- Kabakova (1/5): Very bad, very dirty, awful staff - It was close to airport 1. disgustingly messy - I attached the photos. See yourself. Didn’t take a photo of the bedding (it was not changed, there was somebody’s hair, blood and lipstick stains.) also the bathroom was disgusting. I cleaned it myself because the staff clearly wouldn’t do it. Rugs were also so dirty 😭 tbh everything you can imagine was in such a poor condition. 2. rude staff - When I complained about the dirty sheets he started throwing them and yelling at me in Arabic. As a foreigner woman I felt really unsafe and had to call the landlord. 3. problems with electricity - I spent whole day outside and when I got back to the place there was no power. I had to contact the landlord again and waited around an hour until the problem was solved. He sent the employee again and he was really annoyed again and did not even say hi which was really really rude! 4. Fridge and washing machine were out of service. Summing up, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I booked it for 1 night and I had a flight next day so I made peace with it, but better not to choose this apartment for your stay if you don’t want to ruin your vacation. 0/10

- Fan (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location and the fact this is egypt. Had breakfast delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous. They called to ask what I would like and delivered beyond expectations."
