- Seffy (2/5): Very poor - Large balcony, nice size flat. kitchen Water comes up from bathroom drain and floods the floor. Booked in a hurry after our flight was cancelled, then saw recent reviews stated that problem, which apparently hasn't been dealt with in a while Elevator out of order also apparently for quite a while (5th floor apt.)
- Arnold (4/5): Disappointing - 2 separate AC. The elevator didn't work. (flat in the 4th + floor). The owner had been informed from the first moment but nothing. No answer The stairs absulut dirty. The light in the stairway closes every 5 sec. The mattress was so weak that you almost felt down to the floor. The bathroom terrible overused and the water didn't leave from the bathroom floor. The terrace is very nice from the size. But the shadow shields had been so old and dirty. You was afraid to touch them.
- Alessia (9/5): Superb - The apartment was really spacious and clean. The terrace is really big and covered. The apartment is at the 5th floor and the lift didn't work for all week.
- Jadill (8/5): Not that bad. Good value for money! - There’s a lot of shops on the area, especially there’s an open market during our stay and it was pretty cool. Seems like we were the only person on the building, the lift doesn’t work, the stairs are dirty.
- Daniela (8/5): Highly recommended for the price - It’s very well located, around 10 minutes walk from metro lines 1 and 2. If you also want to see normal daily life of people it’s a very good opportunity. There are cafes and shops all around where people meet during the whole day. The apartment has all you need for your stay: equipped kitchen, bathroom and washing machine, etc. Plus the balcony (although it gets really warm when it’s 35-37°C) Elevator didn’t work properly.

- Tamas (10/5): Comfy with fast access to Metro - Clean and comfy with a huge terrace and fast access to Metro. The neighborhood might be a bit shocking to some who are from more "refined" areas. We live in a poor neighborhood at home so it was not a problem for us.
