
- Selina (5/5): My stay was not bad but they must meet the needs of people and place must bit cleaner - We were supposed to go out with public transport because they told us there was no parking in the place At least they must try to make the place to be clean they must consider people with a disability I was struggling with my son to go upstairs I did complain to booking.com somebody who was speaking to me dropped the phone on me I am not happy with his service
- Caley (1/5): Felt like I was about to get trafficked or have an accident - Can’t answer this we had to abandon this place after an hour! No one should go here it’s not worth it. Toilet was non-functioning (and it appears it has been since April!) and the other cloakroom had a broken door handle so I was locked it at one point and had to force my way out. Floor and bed was dirty and TV had exposed cabling to the wall. Useless blind.
- Samuel (2/5): Very dirty - Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were good with communicating. Horrible place to stay. Very smelly, the internet didn’t work and there was no noise curfew so being a shared accommodation it was very noisey even at 3am. The place was very dirty. There was rubbish behind the toilet and the toilet had a urine soaked towel shoved next to it. Toilet roll holder broken, toilet paper just had to sit on the filthy bin. Exposed pipes and power points falling at the wall. Hair dryer started to smell like electrical burning as soon as it was plugged in. Second toilet out of order and shower out of order also on arrival. Maintenance came to fix the shower during our stay, very loud and when they left no clean up after. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower still didn’t work. It was so gross I didn’t even want to use it. The sheets were gross, there was hair in and blood on them. I felt dirty staying here, I couldn’t bring myself to even walk around with no shoes and I had to put a shirt over the pillow case. I feel bad writing this as the staff were so lovely. I really hope they can fix these issues and then it would be a great place to stay.
- Stefanie (1/5): HORRENDOUS! - NOTHING!
It was dirty, unsafe, a massive health and safety hazard with filthy windows, bathroom, screw hanging out of the bath, out of order toilet, dirty bed linen. EVERYTHING!
It was horrendous and we couldn’t stay there!
- Mehdi (3/5): The information on the website did not match the reality - It has a good location.
The room is well-lit.
Large windows.
The washing machine and dishwasher worked well.
The kitchen equipment was almost complete and good. The bed and mattress were not good.
The duvets were small.
The toilet and bathroom were not clean.
Likewise, the stairs.
- Aifric (7/5): Good -
- Sullivan (2/5): The bathroom was unavailable. - Convenient location The lack of functioning bathroom
- Lizziebiscuits (7/5): Good - Good location close to Kings Cross. Easy to access the building. Clean and felt secure. It's basically a flat so if all the (7?) bedrooms are full there's only one bathroom and kitchen for everyone. But for an overnight stay it was fine.
Not suitable for people who can't climb stairs.
- Malam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
Room was nice and clean, very good value for money. Would definitely stay again and recommend. 👍👍👍👍
- Faith (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything
- Sarahniemiec (9/5): Great location, great value for money - The beds, the heating, the kitchen facility, good location as near to King Cross station. Unfortunately the bathroom got blocked and we couldn't shower - we received an apology and a partial refund.
There was a smell of smoke, I think it was coming up from another flat.
- Tälli (4/5): Disappointing -
- Laszlo (6/5): Pleasant - It was Ok as far as price-value goes. Not too clean, no place to sit down and eat, no cutlery found.
- Giuseppina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raúl (6/5): Nice and affordable place in London. - The rooms are next to a bus stop and a 10-minute walk from King's Cross station. It is comfortable overall. The rooms could be tidier. The sheets were a bit wet when we arrived.
- Hasan (10/5): Clean, perfect location and good value for the price - It’s clean, easy to check in and out and very convenient amenities
- Kirby-ann (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Very good -
- Ali (10/5): Easy check in! Lovely staff! Central location! - The property was easy to find and the location was very central. The rooms were clean as well. Everything you can ask for in a stay!
- Dhanuk (9/5): Everybody do visit its a very good room and good facilities - The room was very nice and the system of the building was too good Everything is good ☺️
- Kay (9/5): Superb - Quick response
- Eldhose (7/5): Good - There was no toiletries.
- Hetti (10/5): Exceptional -
- Denian (7/5): Good -
- Anais (7/5): Good - Room was clean and safe. Excellent location. Room needs curtain. At night, lights are terrible in the room.
- Cillian (10/5): Great place and value for money - Very clean, great facilities
- John (7/5): Cheap, clean but wouldn’t want to do anything but just sleep there - Clean Small-less than a foot around bed,no drink facilities
- Barrister (1/5): Absolute rubbish and horrible experience. - Nothing. Bed was very uncomfortable, window had lick so the wind blew, the room had mould, no mirror in the room, the bed sheets and duvet were dirty.
- Angela (6/5): Great secure location for getting to St Pancras early in the morning. Very small room but only sleeping in it for a few - It was close to St Pancras and was very secure. The bathroom ceiling was full of mould.
- Ana (5/5): Value was good but we couldn't rest very well. - The room was big and bright and the beds were comfortable enough. Unfortunately the the window isolation was not very good, which resulted in a noisy room and difficult to warm. Blinds didn't block much light.
- Sadaf (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ricardo (3/5): Poor - The heating was not working properly
- Khairiyah (3/5): Not comfortable at all - Nothing The location, the room , the shared bathroom and toilet. Everything
