• Sveva (1/5): Il soggiorno non è stato consumato poichè siamo dovute fuggire per le cimici dei letti. - La casa è carina, ma purtroppo non corrispondeva in alcun modo a quella che avevamo prenotato. Non era specificato che l'accesso, essendo l’appartamento situato a un piano alto, avvenisse direttamente tramite ascensore all’interno dell’abitazione, e non da un pianerottolo esterno. Questo dettaglio, non segnalato, ha reso l’accesso poco riservato e ha compromesso la sensazione di sicurezza, già piuttosto fragile a causa del contesto, trattandosi di un quartiere molto popolare. Inoltre, abbiamo vissuto un episodio particolarmente spiacevole: un membro dello staff è entrato in casa senza preavviso né bussare, consegnandoci una lampadina di ricambio che avevamo effettivamente richiesto. Tuttavia, la struttura ci aveva assicurato che sarebbe stata consegnata il giorno seguente insieme al servizio di pulizia. L’ingresso improvviso ci ha colte di sorpresa e spaventate. Un comportamento del genere è inaccettabile e molto grave, soprattutto considerando le già ridotte condizioni di sicurezza percepita. La casa di per sè non è brutta, ma purtroppo il livello di pulizia era davvero basso. Abbiamo infatti riscontrato la presenza di cimici dei letti su entrambi i letti matrimoniali situati nelle due stanze. Il bagno era troppo sottodimensionato per l'appartamento e il numero di ospiti che poteva ospitare. La cucina è angusta e senza finestra.
• Mindaugas (9/5): Good location, great potential. - Good location, just across the street from main tourist district. Easy to catch a bus or taxi. Supermarket, groceries and coffeeshops nearby. Appreciate elevator taking directly to the room. Neighbourhood northwords doesn't look safe, we avoided that. However there is hotel in front of the house with security overlooking the street. Also we saw renovation works happening in paralel streets, I think this area will improve soon. Acoustics of the house is increadible, do not expect privacy even in bathroom, you can hear everything :)

• Faiz (9/5): Superb - The apartment is new and clean. The staff very cooperative and supportive.
• Kristina (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t come back - Nothing about the flat we rented first. The wooden ceiling is made very poorly, all in crevices, and there is a hole in the kitchen cabinet that opens directly onto the street. Luckily the host let us move into another apartment on the other floor, which at least had a normal ceiling and wasn’t too cold. Most of the things. A very noisy dodgy area next to the road, which also didn’t seem safe. To enter the Istiklal street you need to go to the traffic light along the roadway due to the repair of the side walk. There is an elevator right inside the apartment, which makes a lot of noise . One night, a group of people from the upper floor obviously had a party and used it for the whole night going up and down - it was impossible to sleep. Fortunately, the owner responded at 4 a.m. to a request to ask them not to make noise, but unfortunately it did not work properly. The renovation itself in the apartment was done poorly, the holes in the walls of the bedroom were plugged with napkins. Also there was a cockroach once.
