- Monique (9/5): Incredible views with friendly staff - The location was fantastic. Only a stones throw away from the Museum and incredible view of the pyramids. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help with extra bottles of water and arranging fair priced transport to the airport. 10/10 would recommend this place as a budget stay to experience Cairo and Giza. :)

- Anshuman (10/5): Cozy and stressfree - Very practical rooms that feel cozy and you dont feel anything lacking because ammentities like shower gel and multiple towels are there with cofeee and tea and sugar with a rooftop restaurant with pyramid view and good breakfast and food.. overall its worth it for family vacations or even solo travellers. No public display of affections is allowed due to cameras which is kind of a stretch for egyptian laws but you cant blame the place for this because egyptian laws are murky.

- Gaelle (10/5): - We are a French family of 5 adults and stayed one full week at the hotel in July 2025. Via WhatsApp, the communication was smooth and very easy (before and during our stay). They organised our transfer from and to the airport. They also organised 3 awesome excursions for us, with a wonderful English-speaking guide (James). We visited the GEM by ourselves as this is only a 10 mn walk from the hotel. Rehab, at the reception of the hotel, is a really customer-service super-effective and helpful lady. All the people who work here are super kind. The rooms are clean, calm and not noisy, located on the last floors of the building. Very good Wi-Fi. There is not a lot around, so we had our dinners at the hotel: stunning home-made food. We liked it very much. The oriental breakfast is delicious as well. All the meals are served on the rooftop with a breathtaking view.

Nice airconded rooms with a breathtaking view of the museum and the pyramids. Good traditional breakfast included.

- Giovanna (7/5): Great location for Giza area, comfortable, and kind staff - For the price of the hotel, we were satisfied with the hotel. First, we arrived at 4am, and they allowed me and my grandfather to check in super early, and then check out late without any extra fees, and were able to accommodate our rooms next to each other. It wasn't super quiet, one of the rooms had a whole wall of windows so the noise from outside was loud and sometimes in the hallways as well. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive, and we were eligible for a free shuttle from the airport upon arrival and he was very prompt and kind! The rooms were pretty good for the price, beds were a bit on the harder side but we didn't mid, although things seemed dusty (but what can you expect from staying right next to the pyramids). What made it worth it was the view from the rooftop and one of the rooms of the pyramids! My grandfather was very happy. We had breakfast included and it is a very simple breakfast. Two choices of "oriental" or "western" I think. Oriental was ful beans, falafel (which we only got a 1 during our stay), some cheese, and tomatoes/ cucumbers, and fried egg. The western was cucumber/ tomato with cheese and croissant with jam. I didn't find that the Western had any protein and when asked, had to pay for the fried egg. It was a yummy breakfast but it was very repetitive to have for 3-4 days and we didn't get every item on the menu, only once did we get falafel and coffee/tea, and we had to pay extra for the egg and water (which I think water should be a given). Also, tables on the rooftop were not properly wiped down before so we were sometimes sitting in the dust. Of note to tourists, since this hotel is in Giza, if you are planning on doing a lot of things in Cairo city it is better to choose a closer hotel as it would take us, sometimes, close to 1hr to get into the city. For Giza pyramids, GEM, and other places around, it is the best location.

It was around the Grand museum and close to the pyramids. However, the highlight was definitely the staff, as they made our stay a thousand times better

The beds were very comfortable. The view of the pyramid is clearly visible from the room and terrace. Breakfast could be diversified. It would be good to have a full-length mirror in the room. When we entered the room, there were many flies, we could be sensitive about cleaning.

La demoiselle de la réception a demandé à un employé de l'hôtel de m'accompagner à l'aéroport de suite pour un prix très correct et m'a réservé un chauffeur à Hurgadha aussi pour un bon prix. La chambre était parfaite, belle et propre, bien équipée, le petit déjeuner était excellent et le personnel fantastique comme service et gentillesse. Avec un rooftop fabuleux avec vue directe sur les pyramides devant le nouveau musée. Je reviendrai avec plaisir, c'était comme chez des amis ou dans ma famille. Bravo, continuez comme ça, car c'est pas toujours le cas d'avoir ces services et hospitalité au Caire !!
- Hope (9/5): The staff could not have been friendlier - I had a wonderful stay at Topview Pyramids and Museum, and I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff were. From the moment I arrived, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. What really stood out was how accommodating they were with my dietary requirements as a vegetarian and someone who needs to eat gluten-free. The staff took the time to understand my needs and made sure that every meal was carefully prepared and delicious — I never once felt like an afterthought. The location near the Grand Egyptian Museum was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but it’s the warmth and attention to detail from the staff that made this stay so memorable. I’ll definitely be back — highly recommend!

- Moomoo2 (10/5): A little gem with wonderful staff - This lovely small hotel and it's exceptional kind and attentive staff were the best part of Cairo. The rooms are clean, spotless, and so much attention is put into supporting the guest needs in any way. The room we had was standard size, with a bathroom with good water pressure and hot water at all times.. Beds were very comfortable with medium firm mattresses and excellent linens, two support levels of pillow.. The room had a great pyramids view and the rooftop an even better one. The view if GEM is second to none, amazing. Breakfast has alot of variety and is generous. But hotels like this are strewn all.over the Giza area facing the pyramids, the thing that makes this one special is the people running it. From front desk greetings and daily care by Imen and Rehal to rooftop breakfasts with Ashraf, the wizard of all information, to kind Bakr and the generous and thoughtful Abdul, we simply loved the staff here and I'm sorry to have forgotten a couple names. Egyptian people are some of the kindest and most genuine in the world, and we were happy to experience this at this small wonderful hotel. You can't go wrong staying here, it's truly a gem for the category level. Nothing really, it was perfect. The only thing that may cause issue for some people, those who don't take Uber or rides is the location is in a quieter neighborhood that requires access by foot through walking an underpass that isn't very pedestrian oriented. This may change in the future, and we had no issue walking the path, but it all depends on the person. In general most of hotels in region are in same types of neighborhoods. It is very safe. If you are taking Ubers, it is no problem for easy access.. We walked to GEM, but it wasn't as straightforward as map distance suggests.

The restaurant is outdoors which means very cold in the morning and evening in winter. No hot water in the shower and the room was also very cold (December).
- Hayley (10/5): Perfect 1 night stay - Wow, amazing, exactly what was shown in the photos. Eating breakfast included in the great price on the roof with views of the pyramids was incredible. The price was a steal. Staff were great, very welcoming and a complimentary drink while showing us the views, loved every minute. The location to find is a little difficult, however if you message the hotels before they will wats app you the location which made it so much easier.

- Snowoman (10/5): Vacation with the veiw - Fascinating view of pyramids from top terrace. The view is the same as shown in profile. Nice and responsive staff. They are ready to solve almost any problem. The breakfast is tasty and nutritious. And we had a dinner, in spite of our late arrive (we booked the room with breakfast and dinner). It is hard to find the hotel when you arrive, not all the maps show the location.
- Nadia (9/5): Great value for money close to GEM - The staff was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for Iman and her team. We couldn't find the location on the Uber app, and Ahmed answered my Whatsapp immediately (and it was after midnight!) with a location pin. Our room looks like it was newly renovated and was squeaky clean. The bed was so comfortable! The mini fridge was a nice surprise. WiFi was okay, not too fast but I could do what was necessary. The area is literally walking distance to the Grand Egyptian museum. A shower curtain will be nice. The water goes everywhere and the floor is a bit slippery after a shower.

- Amin (10/5): A perfect stay - The hotel was just staggeringly splendid! Everything from the staff to the food to the rooms was spectacular. The view in it of itself is just breathtakingly jaw-dropping! You're! Waking up to history leading up to 5000 years and the Grand Egyptian Meuseum adds a signified modern look to the mix with beautiful lights and amazing glass work. The hotel itself looks way better than the pictures, and the elevator has ancient egyptian drawings all the way to the top! I really can't express enough the pure unadulterated joy that I felt when staying there. This hotel is perfect!
